We are all New Covenant Breakers.

The World is offended in the Words of Jesus Christ, and unfortunately, much of the assembly of churches in their confusion, lend to the offense.  Many of the Lord’s followers of that day, after hearing His exhortation: “Unless you eat of My Flesh and drink of My Blood you have no life in you.” they then went their own way, being offended in the spoken Words of Jesus Christ.  The Blood of Jesus Christ is an offense to the flesh of man yesterday and today: And they mocked Him and His words saying: Who can hear and bear it”?  And then the Words of Jesus Christ will echo in that great day of the Lord; "Whosoever therefore shall be ashamed of Me and of My Words in this adulterous and sinful generation, of him also shall the Son of Man be ashamed, when He comes in the Glory of His Father with the holy angels." (Mark 8 verse 38.)

The unseen power of our Lord's Word is eternal Truth, and like a two-edged sword, the fullness of the Words of Jesus Christ cuts into the heart of our being, and exposes our nakedness in the light of the Truth.  Is it any wonder that the sinful world, slinks away into its more comfortable covering of darkness? For the Light shines in darkness and the darkness does not comprehend. (John 1 verse 5).  Jesus (the Light) was in the world, and the world was made by Him, and the world knew Him not. (John 1 verse 10).  But, should not the disciple of the Living WORD of GOD, having come to the Truth of Jesus, be a lover of the Truth, and being clothed in the light of His Word, would be waiting in expectancy at all times, to move in the Lord at the sound of His Voice?  If our minds have been made to be prejudiced with faulty doctrine, and the judgment of imperfect Christianity in this world, then how can anyone begin to hear and bare the Truth, and then obey the Truth?  Who among us has been perfect of heart and of mind in their understanding and obedience to the Word of God?  If our hearts understanding is perfect concerning the vitality of the Word of Life in Jesus Christ, then it must be that love is perfected in our flesh, and the sin of the flesh is no longer an issue, and all is well in Christendom.

Unfortunately, it seems that so many who speak and teach on the Covenant of the only Lord God Almighty, are those who can not keep covenant with their own spouses.

One evening, I was watching a Christian television program, and was listening intently to the stirring testimony of an evangelical woman of note, having been saved by the grace of God in Jesus Christ.  She spoke about her early young life, filled with abuse leading to drug addiction, and later a life consumed in wrong choices of self destruction; that is until Jesus and the Love of God entered into her heart and brought a new beginning to the meaning of life.  I was most impressed with the devotion of her words, as she continued her expression of love for Jesus Christ and His Father God.  I went to bed that night, pondering the strength of her vocal testimony, with the great love she expressed for her Savior.  Upon awakening the next morning, again my thoughts turned to the woman's glowing testimony of her love of God and Savior.  In those moments, I began to question the reasons of why I would want to continue to struggle, with these writings that concerns our fellowship with the Lord's offering through the Communion Table.  In light of such love, as expressed from this evangelical woman born of God, then of what real purpose does Communion serve for the believer?  I lay there in my bed and mumbled out softly;  "Lord, I don't understand: If there is such great love for you, then what purpose is Communion?"  And then I heard distinctly, "Yes!  My people say they love Me, ----- but they still sin".  Later, the marriage of this noted Christian woman ended in divorce from her husband, with whom she co-pastured a large church and television ministry.  Both continue in their separate forms of self ministry.

Sadly, this infidelity to God's Covenant of Love is not an exception, but has become common place in the liberal church, whose leadership dismisses the violent consequences of sin.  Sin without remedy, even for the Christian, still separates and divides, even as yeast leavens the whole loaf, and separates the fibers through its gaseousness, always leaving various sized holes in the bread.  Your glorying is not good.  Know you not that a little leaven, leavens the whole lump?  Purge out therefore the old leaven, that you may be a new lump, as you are unleavened.  For even Christ our Passover is sacrificed for us:  Therefore let us celebrate the feast, not with old leaven, neither with the leaven of malice and wickedness; but with the unleavened bread of sincerity and truth. (1st Corinthians 5 verse 6 thru 8.) Sin is not inert within the flesh of a person, just because a person believes in God's Salvation.  But, the sensuous lure of sin within one self has dire consequences when followed, and has its own way of disrobing the flesh, revealing a person's nakedness to the world.  To the members of His Church Body, the Lord Jesus Christ says yesterday and today: Behold, I come as a thief.  Blessed is he that watches, and keeps his garments, lest he walk naked, and they see his shame. (Revelation 16 verse 15). Sin has an allegiance only to itself, and without a person's accountability to God, through His Covenant in the Blood of Jesus Christ, the wages of sin is death.

