Prelude to Light
The End of Confusion for the Church.
Repent and believe the Word of the Lord.
After His resurrection from the dead on the morning of the first day of the week, the Lord Jesus Christ appeared to His disciples:
Then Jesus opened their understanding, that they might understand the scriptures, And said unto them: Thus it is written, and thus it behooved Christ to suffer, and to rise from the dead the third day: And that repentance and [also, even, indeed] remission of sins should be preached in His Name among all nations, beginning at Jerusalem. You are witnesses of these things. (Luke 24 verse 45 thru 48.)
We can witness from scripture that after the Lord's resurrection from the dead, our Lord Jesus Christ commanded that repentance and remission of sins should be preached in His Name. His Name is Salvation/Yeshua. God is not mocked: If there is No repentance from sin, then there is No remission of sin through the Salvation Blood of Jesus/Yeshua, the Christ of God.
And then at His ascension, when the Lord Jesus Christ appeared to His disciples with the doubters, He said:
All Power is given unto Me in heaven and earth. Go therefore, and teach all nations, baptizing them in the Name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost; Teaching them to observe all things whatsoever I have Commanded you: And, lo, I AM with you always, even unto the end of the world. Amen. (See Matthew 28 verse 16 thru 20.)
And the Word and the Truth that is the Lord Jesus Christ said: All Power is given unto Me in heaven and earth. What the Lord may have been lacking in power, as the Son of Man, was rightly restored to Him as the obedient Word and resurrected Son of His Father God. For unto the Son, the Almighty says: Thy Throne, O God, is for ever and ever: A scepter of righteousness is the scepter of Thy kingdom. All things in heaven and earth are obedient to the Word of the Son of God. Why then do you doubt, you of little faith. If one is in unbelief in the Power of the Universe, then how can they teach the baptized to observe all that the Truth of God has Commanded them to teach? If you Love Me then keep My Commandments.
At the Passover feast of Unleavened Bread, the Lord of our Salvation, inaugurated His Father's Word in Communion with His Spirit of Grace: This IS My Body given for you! This IS My Blood of the New Covenant that IS shed for many for the remission of sin.! And the Almighty said of His Son: For Thou Lord, in the beginning has laid the foundation of the earth, and the heavens are the works of Thy Hands. They shall perish, but Thou shall remain, and Thy years shall not fail. (See Hebrews 1 verse 1 thru 14.) Are you yet in unbelief; and teach others your unbelief ?
Let's seek to clarify the eyesight of our hearts with the salve of God's Spirit. We'll begin with the beginnings of the Ecclesia of God in Jerusalem. At this starting point we might better understand the reasons for some of the early success of the church. The physician, Luke, writes to the most excellent Theophilus, of the Gospel Good News of the Salvation of man through the Man Christ Jesus, and again Luke addresses Theophilus in his letter called the Book of Acts. (See Luke 1 verse 1 thru 4, and Acts 1 verse 1 thru 5.) It is thought that in addressing Theophilus, as the, "most excellent", that Theophilus, perhaps of Greek nationality, may have been a Roman official, and also a recent catechumen, through his hearing of the Word of God. It would appear, because of his influential position, that Theophilus needed a fuller written account of the earthly ministries of Jesus the Christ of God, and those of His Ecclesia (church), who were being empowered with the Love of God through God's Holy Spirit.
In the Book of Acts, Luke writes of the Apostle Peter's exhortations at Pentecost, with his calling for the repentance of all of those who were in the hearing, and then for all of them to be baptized in the Name of Jesus Christ, for the remission of sin, and then you shall receive the Gift of the Holy Spirit. (See Acts 2 verse 38 thru 41.) The following scripture from Luke's book of Acts, chapter 2 verse 42, should be considered, as all conclusive, for the edification of the Body of Christ Jesus, and not parceled out individually, as sufficient at each conjunction of the English word, "and", but maintained in its combined logical and spiritual order. So then, let us consider the English transliteration of verse 42: And they continued "steadfastly" in the apostles' doctrine and fellowship, and in breaking of [unleavened] bread, and in prayers. When viewing verse 42 in Greek: ἦσαν δὲ προσκαρτεροῦντες τῇ διδαχῇ τῶν ἀποστόλων καὶ τῇ κοινωνίᾳ καὶ τῇ κλάσει τοῦ ἄρτου καὶ ταῖς προσευχαῖς; there are two primary things to be noted in this scripture.
