Prelude to Light
Doctrine is not Mine, but His that sent Me.
(See John 7 verse 16 thru 18.)
Hear and then consider God's Word of Power and unfailing Truth spoken by Moses and later reiterated by the Apostle Peter:
Yahweh thy God will raise up unto thee a Prophet from the midst of thee, of thy brethren, like unto me; unto Him you shall hearken; And the Lord said unto me: They have well spoken: I will raise them up a Prophet from among their brethren, like into thee, and I will put My Words in His mouth, and He shall speak unto them all that I shall Command Him. And it shall come to pass that whosoever will not hearken unto My Words which He shall speak in My Name, I will require it of him. (See Deuteronomy 18 verse 15 thru 19.) How foolish it would be for one to hear the Word of God, and then not believe the Words of that Prophet Jesus Christ, the Last Adam, for He is none other than the Incarnate Word of God Almighty.
In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God and the Word was God. The same was in the beginning with God.
John the Baptist testifies of the Holy One that Yahweh God has sent from heaven to be born of Adam's flesh and to proclaim the Word of God's Salvation. For He [Jesus/Yeshua] Whom God has sent, speaks the Words of God: For God gives not the Spirit by measure unto Him. (See John 3 verse 31 thru 36.) And the Word was made flesh, and dwelt among us, (and we beheld His Glory, as of the only Begotten of the Father) full of Grace and full of Truth. (See John 1 verse 14 thru 15.) And Jesus, the Personal Word and the Christ of Almighty God declares:
Even as the Father said unto Me, so I speak.
(See John 12 verse 50.)
With His Words of the Infinite's Truth, the Lord Jesus Christ created a fire storm among the religious of His day, and the fire continues to rage into this present time.
I AM that Bread of Life. Your fathers did eat manna in the wilderness, and are dead. This is the Bread which comes down from heaven (from the Father) that a man may eat there of, and not die. I AM the Living Bread, which came down from heaven: if any man eats of this Bread, he shall live forever: and the Bread that I will give is My Flesh, which I will give for the life of the world. The Jews therefore strove among themselves, saying: How can this man give us His flesh to eat? Then Jesus said unto them, Verily, verily, I say unto you, Except you eat the Flesh of the Son of Man, and drink of His Blood, you have no life in you. Whoso eats My Flesh, and drinks My Blood, has Eternal Life, and I will raise him up at the last day. For My Flesh is meat indeed, and My Blood is drink indeed. He that eats of My Flesh, and drinks of My Blood, dwells in Me, and I in him. (John 6 verse 48 thru 51.)
Upon hearing these Words of Jesus Christ, the Incarnate Son of Adam, then many of the Lord's followers murmured among themselves, not discerning the significance of this absolute Truth, nor the One Who spoke the Words of His Father God Almighty. Then Jesus, the True Bread of Heaven said to them: Does this offend you? What, and if you shall see the Son of Man/Adam ascend up where He was before? It is the Spirit that quickens (makes alive); the flesh profits nothing: The Words that I speak unto you, they are Spirit, and they are Life. Now then, even as the Son of Adam asked the Jews of His day, He asks you: Are you offended? And where did the True Bread of Heaven come from in the first place? The answer is in the question of faith. Do you, in the True Faith believe that the Eternal Word of God came down from heaven to become the flesh of the Son of Adam through the Shekinah Glory of Holy God's Holy Spirit of Life that encompassed the virgin Mary? Now then, do you in True faith in following the Word of God, eat of the True unleavened Bread of Heaven and drink of His Life Blood that God's unseen Holy Spirit of Grace gives to us in Holy Communion?
Even as the handling of this specific Word of the Lord Jesus Christ, was an offense to the darkened minds of those who initially followed the Lord, so it remains today a stumbling block, to those teachers, who are wise in their own eyes, but not spiritually discerning of the absolute, "Amen", of the Words of the Power of the universe. The brightness of the mind of many religious philosopher, has been darkened spiritually, by their unbelief in the constancy of the Word of the Lord Jesus Christ: For the Word of the Almighty God upholds all things in the universe that He has made, and all things consist of His Word, and are obedient to God's Word of Power. (See Colossians 1 verse 16 thru 18.) If the matrix of the grey matter of the brain of the teacher is darkened, because of ingrained philosophical religious confusion, then their teachings have become, not only an offense of stumbling to themselves, but also to those that they lead in the pride of their own light. And Jesus, the Light of the World says of the confusion: If the light that is in thee be darkness, then how gross is that darkness? (See Matthew 6 verse 22 thru 23.) The sin of unbelief always covers itself in the darkness of the individualist mind.