The Soul and the Life.

"The Word of God is living and active and sharper than any two edged sword", and cuts far deeper than we can ever perceive, even as we shall find out through God's Word in Leviticus:
For the life of the flesh is in the Blood”.

The Orthodox Jewish Rabbis' hold to the belief that the seat of life is in the blood, where it is thought that the 'soul essence' of a person resides. We are in agreement with the Rabbis, for the Holy Word of God Almighty declares: For the life (nephesh) of the flesh is in the blood: and I have given it (the life blood) to you upon the altar to make an atonement for your souls (nephesh): For it is the blood that makes an atonement for the soul (nephesh). (Leviticus 17 verse 11).

In the natural science of things, it is understood that the life of the physical body is absolutely dependent upon a healthy heart in concert with the body that circulates throughout the body the life giving strength of the blood with its multitude of physical properties.  In this context, it would be understood that the life of the body is synonymous with the blood.  However, in view of the above Levitical scripture, we would like to extend our thoughts beyond the natural association of blood with life, and incorporate the Jewish Rabbis' understanding of God's Word and that of the soul.

First let's return to Genesis and further gather our thoughts around the forensic evidence in the Word of God. Upon reading the Scriptures, we see that on both the fifth and sixth day of God's creation, Elohim created all life forms from the sea or from the land. Now, for our focus and to arrive at the same place , we will look at the sixth day when all land creatures were created including Elohim's special creation of man.

And God said: Let the earth bring forth the living creature according to its kind, quadrupeds and reptiles and wild beasts of the earth according to their kind, and it was so. For God made the wild beasts of the earth according to their kind, and cattle according to their kind, and all the reptiles of the earth according to their kind, and God saw that they were good.

And God said; Let Us make man in our image, after our likeness: and let them have dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the fowl of the air, and over the cattle, and over all the earth, and over every creeping thing that creeps upon the earth. So God created man in His own image, in the image of God created He Man: Male and female created He them. (Genesis 1 verse 26 thru 27.)

For the Lord God formed Man from the dust of the ground, and breathed into his nostrils the Breath of Life: and Man became a Living soul. (Genesis 2 verse 7)

I am sure that we have noted a distinction between the creation of the beast from the earth and that of man.  There is no mention in Genesis of the animals having a soul, so we have assumed that the lack of the soul's association with the beast, it creates the truth that these creature have no soul.  But what is it within the beast that makes the animals live?  Quite naturally we understand it to be the flow of blood that gives life to the creature.  But what is the force that directs the life within the blood of the creature, and yet is the very same force that makes for the differences in the multitude of species. So then what makes a soul a soul?

Now when we look to the earthen form of the man, we see that God breathed His Breath of Life into the first Man/Adam, and it is then that Adam became a 'living' soul.  The distinction is that Adam is made a 'living soul'.  If God had not breathed into the nostrils of the form of the man, would the man of the earth still be a soul?  All of God's creatures have life within them because of the 'full' dynamics within the blood. The true distinction of the first man, and that of the sea creatures and the breast of the field is that God's Holy Spirit of Life was instilled into the soul of Adam, and Adam became initially One with His Creator of the living.  By the Breath of Elohim God, the soul of Adam the Man, was given Life in the Likeness of the God of the Living, and the Spirit of God was within the soul of Adam to direct him in the Way of Life as the Creator God had intended for His creation of Man.

For the LORD God commanded Adam: "You are free to eat from any tree in the garden; but you must not eat from the Tree of the Knowledge of Good and Evil, for in the day that you eat of it, you will surely die." (Genesis 2 verse 16 thru 17.) (NKJV.)

In the day that Adam committed treason against his Maker, Elohim's Spirit of Life left Adam, and therefore the soul of Adam became like unto the soul of animals, and was left as dead to the Life of God because of Adam's rebellious sin. If the reader goes to Revelation 16 verse 3, then Scriptures will reveal that all of the unnamed creatures of the sea are collectively called souls, and we can surmise the same association for the breast of the earth.

What we are seeking to do is to bring a realization of the natural life of a creature that is associated with blood, and link life with the soul of a being, which we believe from the Word of God is the very essence of not only man kind, but all creatures will naturally have the soul's distinguishing power of essence existing within the blood that flows from a beating heart. The soul has the full essence of the individual kinds of species.

We note immediately from scripture that the completely formed body of Adam, with all of its wondrous detail, including the yet non circulating blood, did not make Adam a living soul, until the Lord God Elohim divinely breathed His Breath of Life into Adam's nostrils. (See Genesis 2 verse 7.) It was at that point of time that the blood of Adam was infused with the unseen essence of his God given soul, linked with Elohim's Spirit of Life, and the heart began to beat and transfuse the essence of true life throughout Adams' body.