First, as the word steadfastly, προσκαρτερέω, would signify, the whole essence of the passage was continually one progressive thought, to be maintained within the minds of the members of the Body of Christ for its total conception of doctrine. The conjoined sentence was to be maintained all together, as one essence, for the enrichment of the Ecclesia in its worshipful service to God. Indeed: The hour comes and now is that the true worshipers, shall worship the Father in Spirit and Truth: --- God is Spirit and they that worship Him MUST worship Him in Spirit and Truth. (See John 4 verse 22 thru 24.)
Secondly, the Greek conjunction καὶ translated in English as, "and", would amplify the same unity of steadfast thought, for the Greek conjunction καὶ according to Strong's G2532, is a primary particle, having a copulative, and sometimes also a cumulative force. Therefore Acts 2 verse 42 is a copulative or conjoined sentence, arriving at one cumulative doctrinal force from the Spirit of God.
Whose doctrinal Word is it, in the first place? The Doctrine of the apostles, is the Doctrine of Jesus Christ, and the Doctrine of Jesus Christ is His Holy Father's Doctrine, Who sent His Word and Son into this world, so that through faith in Him, a people might be saved and sanctified in the Truth of God's Salvation Word. (See again "My Doctrine is not Mine".) The Lord Jesus Christ, was the True Unleavened Bread of Heaven, Who came down to become the incarnate Son of Man. At the Feast of Unleavened Bread, Jesus Christ the Son of Adam/Man, having given thanks to His Father God, then broke the unleavened bread, and gave it to those of His remaining 11 disciples, and said to them: Take and eat: This is My Body given for you.
There are several other possibilities we need to consider:
Luke was writing
his letter to Theophilus, who, from all indications, was most likely a babe in the Lord. Perhaps it would not have made any difference if Theophilus, was a
new believing Gentile or New believing Jew, the message gave consideration to a new
child of God, having only a beginning understanding of what he had heard. Luke, a friend and follower of Paul, would
have been careful, in his vernacular with a babe in Christ, when he wrote "and
in the breaking of bread". If the Jews were having a problem with the
Lord's spoken Words of Life that exists within Him, then what might have been the thoughts of the new
believing Theophilus, if he would have heard this Word of Truth spoken: Amen, Amen,
I say to you: Except you eat the flesh of the Son of Man, and drink His Blood,
you have no Life in you. (
John 6 verse 53.) In consideration
of this holy matter of Communion in the Body and Blood of Jesus Christ, what would
have been your thought, of Luke's message in acts: And they continued steadfastly in the apostles' doctrine and fellowship,
in the eating of the flesh and drinking of the blood of Jesus Christ, and in
prayers? Luke's Gospel treatise of Jesus Christ conveys the Truth of
God's Word, and so does
our paraphrase of that same passage of scripture; but who can hear and bear
it, as in the latter paraphrased vernacular. Does it make a difference
in the Faith of Christ, if the Unleavened Bread of Heaven has spoken the
Substance of God's Truth?
Luke had already written to Theophilus in his
Gospel letter of the two disciples of Christ on the road to Emmaus, and their encounter with the
risen Christ Jesus. These two men, among others, were gathered with the eleven
apostles where they no doubt had heard discussions of the accounts of the
Passover and the Passover Supper that the Lord Jesus conducted. Then the women, upon returning from the sepulcher, told the
apostles of the resurrection of Jesus Christ. The gathering of men
scoffed at the words of the women, then Peter and John ran to the sepulcher and found
it empty. After this, the Scriptures continues with: And behold, two of
them went that same day to a village called Emmaus. During their
7 mile journey home, they were having a conversation between them,
concerning the last days events, then a Stranger joins them in the
conversation. Then He said to them: “How foolish you are,
and slow to believe all that the prophets have spoken!