Wherefore, let him that thinks he stands, take heed lest he fall. There has been no temptation overtaken you, except such is common to man: But God is faithful Who will not permit you to be tempted above that which you are able, but with the temptation He has already provided The Way of escape that you may be able to bear it. (1st Corinthians 10 verse 10 thru 14.) There is not a way, as in many ways of escaping sin, but only God's Way of the Truth of the Living Word of Christ Jesus.
Where then is your faith?
Paul, when addressing the Corinthian church's gross misunderstandings of our Communion Covenant (that being our relational Covenant) with Holy God Almighty, writes: "I speak as to wise men: Judge you what I say. The cup of blessing, which we bless, is this not our Communion in the Blood of Jesus Christ? The Bread which we break, is it not the Communion of the Body of Christ?" (1st Corinthians 10 verse 15 thru 16.) The answer in faith should be a resounding "Oh Yes", "Amen", but unfortunately the answer for many is muddled in the sensual questioning mind of man that may say yeah, with a qualified but,---Jesus didn't really mean exactly what He said. So then with their conceited wisdom they bless the cup of blessing, as an innocuous symbol of no consequence. But like the Apostle Paul, I know for a certainty of the following unqualified absolute Truth of the Way of the Eternal WORD of God, for Jesus Christ declares in His Father's authority: "Drink you all of it; For this is My Blood of the new Covenant which is shed for many for the remission of sins." (Matthew 26 verse 27 thru 28). The Spirit of the Word of God makes straight the path Way of Paul's foundational premise, for Christ Jesus is the Way and the only Way to Yahweh His Father God Almighty.
If we were to open the eyes of our heart, we would see a number of times in John's Gospel that Jesus Christ makes it crystal clear, that the Words He speaks, are His Father's very own Personal instructions. Quite naturally through His Divine heritage, Jesus Christ is the WORD of the Father, and the Spirit of the Word that He speaks, is absolutely One with His Father's heart and doctrine of Life in His Son.
The first occasion of confirmation that Jesus is the Word of His Father God, takes place at the Feast of Tabernacles, when Jesus answered them and said, "My doctrine is not Mine, but His that sent Me. If any man will do His will he shall know of the doctrine, whether the doctrine be of God, or if I speak of Myself." (See in full context John 7 verse 14 thru 18.) Then [again] cried Jesus in the temple as He taught, saying, You both know Me, and you know whence I AM: and I AM not come of Myself, but He that sent Me is True, Whom you know not. But I know Him: For I AM from Him, and He has sent Me. (See John 7 verse 28 thru 29.)
The second occasion of offense to the Jews, happened a day after that same Feast of Tabernacles. At this time, the Pharisees are questioning the validity of the Word of Jesus Christ. Then Jesus said unto them: When you have lifted up the Son of Man/Adam, then shall you know that I AM He (the Christ of God) and that I do nothing of Myself: But as My Father has taught Me, I speak these things. (See John 8 verse 25-30.) I speak that which I have seen with My Father: And you do that which you have see with your father. They answered and said unto Him; Abraham is our father. Jesus said unto them: If you were Abraham's children, you would do the works of Abraham. But now you seek to kill Me, a man that has told you the Truth, which I have heard of (Yahweh) God. This did not Abraham. You do the deeds of your father. (See John 8 verse 38 thru 47.) You are of your father the devil.
The third occasion of offense to the Jews, happened just before the Passover Feast: It is here that the Lord Jesus testifies: "For I have not spoken of Myself; but the Father Who sent Me, He gave Me a Commandment, what I should say, and what I should speak. And I know that His Commandment is Life Everlasting: Whatsoever I speak therefore, even as the Father said unto Me, so I speak". (The full context John 12 verse 44 thru 50.) In Verse 48 Jesus says; He that rejects Me, and receives not My Words, has One that will judge him: The Word that I have spoken, the Same shall judge him in the last day. The reader should again consider the fearful Word of God Almighty in Deuteronomy 18 verse 15 thru 19.)