However after the grievous fall of Adam, we should understand that the Life of the Spirit of God left Adam and his wife Ishshah, and their souls became as the natural man created from the dust of the earth. For Adam lived a hundred and thirty years, and begot a son in his own likeness and after his own image and called his name Seth. (Genesis 5 verse 3.) The likeness of God had departed from Adam, and now all of his prodigy would be born into the world haveing the mind set of Adam's likeness.

In returning above to Leviticus 17, we see that both of the English words 'life' and 'soul' are transliterated from the solitary Hebrew word 'nephesh'.  Hence, the words 'life' and 'soul' are synonymous to each other, as translated from the one Hebrew word 'nephesh'.  For contrast, the English word for 'blood' in Hebrew is 'dam', as distinguished from the Hebrew word 'nephesh'. If we put the translated words in Leviticus 17 verse 11 into expanded English thought, then we would have: For the life, (which is the very soul) of the flesh is in the blood, and I have given the blood to you upon the altar to make an atonement for your soul, (which is your very life).

While we are reasoning together, then we will continue to shed light on the heart of the matter and the logic of it all.  The beating heart is essential for the life of the body of the creature to be sustained, and without a beating heart then life ceases to flow within the body, and the creature dies.  Jeremiah says: The heart is deceitful above all things, and desperately wicked: who can know it? (See Jeremiah 17 verse 9 thru 10.) The physical heart organ is not evil because it may forget to beat.  The physical heart does not think on its own, but is dependent upon the organ of the brain and its connection with the vagus nerve to dictate the heart's timely rhythmic functions.  But what is the force that drives the brain? What then is Jeremiah saying about the heart if not metaphorically speaking about the inner man that is at the very core of man's thinking and emotions?  In the very next breath Jeremiah makes scripture clear.  I the Lord search the heart: I try the reins (the mind), even to give every man according to his ways, and according to the fruit of his doings.  The Lord God Almighty sees into the mind of the inner man, and He will strive with the nature of the soul of a  person to reward that person according to their minds chosen paths of good or of evil.  If the mind of man is pliable in the hand of God, then well and good, for the Almighty Lord God will straighten the way of the man, according to the Way of the Lord of Salvation.

Now, with every beat of the physical heart, there is the flowing of blood, and its multitude of physical contents that together, are the enabling force for the natural life of the body.  However, as we have already posited, the person's unseen soul or essence of life, as in 'nephesh', is also residing within the blood.  As such, the  unseen soul would be a separate entity in the blood, analogous to the many physical factors within the blood.  What is known of the physical matter can generally be isolated and separated from the whole blood. But there are thousand of blood factors that are undiscovered, and what of the unseen soul that is the life that is in the blood.   It is our contention that the blood should be considered to be the physical, as well as the medium for the lodging of the soul 'nephesh'.  Simply put, the blood is the home of the unseen soul, and the blood with the soul of the being, exist within the confinements of the body of flesh and bone.

The end point we are making, is that because of the beating heart, and the circuitous flow of the blood throughout the body's thousands of miles of conduits of arterial vessels and venules, then it is more than plausible for the soul, the Hebrew, "nephesh", with its natural spirit for life, will imprint, not only on the blood, but because of the circulating whole blood with its plasma, to touch, to know and to imprint on every cell of the body, including the elemental brain and the electro-chemical substances of every thought, engendered within the mind of man.  In other words, the soul knows the complete body (DNA with the Epigenome) and the spirit of a man.  For according to the reasoning of God's Word: Even as a man thinks within his heart/leb, being the core depths of the thoughts of his being, so then his life=soul (the Hebrew nephesh) becomes the expression of self, with its experienced mixture of good choices and evil choices.

By virtue of the circulating blood, a person's whole life/soul (nephesh) is inclusive of their personality with the good and the evil thoughts and emotions, having been influenced by surrounding circumstances that brought forth actions and reactions to the stimuli, both in the body and outside of the body, all of which their mind's processed, and the thoughts would be imprinted upon their soul that is in the blood.  And so, even the spirit of our minds are intertwined within the soul of our being of flesh, and how then would you separate them as being distinct from each other?  Witness in your own thinking that the spirit of a man is within his thinking mind, and is projected outward by mankind's speech and or actions.  The admonition of the Spirit of God is: That you put off concerning the former conversation the old man (the old self of sin), which is corrupt according to the deceitful lusts; And be renewed in the spirit of your mind; And that you put on the new man (the new person born again of God's Spirit in Christ Jesus), which after God is created in righteousness and true holiness. (See Ephesians 4 verse 22 thru 24.) The heart or the inner man is at the core of our being, where the spirit of our minds is intertwined with the soul of our being.  God, with His Spirit, moves on the spirit of our thinking minds, too change the direction that our souls are goings, and redirects the whole of our being toward the path way of new birth in following Christ Jesus.  With the new birth in the Christ of God, we are to follow the Lord in right thinking which leads us to righteous acts within the Almighty's Love that abides in His Son Christ Jesus.