Did not the Messiah have to suffer these things and
then enter his glory?”, as He
enlightens them of the prophetic Christ of God. And being late in the
day, they then invited Him to enter their abode and to eat with them. (See
Luke 24 verse 10 thru 17.)
It was at the table of nourishment that the eyes of the two disciples were opened, as they Communed with the risen Christ of God. Then scripture shows the two disciples in that same hour returning to Jerusalem, where they told the 11 apostles and other disciples, of the Stranger, and how they knew Him in the breaking of the [Unleavened] Bread. Question: How did the two disciples know for sure that the Stranger Who appeared to them was Jesus/Yeshua the Messiah? Mind you, this was yet within the close of the 3rd day of the 7 day Feast of Unleavened Bread. The answer would logically appear within our minds that Jesus the Christ of God, and the True Bread of Heaven, would have first given Thanks to His Father God, and when He had broken the Unleavened Bread, the Son of Man then gave the Unleavened Bread to the two disciples, and would have said: Take and eat this is My Body given for you. And then their eyes were opened and they knew Him, and Jesus vanished out of their sight. When the two disciples understood the fullness of what had taken place they retuned to Jerusalem to report the event to the apostles and other disciples. And [then] while they were speaking, (of their encounter with the Bread of Life), Jesus Himself stood in the midst of them, and said: Peace be unto you. The disciples feared that they were seeing a ghost. But then Jesus, preceded to open the disciples understanding of the suffering of God's Promised Messiah, and He said to them: Thus it is written, and thus it behooved Christ to suffer, and rise from the dead the third day: And that repentance with remission of sins should be preached in His Name among all nations, beginning at Jerusalem. You are My witnesses of these things. And, behold, I send the Promise of My Father upon you: But wait in the city of Jerusalem, until you be endued with Power from on High. (See Luke 24 verse 13 thru 53.)
Consider that the Lord teaches us to pray to our Holy Heavenly Father in this manner: Thy Kingdom come, Thy Will be done on earth as it is done in heaven. Give us this day our daily Bread, and forgive us our debts as we forgive our debtors. From the first day of Christ's resurrection, being Sunday morning, to the last day of the week, being the Sabbath 7th day of rest, we should be praying that the Will of Yahweh Father God be done first in our lives, so that God's Kingdom Life would be seen in His people saved by His Grace. Our Lord Jesus Christ says: For if you forgive men their trespasses, your Heavenly Father will also forgive you: However if you forgive not men their trespasses, neither will your Father forgive your trespasses. (See all of the Lord's prayer.) If we believe that Holy Yahweh's Will is Truth, then Holy Yahweh Father God will provide the Spiritual Sustenance in the Unleavened Bread of Heaven, that we together, break in Worshipful Thanksgiving to Father Yahweh God. Then in our forgiveness of others, God will cleanse and absolve us of our confessed sins with Jesus Christ's Blood of the New Covenant, given by God's One Holy Spirit of Grace.