The fourth occasion is witnessed at the Lord's last Pascal Supper: Do you not believe that I AM in the Father, and the Father in Me? The Words that I speak unto you, I speak not of Myself, but the Father that dwells in Me, He does the works. (John 14 verse 10.)
The fifth occasion is also witnessed by His disciples during the time of the Passover of Unleavened Bread which will later be call the Lord's Last Supper. Jesus answered and said unto him (Judas, not Iscariot): "If a man love Me, he will keep My Words, and My Father will Love him, and We will come unto him and make Our abode with him. He that loves Me not, keeps not My sayings: and the Word which you hear is not Mine, but the Father's which sent Me." (John 14 verse 23 thru 24,) How utterly unfortunate that man, in his own dark wisdom, negates the New Covenant Mercy and Grace of the Word of God, even when the Lord Jesus the Christ of God is delivering the Word of His Father at His Paschal Supper as the Holy Word of God. If therefore the light that is in thee be darkness, how great is that darkness! (Matthew 6 verse 23.)
The Lord Jesus' last testimony to His Father's Doctrine is during the latter part of the Paschal Supper witnessed in John's Gospel. During the Lord Jesus' High Priestly prayer to His Holy Father God, we hear: "Now they know that everything You have given Me, comes from You. For I have given unto them the Words which Thou gave Me, and they have received them, and know surely that I came out from Thee, and they have believed that Thou did send Me". (John 17 verse 7 thru 8,). The Lord's Words at His Passover Table of Unleavened Bread, like all of His Instructions, are the Words of His Father Holy, Holy, Holy Yahweh God Almighty: Take and drink all of you: For this is My Blood of the New Covenant that is poured out for many for the remission of sin.
In our earthly wisdom, we foolishly can play with God's Word, making Its Power of no affect to our own peril. But let's continue to amplify the Wisdom of the WORD of God so that we might hear our Savior and the Christ of God clearly say again: "My Doctrine is not Mine but His (The Father) that sent Me". And again we witness from Deuteronomy chapter 18, that He, the Father God, Who sent the Messiah, declaring emphatically: "Whosoever will not hearken unto My Words, which He shall speak in My Name, I will require it of him".
As a partial testimony to the Faithful Power of the Word of God, we see that after the Lord Jesus Christ had multiplied the five barley loafs of bread and the two fishes, that was sufficient to feed five thousand men, there were some of those same men, who wondered among them selves, saying: This is of a truth, that this is the prophet which should come into the world. In the Gospel of John chapter five, we see the Lord Jesus giving witness of Who He is, to those who sought to take His Life, saying to them: Search the scriptures, for in them you think you have eternal life: and they are that which testifies of Me. And the Father Himself, Who has sent Me, has borne Witness of Me.
At Pentecost with the birth of the ecclesia/church, the Apostle Peter boldly witnesses of the same all encompassing passage in Deuteronomy 18, applying its living prophecy to our Messiah Yeshua: For Moses truly said unto the fathers: A prophet, shall the Lord your God raise up unto you, of your brethren, like unto me; Him shall you hear 'in all things', whatsoever He shall say unto you. And it shall come to pass that every soul, which will not hear that prophet, shall be destroyed from among the people. (Acts 3 verse 22 thru 23.)
Please take careful note that Peter cries out to the gathered throng, that every soul is to hear in all - things, with an emphasis on "hear all things", what God's Prophet speaks; for He speaks in the Name of the Almighty, and the Almighty has given to Jesus His only begotten Son, His own Personal instructions for humanity's salvation and sanctification in His Word. For God has given Him authority to execute judgment also, because he is the Son of Man. (John 5 verse 27.) King David knows this Word of God and writes of his God in the flesh: Thou has loved righteousness, and hate wickedness: therefore God, Thy God, has anointed Thee with the oil of gladness above Thy fellows. (See Psalm45 verse 6 thru 7.)