Nothing of our being is lost of who we are in our souls, including the imprint of our distinctive human genetics that originally made us unique, "for even the very hairs of your head are all numbered".  (Matthew 10 verse 30.)  Spiritually, the unseen soul with the spirit of the mind of man have become as one, and would be the spiritual or unseen embodiment of who a person really is, as seen and known before the Almighty God with Whom we are subject to.  For the sharpness of the Word of God will pierce and even cut asunder the soul from the spirit of person and reveal who we are with out the Almighty God of the Living.  (See Hebrews 4 verse 11 thru 13.)  Without the Holy Spirit of the God of the Living abiding within our souls, then we are dead in our souls with its spirit of our thoughts being dead to the only God and Creator of all things.

In the following passages, we hope to give some insight into the real spiritual possibilities for the soul of man, which is in the blood, so as to give further testimony to how great a God we serve.  For with His Infinite Majesty, there is nothing impossible, and nothing is hidden from His eyes, for the Lord looks upon the heart/lebab, which is the inward faculty of our thoughts and emotions. (1st Samuel 16 verse 7.) (See also Luke 1 verse 37).  From the abundance of the heart the mouth speaks, and the abundance of the thoughts of the heart of every man whether for good or bad is recorded on the soul of the man.  Indeed, the Infinite God Almighty can read us like a book. Perhaps then, we might consider that the soul of man would be somewhat analogous to a read write medium of a CD disc, where the old useless information can be exchanged and overwritten with that which is eternally important, and is there to keep us in remembrance of Christ Sacrificial Love.  God's Sanctification of the body of flesh, that house the soul and spirit of humankind, is though His Holy Spirit of Grace that is One with the Life Blood of Jesus Christ, for in the midst or the core of our thinking souls, we would have in the God's Spirit the Mind of Christ, for the Spirit of God abiding within our redeemed souls.  The natural man does not accept what is taught by the Spirit of God; for him, that is absurdity.  He cannot come to know such teaching because it must be appraised in a spiritual Way.  On the other hand, the spiritual man can appraise everything, though he himself can be appraised by no one.  For, "Who has known the mind of the Lord so as to instruct Him?" but we have the mind of Christ. 1 CorinthiansM 2:15-16 (NAB)  For the Spirit we have received is not the world’s spirit but God’s Spirit, helping us to recognize the Gifts He has given us.  We speak of these, not in words of human wisdom but in Words taught by the Spirit, thus interpreting spiritual things in spiritual terms. (1 Corinthians 2:13-14 NAB)  The old thinking of the mind of our soul of the natural man, is to be changed and renewed with the Spirit of the Word of God IN Christ Jesus.  (See Romans 12 verse 2.)

When the redeemed, of the Faith in Christ Jesus, are receiving the Communion Blood of Jesus Christ through God's Holy Spirit of Grace, then that Redeeming Blood is always speaking to the depths of our minds, too bring the spirit of our minds into the remembrance of God's mercy and forgiveness toward the repentant believers in Jesus the Messiah.  God's Spirit of Grace is ever faithful towards us repentant believers, for He is Present to bring about the washing and the renewing of the soul's mind, in accord to the mind's singular dependency upon God's Covenant of Love and Life within the same mind of His Beloved Son Christ Jesus.