Vanity, vanity, all the days of man's life on this earth are full of vanity. We desire what is necessary to sustain our own lives, and therefore if we pray to God then it is for our own sake. Such is our interpretation of the Lord's Prayer. But Jesus introduces us to a manner of prayer that begins its focus on His Holy Father, the Almighty God Who dwells in a High and Holy Place, and also speaks of His Holy Name that is defiled in the vanity of man kind. Actually the Holy Name of the Creator of all things is not given a mention in the interpreted writings of the Gospel of His Son, Jesus Christ. We are called, by Jesus, to pray that the Will of His Father would be done on earth as it is done in Heaven. The will of sin is done on the earth, but not the Holy Will of Yahweh, the Lord God Almighty. Therefore, the petition of faith is that Holy Father Yahweh God would give us our needful daily Bread of His Son Jesus Christ, the Bread of Life Who came down from His Father's Kingdom. For it was the Will of His Father God that His Word would come down to earth to become for us the Son of Man and the expiation of the will of sin within our human lives. Now with our faith in the Will of Almighty God, we eat of the Bread of Life and also seek remission for the sins of our self centered flesh through His sacrificial Blood of Life. However, the expiation of confessed sin is dependent upon us forgiving those who trespass against our own person.
God is our Provider, and He knows what are needs are in this life. (See Matthew 6 verse 30 thru 34.) But, Holy Yahweh presents, through His Spirit of Grace, the necessary Food that sustains the new Life that is in Christ Jesus. Jesus the Word of God says: I AM that Bread of Life. I AM the Living Bread which came down from heaven: If any man eat of this Bread, he shall live for ever: The Bread that I will give is My Flesh, which I will give for the Life of the world. (See John 6 verse 48 thru 51.) Without living faith in Christ Jesus, the world is perishing right before our eyes, and if our hearts remain fixed on the cares of this world, then we also will perish. Jesus says to His disciples: Deny yourselves (of your selfish desires of this world) and take up your cross daily and follow Him. (Matthew 16 verse 24.)
All of us are forgetful in the daily denial of ourselves, but God is our Faithful Sustainer on our journey through this earthly life, and His Covenant Provisions in His Son are available for us when we stumble and fall out of the Way of Life. When the lust of sin has taken our eyes off of Jesus, and we travel out of the Way, and stumble over the sin and fall down, then the sin that has created acknowledged pain in our flesh requires the cleansing and debridement of the flesh by the Spirit of God. You may run a race for awhile on your own strength, but it is foolish to run Life's distance race with patience without the needful direction corrections that point to the straight Way of Christ, and the receiving of His Life sustaining nourishments administered by the Spirit of God, Who will see us to the very end of the journey. It is very good that God's Covenant renewal is available for us every day so that we run the race with confidence. All along the Way we can be nourished by the Spirit's Unleavened Bread of Heaven, Who became the Son of Man, and we can drink of the Son of Man's Life sustaining Covenant Blood that is a wellspring of Life from the Spirit of Life. For we being many are one Bread, and one Body: for we are all partakers of that one Bread. (See 1st Corinthians 10 verse 15 thru 17.)
Those who are born of the one Spirit of the Almighty God, with their maturation through the grace of God, would understand the irrevocable Truth of the Words of the Lord's Christ. The Life Blood, with the Soul of Jesus, the Son of Man, was sacrificed on the cross, and poured out of His Body, for the sins of the world. God's holy sacrifice of His incarnate Holy Word, being the Loving and obedient Son of Man, was sufficient for all time. It would take the sacrifice of the Perfect Love of the Son of Adam, born of the seed of the WoMan, to satisfy God's Spirit of Holiness. Faith in God's all sufficient sacrifice of His Holy Son, justifies the believer. Nevertheless, those disciples that are baptized into the New Covenant, still need the cleansing Communion Blood and Water of the Spirit, to wash their flesh of its own self idolatry, so that the believers would be of the One Body of Christ, being perfected in the Love of God. (See The Soul and the Life.)