John the Baptist says of Jesus Christ: The One Who comes from heaven is above all. He testifies to what He has seen and heard, but no one accepts His testimony. The man who has accepted His testimony has certified that God is Truthful. (John 3 verse 31 thru 33.) Unfortunately, in many of the essential holy matters, pertaining to Life, the people who should know and trust the Word of the Lord, are left wandering in the dark with their own philosophical dogmas, that engender unbelief within the assemblies. It is like calling God a liar Who needs to be helped out of His own stew. Nevertheless, the Infinite WORD of Father GOD Almighty further declares: "Even as the Father said unto Me, so I speak." "The Father Who sent Me, He gave Me a Commandment, what I should say, and what I should speak. He that rejects Me, and receives not My Words, has one that judges him. The Words that I have spoken, the same shall judge him in the last day." (See John 12 verse 50, then verse 48.) The one who will bring judgment is Moses, for Moses, at the Word of Yahweh, is the one giving warning to all those, who would not receive all of Yahweh's Words that would be delivered by the Prophet that God would raise up among the genetically true Hebrews. Jesus answering the righteous religious says: How can you believe, which receive honor one of another, and seek not the honor that comes from God only? Do not think that I will accuse you to the Father: There is one that accuses you, even Moses, in whom you trust. For had you believed Moses, you would have believed Me; for he wrote of Me. But if you believe not his writings, how shall you believe My Words? (See John 5 verse 44 thru 47.) Therefore, God's Spirit of Wisdom testifies of the Truth that does not fail. God's Doctrinal instructions for sanctification is through Communion in the Body and Blood of His Only Begotten Son, and are for the edification of faithful believers, who are to keep, through God's Gift of Faith in Christ Jesus, the whole of the Father's Personal Doctrine of Salvation and Sanctification given within His Word and beloved Son Jesus Christ.
For the Father judges no man, but has committed all judgment unto the Son: That all men should honor the Son, even as they honor the Father. He that honors not the Son honors not the Father Who has sent Him. Verily, Verily, I say unto you, he that hears My Word, and believes on Him that sent Me, has everlasting life, and shall not come into condemnation; but is passed from death unto life. Verily, Verily, I say unto you: The hour is coming, and now is, when the dead shall hear the voice of the Son of God: And they that hear shall live. (John 5 verse 22 thru 25.)
At the Lord's Passover Table, and just hours before His passion and death for mankind's sins, Jesus Christ first declared the Personal Word of His Father saying to His Disciples within Godís New Covenant: Take and eat for this is My Body given for you. And then giving thanks to His Father for the wine after supper, the True Vine then said: Take and drink all of you; For this is My Blood of the New Covenant that is shed for many for the remission of sin. (See Matthew 26 verse 26 thru 28.) Dismiss the Words of Jesus Christ at your own peril. In this time of deepest intimacy with His disciples that occurred at the Lord's Communion Table, Jesus says to all: If a man Love Me, he will keep My Words, and My Father will Love him, and We will come unto him and make Our abode with him. He that Loves Me not, keeps not My sayings, and the Word which you hear is not Mine, but the Father's which sent Me. And a little later during that same evening, Jesus prays to His Heavenly Father, in what is known as His High Priestly prayer: Now they have known that all things whatsoever Thou has given Me are of Thee. For I have given unto them the Words which Thou gave Me; and they have received them, and have known surely that I came out from Thee, and they have believed that Thou did send Me. (John 17 verse 7 thru 8.)
It is written by the Prophet Isaiah that Holy God abides in a high and Holy Place, and also with the person that is of a humble and contrite spirit. (See Isaiah 57 verse 15.) Maybe we need to ask ourselves; do we possess that humility and contriteness of spirit towards God Almighty that enables the Holy Spirit of God to dwell in the habitation of our souls? Is the spirit of our heart, of a living faith that is a holy habitation suitable for Holy, Holy, Holy Lord God Almighty, for He desires to dwell in Truth with His creation? Has complacency or unbelief again set into the smallness of the wineskins of our heart, and we justify ourselves, with our own knowledge and religious satisfaction in life that leads us to believe we are without sin, and have no need of correction? The Word of God in the 1st Epistle of John says: Then we are deceived and His Word and His Truth is not in us, and we make God a liar. (In full context 1st John 1 verse 6 thru 10.)