In continuing with our train of thought, it is vitally important that we understand the vast difference between the unloving souls of fallen human kind, compared to the Sacrificial Love that abided in the Soul of Jesus Christ.   Man kind's love of God was displaced by a self absorbing love within the soul of human kind that is directed by sin's enslavement of our already corrupted flesh.  But Christ Jesus, is the last genetic Son of Adam, begotten by the Holy Spirit of His Father within the genetic ovum seed of a virgin Hebrew woman. And as Man, the Mind of Jesus' Soul Essence was in Union with the Essence of His Father's Spirit of Holiness, and the Mind of Christ was centered within His Eternal Love for His Father, and His Father's Will to save the lost of humanity.  God's Perfect Love was and is manifested to lost humanity with God's Perfect Sacrificial Offering of His obedient and beloved Son, for They are One; and the One God, --- is Perfect Love.  O Righteous Father, the World has not known You, but I have known You, for You have Loved/Agapeo Me before the foundation of the world, and these have known that You have sent Me.  I have declared unto them Your Name, and will further declare it; that the Love wherewith You have Loved Me may be in them, and I in them. (John 17 verse 24 thru 26). "Nevertheless it pleased the LORD to bruise Him; He has put Him to grief when Thou shall make His Soul (nephesh) an offering for sin, [Then] He shall see His seed". (Isaiah 53 verse 10). Yes, the Christ of God shall see His seed.  For if one is born of the Word of God, then they are of the Seed of Christ and of the Faith of Christ Jesus.  Sin brought death to our souls, and the Christ of God was crucified for our sin, and in His resurrection from the dead, our souls are birthed as a brand new child of the Living God of creation by faith in the Word of God that gave them Life in Christ's resurrection from the earthen grave. (See John 12 verse 24.)

Next, it is imperative to note the disciple John's testimony at the cross: For John testifies of the Blood and the Water flowing from the pierced side of the now dead Body of Jesus.  But one of the soldiers with a spear pierced His side, and forthwith came there out blood and water (John 19 verse 34 thru 35.)  The red color of Blood is derived from the red blood cells, with its hemoglobin and iron content.  Physiologically, what John is describing is the result of the accumulation of the platelet clotting red blood cells and other solids, that had separated from the blood plasma, both of which, upon separation, had pooled together in the pleura of thoracic cavity of the Lord's body.  When the soldier pierced the side of the Lord with his spear, both the semi-clotted red blood cells, and the separated clearer fluid came gushing out together upon the ground. The blood in John's mind, which is being associated with its color of red, was actually a mixture of semi-clotting red blood cells, being carried by the clearer fluid of the whole blood.  The Water, that John reports of seeing, is the serum or blood plasma, that had separated from the whole blood, and it was this fluid along with the forming clotted blood cells that both flowed together, from the pierced side of Jesus' Body and on to the earthen ground.  Hence, John saw the Blood of Jesus Christ flowing from the pierced side of Jesus in its separated forms of solid and liquid.  It is all Blood.

Our Spiritual analogy is simply to evaluate the natural blood, as we know of its working in the natural body, and then to compare it to the spiritual Blood of Jesus Christ, working in God's Sanctifying Spirit of Grace within the members of the spiritual body of Jesus Christ on earth.  In our natural bodies, the blood plasma is the complex fluid that carries the suspended red and white blood cells, platelets as well as a myriad of complex organic compounds, and unknown factors throughout the vascular network of the body.  The red blood cells carry the life giving oxygen from the lungs to all the cells of the body, and then the oxygen depleted red blood cells remove from the blood the released carbon dioxide as a result of the natural cellular metabolism of the body.  But it is the serum and the lymph fluid of the whole blood that bathes each and every cell of the natural body, as it transfuses necessary nutrients into the interstitial spaces between the differentiated cell walls, and deep within the individual cells proper.  By way of the blood serum, life giving nutrients are carried into the cells, and the waste metabolites are carried out of, and away from the cells, to be disposed of through the elimination organs.  The whole of the blood and plasma also provides for the natural immune defenses for the natural body.  The armies of white blood cells, being composed of the same DNA as the rest of the body's cells, are designed to protect all cells of the body, which have the same DNA signature. That which is foreign to the body's genetics is seen as an enemy of the body and when discovered by specific white blood cells, they will isolate an enemy within themselves, and then chemically alert the immune system to search out and destroy that which is foreign to the well fare of the whole body.  How remarkable is the complexity of the life sustaining whole blood, as it courses through the vast network array of arteries, arterioles, capillaries, venules and veins and, lymphatic tissue, and then arriving back at the heart after being renewed in its vitality, through the appropriate vital organs of the body.