We see in the early church that the first born children of the Ecclesia of Jerusalem, were meeting in their homes, where the redeemed souls, being of like salvation mind, were all participating in the doctrine, or teachings of the Apostles of Christ Jesus, and as such were having the fullness of fellowship (koinonia) in the Word of the Lord. The Apostles, no doubt were preaching repentance from sin's entanglements, and Salvation grace through Messiah Yeshuah (Christ Jesus). But, what is not so clear, is that the Ecclesia are having the fullness of fellowship, with the precedence being set by the Apostle's full doctrine of Jesus Christ. Those who were baptized into the cleansing water of the Spirit for past sins, were now permitted to participate in the breaking and eating of the unleavened matzo bread, being the Word sanctified Body of Christ Jesus. With the Ecclesia's thanksgiving to God, and their spiritual blessing with the Words of the Lord, the wine was sanctified, that is set apart by the Holy Spirit, to be the Life Blood of Jesus Christ. (See 1st Corinthian 10 verse 16 thru 17.) With the eating of the Bread of Life, and the drinking of the Cup of Blessing, the Ecclesia, being in the unity of the Holy Spirit, could boldly come into the holiest place of the throne room of God, presenting their intercessory prayers and supplications, before Yahweh God, the Almighty. (See Hebrews 10 verse 19 thru 23.)
We can do nothing without the Lord Jesus Christ, Who wills to strengthen His Ecclesia in the Spirit of Truth, but unbelief prevents His Blessings. If you will excuse the words "pattern or tradition", then this is what is precisely portrayed in this passage, and should be exercised in sequential order, every time the Church (Ecclesia) would gather together, in the Spirit and Truth of the Word of God. Jesus, the Christ of God made the following provocative statement to the Jewry of that day, and it continues to resonate in Truth now and forever, in spite of the unbelief of the people who say, they are of faith. Witness the first 2 distinct verses of Truth from John 6; I AM the Bread of Life: He that eats of this Bread shall live forever. And now again John 6 verse 53: Amen, Amen, I say to you: Except you eat the flesh of the Son of Man, and drink His Blood, you have no Life in you; And then verse 56, it is written: He that eats of My flesh, and drinks My Blood, dwells in Me and I in him. How long will the believer dwell in the Spirit of Life, and the Spirit of Life indwell the believer?
Now, please consider how the afore mentioned scripture, of Acts 2 verse 42, and the accompanying thoughts will blend together with Acts chapter 2 verse 46 thru 47: And they, continuing daily with one accord in the "temple", and breaking bread from house to house, did eat their meat [being the nourishing provisions from the Spirit of Christ] with gladness and singleness of heart, praising God, and having favor with all the people. And the Lord added to the church daily, such as should be saved. Witness an obvious observation to these scriptures: The Lord did not add to the "religious of the temple", but He added those being saved, even from the religious of the temple, to the Ecclesia, who were breaking bread [unleavened], as in Communion, from house to house, and became full of the joy of the Lord. And the Word of the Lord increased; and the number of the disciples multiplied in Jerusalem greatly, and a great company of the [Levitical] priest were obedient to the faith. (Acts 6 verse 7.) Now in conjunction, please consider the Lord's Words from the sermon on the mount: Blessed are they which hunger and thirst after righteousness: For they shall be filled. (Please see all of Matthew 5 verse 2 thru 12.) It was not their stomachs of flesh that were being filled with gladness and singleness of heart: But it was their redeemed souls, rejoicing in the Spirit of God! For the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, long-suffering, gentleness, goodness, faith, meekness, temperance. (Galatians 5 verse 22 thru 23.)
The newly birthed Ecclesia, knew the Lord in His breaking of the bread! This is the partaking of the unleavened Bread of Life, given for us, where God's Holy Spirit of Truth, sets apart the matzo (unleavened bread) and the wine with water, to be for His set apart people, the Body and sanctifying Blood of the New Covenant of the promise of Life in Christ. As the living Father has sent Me, and I live by the Father: So he that eats of Me, even he shall live by Me. (John 6 verse 57.) The One Holy Spirit from the Living God, is our Helper through this earthly life; and as our Advocate before God, He will reprove His people of their sins. We need the True Nourishment of the sanctifying Life that God's Holy Spirit provides in the Blood of Jesus Christ, to enable each one of us, to be His witnesses of that Resurrection Life within our Savior. Self idolatrous sin, begets death, but the sanctifying Blood of Christ that the Holy Spirit of God, gives to the humble members of His Body, is the covering Love of God for His absent minded children of faith, and is the outright antidote for our confessed sins of death. In the early home churches of Jerusalem, the fellowship in the Body and Blood of Jesus Christ, indeed strengthened the new disciples within their inner beings, so that they could go together in one accord, with one voice to the Temple, to be a witness of God's life saving goodness in their collective lives. Obviously, the early Ecclesia had the leadership of the Lord's Apostles, and of those brothers and sisters that followed faithfully in the Apostles instructions for Life in the Lord. Indeed, some planted the Seed of Life, some watered, but God gives the increase. So then, in the breaking of the Bread, the disciples were continuing daily in the (koinonia, fellowship, communion) not just with themselves, but within the Presence of the Word of the Lord, with His Spirit of Truth that binds them together in His Love.