If we make God out to be a liar, to satisfy our own religious self justification, then where do you suppose God is? Well for a certainty, if His Truth and His Word is not in us, then the Spirit of Holy God is without the door of our heart: For it is impossible for us to be right and the infinite God to be wrong. It is not possible for God to reside in the core belief of a person, who has sanctified their own heart with their own self justifying understanding of their own truth. We are not justified, because of our faith in our own belief system of who we think God is. God Alone is the Justifier, and we are being sanctified in our hearts because of a an abiding faith in the Blood of Jesus Christ our Righteousness. That faith is of the Spirit of God, and the Spirit of God is One with the Fountain of Life that flows with the Blood of Jesus Christ. If that faith is of the Spirit of God, then that faith is actively alive in its belief and actions when participating in the Truth of God's Living Word. The whole of the Word of God in Jesus Christ is sharper than any two-edged sword, and the Words of Jesus Christ in Holy Communion can not be differentiated from that two-edged sword of the Word of God, for they are One and the same. Then Jesus (the living WORD of GOD) said unto them, Truly, Truly, I say unto you: Except you eat the Flesh of the Son of Man and drink His Blood, you have no Life in you. Whoso eats My Flesh and drinks My Blood, has eternal Life, and I will raise him up at the last day. For My Flesh is food indeed, and My Blood is Drink indeed! He that eats My Flesh and drinks My Blood, dwells in Me, and I in him. (John 6 verse 53 thru 55 .)
Holy Communion is not a doctrine for finite man to parse over, and bring the Salvation and Sanctifying Work of the Infinite God to irrelevancy, because of man's confusion over the Eucharistic substance. For Communion is the sole Doctrine of Father God Almighty given within His obedient and Loving Son, Jesus Christ. For Jesus Christ declares the definitive Doctrine of the Almighty God and Father, Who has made Covenant with man in the shed Blood of HIS very Own WORD and Beloved Son conceived in the flesh of Adam. The Father's Doctrine is not bits and pieces, so as to be separated with the philosophical thoughts of men into institutional dogmas, but God's New Covenant is One Absolute Doctrine of Salvation and Sanctification, centered in God's Word and Son born of the flesh and blood of genetic first man, Adam. Be very careful; Divinity has spoken through the Son of Man, and all the Words of Jesus Christ are Divine. John the Baptist says of the Messiah: "For He Whom God has sent, speaks the Words of God, for God gives not the Spirit by measure unto Him". (John 3 verse 34 thru 35.) For thus says the Almighty: So shall My WORD be that goes forth out of My Mouth: it shall not return unto Me void, but it shall accomplish that which I please, and it shall prosper in the thing where to I sent it. (In full context Isaiah 55 verse 6 thru 11.) You might ask: Is Jesus Christ that very same Word of God that has gone out of the Mouth of Yahweh and prospers in that which His Father has sent Him to do? God did not send His Word into the world to condemn the world, but through the Perfect Love of God, being in the form of the flesh and blood of Man, God might save the World through that Incarnate Love of His only Begotten Son, Jesus Christ. (See John 3 verse 16.)
At the transfiguration of Jesus Christ, the Almighty God confirms His WORD with power and majesty in the sight of man. The Lord's disciples of Peter, James and John all witness the Eternal WORD of GOD, being glorified by the Spirit of God that resides within the Incarnate Son of Man, as Jesus' persona became brilliant light, and His Face shown as the sun. And then while the Majestic Lord Yeshua ha Machiach, was yet standing between a glorified Moses of the Torah and Elijah, the chief of prophets, Yahweh God the Father declared with affirmation: "This is My Beloved Son, in Whom I AM well pleased; hear you Him." (Matthew 17 verse 1 thru 8.) In the transfiguration of Jesus, God sets His seal on His fulfilling prophecy of the Christ of God in Deuteronomy 18 verse 15 thru 19, where God speaks through Moses saying: The LORD thy God will raise up unto thee a Prophet from the midst of thee, of thy brethren, like unto me; unto Him you shall hearken. (Acts 3 verse 19 thru 24.) The Christ of God has fulfilled the Word of the Law (Torah) and the Word of the prophets, now will you hear Him.