Continuing deeper within our natural and spiritual incites, we should understand that the New Covenant Communion Blood of Jesus is for the unified Life of His Body on earth, and without the unimpeded flow of that Blood of the Spirit there is no Life to the members of the body. (See John 6 verse 53 thru 56.) Even as the natural flow of our genetic blood courses through our earthly body, nourishing, cleansing and protecting the body from harmful foreign intrusions, so then also is the Communion Blood and the Serum Water of the Word of God, in union with God's Holy Spirit, actively cleansing, nourishing and protecting with Love every individual cellular person, who is joined together in God's Sacrificial Love within the Body of Jesus Christ. (See 1st John 5 verse 8.) Even as the life blood of all flesh has an innate understanding of the genetics of the species, and then through a healthy immune system, the immune forces will seek out to destroy invading organisms that do not meet the genetic requirements of the body: So then likewise, the Spirit of the Blood of Jesus Christ is already in motion to cut off or kill the intrusion of sin that is destructive to the spiritual health of Christ's Body of believers on earth.  God is Love, and because Jesus Christ is the Living Word of God, then God's Signature of His Holy Love is in the Blood of Jesus Christ, and the Love of God is the antithesis of sin and death, and will mitigate sin's strength little by little, if not immediately destroy sin at its source within the flesh of our yielded minds.  In God's mercy, what is good for the whole body, is good for the one cellular person, and vise versa.  What is evil and will not change will be completely cut off, like a branch in the vine that is withering away in rot and decay. (See John 15 verse 1 thru 6.)

Submitted Lives in God's Keeping

On an individual basis, we each need to heed our Chief Physician's instructions to daily deny our own selfish desires that are initiated within our fleshly minds, and thereby learning from the afflictions of the cross while we follow the Lord.  ( See Matthew 16 verse 24 thru 25.) Even with our failures to comply to His instructions, when we have submitted our lives to God's keeping, He will jealously protect what is His, for the Blood Covenant of Jesus Christ shall not permit sin to have dominion over those who are joined in His Spirit's unity to each other within the risen Body of Jesus Christ.  When our minds become encumbered with the burdens of idolatrous sins of the flesh, and if we have not hardened our heart to the Spirit's prompting, then when we come together in His Body, we should humbly call upon the Lord our Physician, and give to Him our sincere confession of our hearts infidelities, confusions and weaknesses.  We know that our God is Faithful, and through the Life (Nephesh) sustaining infusion of His Covenant Blood, He will forgive and permit the Communion New Covenant Blood to cleanse the gross impurities that are foreign to His good will, and which does not conform to the new creation born of the Word of God.  Because there is Eternal Life in the Covenant Blood of Jesus Christ, then the refreshment of that Life, through His Holy Spirit of Grace, is given to His members as assurance to our minds, of God's faithfulness to His Covenant, and To Be the only source of nourishment for the soul and spirit of all believers within His Body.

However, there are warnings to be heeded in God's amnesty program:  If sin is not sincerely repented of by a member of the Blood Covenant and the person continues to practice the sin so that the member becomes corrupted or hardened by the sin, then the power of the Blood of Jesus Christ through the Word of His testimony, will isolate the member for severe correction. If there is no compliance, then God may destroy that cellular member as alien from the Life of the Body and for the sake of the Body of Jesus Christ.  Know you not that you are the temple of God, and that the Spirit of God dwells in you? If any man defile the temple of God, him shall God destroy; for the temple of God is holy, which temple you are. (1st Corinthians 3 verse 16 thru 17.) Be not deceived; God is not mocked: for whatsoever a man sows, that shall he also reap. For he that sows to his flesh shall of the flesh reap corruption; but he that sows to the Spirit shall of the Spirit reap Life everlasting. (Galatians 6 verse 7 thru 9.) If we deliberately keep on sinning after we have received the knowledge of the truth, no sacrifice for sins is left, but only a fearful expectation of judgment and of raging fire that will consume the enemies of God. Anyone who rejected the law of Moses died without mercy on the testimony of two or three witnesses. How much more severely do you think a man deserves to be punished who has trampled the Son of God under foot, who has treated as an unholy thing the Blood of the Covenant that sanctifies him, and who has insulted the Spirit of Grace? For we know Him Who said, "It is mine to avenge; I will repay," and again, "The Lord will judge his people." It is a dreadful thing to fall into the hands of the living God.  (Hebrews 10 verse 26 thru 31.)