However, even in the early church, the spirit and prince of iniquity was quick at work, to plant his heresies into the minds of man, even damnable ones, to sidetrack the early believers, and induce them to continue to eat of the human philosophy that flourishes from the beguiling serpent's twisted Tree of Knowledge of good and evil. In the Garden of Eden, Satan planted the will of self serving sin and determination into the mind of man, corrupting God's directives for man's food supply, and today, he continues to confuse the Ecclesia, concerning God's provisions for abundant Life in Christ Jesus.
The Word of God that stands forever says: Man does not eat of bread only, but by every Word that comes forth from the Mouth of God. Therefore, Jerusalem's new disciples in Christ Jesus were not going from house to house, and having a bring your own breakfast, lunch or dinner. No! This notion was given root from the wisdom of the spirit of this world, being perpetuated by the spirit of anti-Christ. Immediately, Satan began to feed portions of the church, such as the ones at Corinth, with the false conception that their fellowship together, was with the filling of their bellies with vittles and drinks, that would eventuate into today's pot luck dinners. The breaking of bread, as referencing the eating of food together, is not the fellowship that the Ecclesia were to have, in the refreshing by the Spirit of Christ. Hear Paul's rebuke to the Corinthian Church; This is not the Lord's supper that you are eating! For in eating every one takes before another, his own supper; and one remains hungry, and another is drunk. What? Have you not houses to eat and to drink in; or despise you the Church of God, and shame them that have not? Shall I praise you in this? I praise you not! Paul in his admonishments to the Corinthian church, previously wrote: I speak as to wise men: Judge you what I say. The Cup of Blessing which we bless, is it not the Communion of the Blood of Christ? The Bread which we break, is it not the Communion of the Body of Christ? They are rhetorical questions that can only be answered by spiritually wise men with a resounding, Yes, Amen! Paul, the wise master builder, establishes his missionary work on the foundation of the Rock of Jesus Christ, for the Rock of the Word of God said: Take and eat; for this is My Body that is given for you. And then the Word of God said of the cup: Drink all of you; For this is My Blood of the New Covenant, which is shed for many for the remission of sin. (See 1st Corinthians 11 verse 23 thru 30.)
The Person of Truth speaks to us, in the Breaking of the True Bread that came down from heaven to be made the flesh of Man/Adam, that when eating in faith of the True Bread of Heaven, that the Spirit fills the souls of the saved members with the real substance of the Spiritual Body of the Son of Man. Then, in the drinking of the Spirit's Life, giving in the New Covenant Blood of Jesus Christ, now the confessed unfruitful workings of one's flesh, are put at naught, as if they did not happen. If we say that we have no sin, we deceive ourselves and the Truth is not in us. If we confess our sins, God is faithful and just to remit our sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness. If we say that we have not sinned, we make God to be a liar, and His Word is not in us. (John 1 verse 8 thru 10.)