Long ago God spoke to our ancestors in many and various ways by the prophets, but in these last days He has spoken to us by His Son, Whom He appointed Heir of all things, through Whom He also created the worlds. He is the reflection of Godís Glory and the exact imprint of Godís very Being, and He, Jesus/Yeush, sustains all things by His powerful Word. When He had made purification for sins, He sat down at the right hand of the Majesty on High. (Hebrews 1 verse 1 thru 3.)
Later, on the Sabbath day, after the Feast of Tabernacles, Jesus says to the Jewish listeners: I have many things to say and judge of you: For He that sent Me is True; and I speak to the world of those things I have heard from Him. The Jews that stood there listening, did not understand that Jesus was speaking about the Word of His Father, and apparently there are many today that have ears to hear, but are deaf to the sent Word of God the Father. (See John 8 verse 25 thru 27.)
When you have lifted up the Son of Man, then shall you know that I AM He, and that I do nothing of Myself: But as My Father has taught Me, I speak these things. Then said Jesus to those Jews which believed on Him: If you continue in My Word, then are you My disciples indeed; and You shall know the Truth, and the Truth shall make you free? (See John 8 verse 30 thru 32.) Speaking to the Baptized Faithful hearers of the Living WORD of GOD: Are we not all of one faith, baptized into the Father's Doctrine of the Way, the Truth and the Life of His Beloved Son? Jesus answered the unbelieving: Truly, Truly I say unto you: Whosoever commits sin, is the servant of sin. The servant [of sin] abides not in the house forever. The Son abides forever. Therefore if the Son shall make you free you shall be free indeed. (John 8 verse 34 thru 36.) Come unto Me all of you who are laboring and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest. (Matthew 11 verse 28.)
In hearing and believing in the Words of the Holy One of God Almighty, are we not made One with that unleavened Bread of God, the same Bread Who came down from Heaven and Commands us to eat of the consecrated Bread of Life? Now then, if our heart or core of our being, is being enlarged with understanding, are we not made one of another in that one unleavened Bread of Life, even that Which is consecrated with the Word of God in Holy Communion? Holy Scripture bears witness to the unseen substance of the Truth of Jesus Christ: Since there is One Bread, we who are many are One Body; For we all partake of the One Bread. (1st Corinthians 10 verse 17.)
If we, who are many, are all partakers of that One Bread of the One Body of Christ Jesus, then in our ignorance of the Holy, shall we dismiss the Provisions of Life, whereby the Lord Jesus Christ, the Son of God brings us into fellowship with His Holy Father, the Holy Almighty God of creation. In that we partake of the Cup of Blessing in Christ's Holy Blood, we partake of the Holy Life of Christ that was given in His Perfect Love that sets our conscience free from sin's slavery within this fleshly body of death. With the bodily resurrection of the Son of Man, the promise of the Spirit of resurrection Life in Christ Jesus, is also within that same Communion Blood, to bring Life to the soul that has died with Christ Jesus. The Sword of the Spirit of God, kills the old man of the flesh, and yet makes alive the new creature in Christ Jesus.
If our hearts are yielded in faith to the Salvation Truth that is the Person of Jesus Christ, then we would already believe that through the Holy Spirit of God, the WORD of GOD was made into the flesh of Adam from the genetic seed of Adam's wife that Adam named Ishshah, meaning Woman. If the Word of God was made of the flesh of the first Adam and dwelt among us, and His glory was beheld as the Son of the Eternal, then why should we not receive the Communion Scriptures as the substantiated Word of Truth to the glory of the Almighty God, and His Covenant Word of Salvation? Whom the Son sets free is free indeed!