Just suppose if we, who are saved by the Grace of God in Christ Jesus, could miraculously view our souls in a mirror, what would we see? Would it still be a soul hidden in the shadows of self indulgence or would it be a liberated soul of great faith in Jesus Christ, which is continually being clarified by the Love and Light of God, through the Fountain of the Spirit of the Water of the WORD of GOD?  It would be wonderful if our souls looked like the latter image, however the revelation would undoubtedly spoil us, and we would still have the same everyday need of our Savior, just as He is needed for the former mirrored image of the soul still struggling with self. (See 2nd Corinthians 3 verse 17 thru 18). We can do nothing to justify our selves, apart from the Sanctifying and saving Grace that is in the Sacrificial Life Blood of Jesus Christ. Our souls and spirits have the infinite need of the Life (Nephesh) in the Covenant Blood of our Savior, clarifying within ourselves, just Whom we really do belong to.  When God looks upon the soul of an individual who has faith in the Covenant Blood, God sees and knows the imprinted soul of that person is of His own Seed, because He sees the very same Life Blood of His beloved Son, Jesus Christ, not only covering, but infused into the heart and soul of the person who is born of His Perfect Love. The Communion Blood and the Water of God's Word, imprints over the confessed gross infidelities of our old nature with its flaws, and leaves the imprint of God's WORD and Son Jesus, upon the soul of the new creation.  Because of the Blood of His Only Begotten Son Jesus, God does not see the flawed imprints of sin on the soul of the old man of sin, but He sees the new man being regenerated through and by God's Gift of Faith, maintained within the New Covenant, in the Perfect Life Blood of Jesus Christ, the Son of Man, Who was and is, and is to come as the Son of God Almighty.

Andrew Murray, (1828-1917) In a book on the Blood, wrote of God's acceptance of Abel's blood sacrifice of his best lamb. "He had this witness borne to him "that he pleased God." His faith, and God's good pleasure in him, are closely connected with the sacrificial blood. In the light of later revelation, this testimony, given at the very beginning of human history, is of deep significance. It shows that there can be no approach to God; no fellowship with Him by faith; no enjoyment of His favor, apart from THE BLOOD."

10 years later Murray communed with us in his book, The Lord's Table: And He took a cup, and gave thanks, and gave to them, saying, Drink ye all of it; for this is My Blood.” The cup of blessing which we bless, is it not a Communion of the Blood of Christ?” (Matthew 26:27-28; 1 Corinthians 10:16.)

For the life of the flesh is in the blood: and I have given it to you upon the altar to make atonement for your souls: for it is the blood that maketh atonement by reason of the life” (Leviticus 27:11). For the blood is the life, the living spirit; and therefore atonement is linked with the shedding of blood. It was the surrender of the life of an innocent animal in the place of guilty man. And thus with the shedding of Jesus’ blood, His life is surrendered for our sins. The worth and the power of that blood are the worth and the power of the life of Jesus. Every drop of that blood has in it the power of an endless life.

The life of all flesh is in the blood.

In man's covenanting with Holy God, without the shedding of innocent blood for the guilty, there is no pardon for sin.  In true covenant relationship with man-kind, God remains the discerner of the heart and the intentions of the supplicant, who in accordance with the covenant, would sincerely be requesting pardon and desiring to enter into, or to remain in God's grace and favor.  The old inferior covenant was in the shed blood of animals, and now God's new Covenant is in the poured out Life Blood of Jesus Christ with God's Son's Perfect Love and obedience toward His Father.  Therefore, with one exception, the Levitical Word of God, in respect to God's New Covenant through the Blood of Jesus Christ, continues in power, and affects the believer in spite of our ignorance or callousness towards the Word.  Seeing of its vital importance in Life and death, let us further investigate the strength of our themed scriptural text.

And whatsoever man there be of the house of Israel, or of the strangers that sojourn among you that eats any manner of blood; I will even set My face against that eats blood, and will cut him off from among his people.  For the life of the flesh is in the blood: and I have given it to you upon the altar to make an atonement for your souls:

For, it is the blood that makes an atonement for the 'soul'.  Therefore I said unto the children of Israel, No soul of you shall eat blood, and neither shall any stranger that sojourns among you eat blood.  And whatsoever man there be of the children of Israel, or of the strangers that sojourn among you, which hunts and catches any beast or fowl that may be eaten; he shall even pour out the blood thereof, and cover it with dust.  For it is the life of all flesh; the blood of it is for the life thereof: Therefore, I said unto the children of Israel, you shall eat the blood of no manner of flesh: for the life of all flesh is the blood thereof: Whosoever eats of it shall be cut off. (Leviticus 17 verse 10 thru 14.)

Now we remember that the old covenant forbade the eating or drinking of the blood of the sacrifice, for within the blood was the life force of the soul, which identified the flesh of the animal with its reference to the animal's nature or life.  Although blood equates to life, God has never equated the lower life of an animal, with what was the elevated life of Man, for Adam, that is Man, in the garden before the fall, was created to be in the image and likeness of God.  Leaving aside vain arguments of the evolution of mankind, it is for sure that the reasoning man does not equate his life with the animal’s soul or life force, nor condescend to its base level.  After all it is the life of a beast.  But, is this not what unregenerate man has become, for historically, all men judge from within themselves what they think is good or evil, for the preservation of their own selves.  Confusion reigns in the flesh of the corrupted mind of man, even for so many who say they are of Christ, but do not live Christ with a crucified life that honors God? (See Psalm 49 verse 12 and 20.)