Today, true leadership of the flock of God, would do well to repent of their own faulty thinking, and to follow the pattern of Acts 2 verse 42. The Truth that the Spirit of God provides in the Body and Blood of Jesus Christ, is for the spiritual health and vitality of the Ecclesia of the New Covenant, who by faith are sealed in the Blood of the Son of Man, Who is the incarnate and eternal Son of God. But, if that leadership is presently lacking, or seemingly stunted in spiritual growth, because of man's imposed tradition, then it could be presumed that the Spirit of God, is waiting for our repentance from the makings of our own confusion. If the leadership of your church setting, is not in the Spirit of Acts 2 verse 42 thru 47, and is flawed in ecclesial tradition, or remains engrossed in their ingrained traditional idea of church, centered around a pulpit, then the members of the Ecclesia need to honor God first in His Word of Truth, and grow in the grace of the fullness of the Body of Christ Jesus. So then, perhaps in the beginnings of a home fellowship, centered in Christ Jesus, it may be necessary for the baptized head, and spiritually matured priest of the household, to gather often during the week with his spouse and responsible children, to glorify the Lord, with the partaking of the provisions of the Body and the sanctifying Blood of His Spirit. The Lord is the One, Who will add brothers and sisters to the saved members of His Body.
Now, for those who are baptized in Christ Jesus, but are out of a church setting, because of your own disbelief and hypocrisy, or perhaps there are those who are frustrated with an institutional church, because of obvious licentious and heretical teaching, there is a good solution. It becomes incumbent upon you, to find at least one more baptized person, seeking the Love of God and His Truth, so that in the humility of true repentance from the deceitful lies of sin, you may begin to have Holy Communion together, with His real Life provisions from His Holy Spirit of Truth. In our Communion with the Lord we, as His redeemed people, are to wait upon the Almighty in worship, and the following prayers of expectancies, that will give birth to the cleansing Power of His Love. The Lord is the Life and the Resurrection of those, who having died in Him, are being made freed from the will of sin and death, through their turning away from their former willful sins, and partaking of the Lord's Covenant Provisions that are with Him in Spirit and Truth. But if we say that that we have no sin, we deceive ourselves, and the Truth is not in us. If we confess our sins, He is faithful and just to forgive us our sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness. For if we walk in the light, as He is in the Light, then we have fellowship one with another, and the Blood of Jesus Christ, God's Son, cleanses us from all sin. (1st John 1 verse 8 thru 9 with the light of verse 7.) God is faithful, by Whom we were called unto the fellowship of His Son Jesus Christ our Lord. (1st Corinthian 1 verse 9.) Brought to true repentance by the Spirit of God and being cleansed by Salvation's New Covenant Blood through the same Holy Spirit, we should extend our prayers of thanksgiving and expectations through the Spirit of God for the renewing and reviving grace of God Almighty's good will towards us, and for the Life of all those whom the Lord will add to the Body of His Son.
Do to our true participation in our fellowship within the Body, and the cleansing Blood of Jesus Christ, the Lord Jesus will begin to remove the impediments of confessed sins and fears of unbelief. Then when He begins to strengthen His people in the Perfection of His Love, we would suggest that you together, as a small band of living members, armed with the Truth of the one Spirit, of the one Body of Christ Jesus, find a place where people are gathered in His Name, but are lacking in the knowledge of God's grace and strength of understanding, that He has given to you with His nourishment through the Spirit of His Holiness. Now being found in the freedom of the Lord's Body, fitted together in the bonds of His Love, even a Love that brings chastening correction, you can be a witness to the strength of His Word of Truth. Now, with the continued renewing of a mind that is centered in the Truth of Christ Jesus, you may be able to give from your heart that Love from the Spirit of God that He has bestowed upon you and that is in you. The words of Agur the son of Jakeh, even to Ithiel (God is with me) and Ucal (I am strong): Every word of God is pure: He is a shield unto them that put their trust in Him. (found in Proverbs 30.)
"And they shall overcome the evil (accuser) by the BLOOD of the LAMB, and the Word of their testimony, and they loved not their life unto the death." (Revelation 12 verse 10.)