The Lord Jesus Christ, The Alpha and Omega of the Word of God, gave to us, His Father's Communion Memorial when He inaugurated the New Covenant Remembrance just hours before His death for our sins: This 'is' [este - present tense] My Blood of the New Covenant poured out for many for the remission of sin. In the beginning of our new Life within Christ Jesus, the WORD of GOD spoke Salvation Truth into our hearts so that we would know the Truth, and [He] the Truth would make us free from our bondage to sin and death, and make us One in the Unity with the Spirit of God. In the Lord's High Priestly prayer, Jesus expresses to His Father, the eternal purpose for His sacrifice: Father that they may be One, as Thou art in Me and I in Thee, that they may be One in Us; so the world will know that Thou hast sent Me. And I have declared unto them Thy Name and will declare it: That the Love where with Thou hast loved Me may be in them, and I in them. (John 17 verse 21 and 26.)
So then, are we, in reality, all together one in Godís Truth, following God's WORD and Commandment; (See John 15 verse 12 thru 15.) ďForbearing one another in Love, being diligent to preserve the unity of the Spirit in the bond of peace. For there is One Body and One Spirit, just as also you were called in One hope of your calling; One Lord, One faith, One baptismĒ, into the one perfect Love that clothes the many. (Ephesians 4 verse 2 thru 5.)(See 1st Peter 4 verse 8.) For with the Father's Perfect Love, the Lord Yeshuah (Jesus) has said: Peace I give you, not as the world gives peace give I unto you. (John 14 verse 27.) As the living Father has sent Me, and I live by the Father: so he that eats of Me, (by Faith) even he shall live by Me (Through Faith). This is that Bread which came down from heaven: not as your fathers did eat manna, and are dead: he that eats of this Bread shall live forever. (John 6 verse 56 thru 58.) Therefore, at His Holy Table of reconciliation for the Life of the many believers, would not the Word of our Lord and of our God, be clothing His Body of believers in the absolute substance of His Love and peace, with the empowerment of His Spirit, which passes all understanding; Or is it our own proud heart of Adam, that continues to deceive us again, and again?
The challenge to God's Word is always present in every generation, for the enemy of our souls is yet present. So let us today, reconsider and examine our own veracity and understanding, verses the Infinite's Truth and Council. If Jesus, the WORD of GOD, is speaking His Father's own Divine Doctrine during the Last Supper Communion discourse, then why is the watered down doctrine of men, substituted for the solid Rock of God and the His Father's WORD? Even with the vital things of God, the proud mind of flesh is always presumptuous, to give council for Father God, and make void, or limit His Holy Word of Truth, within the hearts and minds of His people, who are to be of One Faith in God.
The confusion, within the mind of flesh, happened in the Garden of Eden, and it happens today. Oh, God is certainly not a liar, some might say! It must be that God has exaggerated His Word. He was just using a metaphor, when His WORD Jesus said; "This is My Body" and "This is My Blood". I think not! Pertaining to faith, the scripture says: For what if some did not believe? Shall their unbelief make the faith of God without effect? God forbid: yes, let God be true, but every man a liar, as it is written: That Thou might be justified in Thy sayings ( or Words), and might overcome, when Thou art judged. (Romans 3 verse 3 thru 4.) That which is holy to God, no mortal eyes will behold: The Body and the Blood of Jesus Christ is Holy before Holy God, and only Holy God beholds His Holy WORD within His Holy Son's Blood Covenant, given to man for the remission of sins. If any person of Holy Faith rightly partakes of Holy Communion, then that faith is justified. However, if the unbelieving or the unrepentant partakes of that, which is holy before God, then he will reap his recompense. One eats and drinks Life in faith; the unbelieving eats and drinks, their own condemnation.
Moreover, brethren, I would not that you should be ignorant, how that all our fathers were under the cloud, and all passed through the sea; And were all baptized unto Moses in the cloud and in the sea; And did all eat the same spiritual food; And did all drink the same spiritual drink: for they drank of that spiritual Rock that followed them and that Rock was Christ. But with many of them God was not well pleased: for they were overthrown in the wilderness. (1st Corinthian 10 verse 1 thru 5.)
Paul, in his letter to the Corinthians, alludes to some obvious, extreme sanctions concerning Communion, but apart from that grievous admonition, let me ask you: How often did the Israelites eat and drink from the provisions of God, during their desert journey? Then how often do you think that the baptized in the Lord's death, should eat and drink of God's holy provisions at His Holy Table of grace, during our journey in this life? If we are going to gather together as a family at Father's House, then you had better be prepared in your heart for His provisions, else you are just having a religious meeting of divided hearts within a community building.
I will watch over My Word, to perform
Jeremiah 1 verse 12.
Have you not heard; "A man is only as good as his word". A man's name is at stake according to his keeping of his word. The Name of God and His reputation has been challenged, and as it is written: For You have magnified Your Word above all of Thy Name. (See Psalm 38 verse 2.) The Word of God has infinite implications and His most magnificent Name is tied to His Word of Truth. Jesus Christ, the Expressed Word and Truth of His Father says concerning the Words that He speaks: Think not that I AM come to destroy the Law, or the prophets: I AM not come to destroy, but to fulfill. For verily I say unto you, Till heaven and earth pass, one jot or one tittle shall in no wise pass from the Law, till all be fulfilled. (See Matthew 5 verse 17 thru 18.) God's Word did not fail in one jot or one tittle of the Torah or the Words of the prophets, else heaven and earth would have already passed away into oblivion. Christ Jesus is the True Word of His Father Yahweh God that became the flesh from the genetic seed of Woman, and God's Word was crucified and put to death on the cross, only to defeat death in His resurrection in the Power of the Spirit of His Father.
God's Name has no failure in His Word of Truth. Truly, truly, it is by the substance of faith and trust in the Word of God the Father, that the Covenant Cup of Blessing, which we acknowledge, has become for us God's Covenant Love and forgiveness in the shed Blood of His Son. God's Covenant grace cancels out our commission of our acknowledged, known and unknown sins of yesterday and today, and allows us to exist in the purity of the One Body of Jesus the Messiah. God's Covenant, in the Blood of Jesus Christ, covers us in the abundance of His Love, putting away our confessed sin in the laver of His Love! We all need to humbly repent of our own arrogance and self deceptions, and give heed to the Master's Word's of Infinite and Divine Truth. (See John 3 verse 10 thru 11.) And Jesus says during His Communion discourse: I have called you friends; for all things that I have heard of My Father, I have made known unto you. These things I Command you, that you love one another. (In full context John 15 verse 15 thru 17.)
However, if you love your sin more than God or even your fellow, then your bondage to sin will remain with you. Also, where ever a human heart is lacking in Salvation faith, then Jesus Christ is not enthroned, and He is left powerless to change the substance of the heart. Without the beginning substance of saving faith within the heart, it is impossible to please God, (See Hebrews 11 verse 6.) and without even that little faith, you can be sure that your sin will find you out. (See Numbers 32 verse 23.) But if we walk in the Light, as He is in the light, we have fellowship one with another, and the Blood of Jesus Christ His Son cleanses us from all sin. (1st John 1 verse 7.)Then spoke Jesus again unto them, saying, I AM the Light of the world: he that follows Me shall not walk in darkness, but shall have the Light of Life.
With God's enablement, we will continue to endeavor through these pages to help the weak in faith, to begin to see that the Master's Words are forever alive, for they came forth from the Eternal God of the living. (See Mark 12 verse 26 thru 28.) My surety and confidence is not of me, but is in the New Covenant Blood of Jesus Christ, where I have been privileged, through God's grace, to begin to see the other dimensions of God's Covenant Love poured out into a cup, which I will drink from, knowing full well of His faithfulness to cleanse me of my iniquity. 'The antithesis to my sin', is His greater Love given to all in the Covenant Life Blood of His only Son, Yeshua the Messiah. So, in spite of man's negative doctrines, Protestant as well as Catholic, I say for certainty with scripture that the Word's of Jesus Christ, holds power over all elemental things, for all of creation belongs to Him, and the Word of Father God remains constant in Him, yesterday, today and tomorrow. As we have emphasized, and will later again in the treatise, all the elements of the universe were created and impregnated by the Word of God, and by His Spirit of Holiness, they will be what He says they will be, even for the sake of God's Holy Covenant with His own Holy Living WORD and Son, Jesus Christ, for They are of One Heart and One Essence for ever.