Through out the centuries to the present, we are able to see the results of man's beastial nature.  That nature is bent towards a violent life of action and reactions, similar to the naturally occurring lives of the wild beast of the field.  This life is self-centered as the result of the confusion of sin, with man's reactions entangled in superior and inferior base natures of the flesh, and may well be summed up by the naturalist equations of, 'the survival of the fittest', or 'might makes right'.  However, we know through the Word of God that for man to survive, there has to be the death of this bestial nature, and without God's timely intervention man cannot survive, and would ultimately destroy himself, his offspring, and the life of the world about him.

From the mystery of iniquity, beginning in the Garden of Eden, we can now know that mankind's nature of flesh is infected with self idolatrous sin, derived from the affected nephesh or the life within the genetic blood of Adam, which is passed on to all of his descendants.  Now, because of sin's controlling influence within the nephesh (the life and soul of man), man's judgment remains bent towards violence and self preservation. In God's original covenant with the nation of Israel, we understand that in the temporary atoning  animal sacrifices, the lifeblood of passive animals was poured out on the earth, as a transitory solution for man's defiled earthly nature.  With God’s merciful intervention at this time, the lamb, dove or bullock was sacrificed and the blood which equates to the life (the nephesh) of the animal was poured out upon the ground at the base of the altar and then the flesh of the beast was burned on the altar as a substitutionary offering for the sins of the people of God rather than God’s ultimate consuming justice of requiring the destruction of the guilty.

From the beginning occasion of sin within the mind's of Adam and Ishshah (later named Eve), self righteous sin would flourish even unto the eventual corruption of the original genome of Man.  God has declared all of mankind guilty, and under the power of sin and death.  All of Adam's genetic blood line of flesh, even the present day Jew, became defiled with no redeeming eternal life factors in and of itself.  Even the geneticist sees that there are limiting time factors in the broken DNA code of mankind, which brings about the cessation of tissue regeneration.

God's first temporary covenant, confirmed in the lifeblood of animals, was inadequate for several vital reasons.  Although the Jew understood that the seat of all earthly life was in the blood, the sanctity of the animal's life was not necessarily reverenced in the animals that were slaughtered for the Israelite.  The seriousness of the nature of sin, bringing death and separation from the God of the living, apparently became lost in the performance or the rite of the sacrifice.  Also at issue, is self-justification within a mind, which was further encumbered with partiality in the keeping of portions of God's laws for appearance sake.  Now with the keeping up of the outward appearance of self, then self righteousness is set in motion, with the failure to keep the weightier matters of the heart, with a soul seeking after the heart of God.  The perfection of love is not to be found in the fallen nature of the unrighteous flesh of self righteous mankind.

The original blood letting animal sacrifices would never, ever be the rectifying remedy for fallen mankind’s now bent and darkly distorted nature, with his propensity to do violence in the earth.  It becomes obvious that the blood=life=the soul nature of the beast does not equate with the higher life form of the original Man/Adam, and is not the final solution for humanity's death spiral.  Here in, are the principle reasons of why God's people were forbidden to eat or drink of the blood=life/soul of the beast.  The soul of a beast can never be the soul of a child of God, who in the faith of Jesus Christ, the Son of Man, would be born again in God's Image and Likeness of Spirit.  Significantly, there is not the planted seed of perfect love in the soul of a beast.  The soul of a man, must be born of God's Spirit, bearing the seed of His Holiness that only comes from the perfect Love, born of the sacrificing Life Blood of the perfect genetic Son of Man, Jesus Christ.  The Blood of Jesus Christ is of Infinite value for it came from the Infinite God to sustain not just one life, but the life of all who will except God's offering of Infinite Value.  In Holy Communion, the Spirit of Holiness presents to us, the Cup of our 'Yeshua', meaning Salvation, and to be sure, God's Love is in the Life Blood of His Son, the WORD of GOD made the flesh of the first Adam.  The Soul of this 'Son', Loves Yahweh His Father above all things, and God's Holy Spirit, Who is One in the Infinite Holy Life Blood of Jesus with His Perfect Love, will bring the faithful into fellowship with Father God Almighty.  It is impossible for Holy, Holy, Holy God Almighty to have fellowship or communion with any form of sin, but the shed New Covenant Blood of His Son Jesus is seen to have put to death the corrupted old man of the flesh of sin, so that the Life of God's Son is made manifest in God's new creation of man, who is reborn in the image and likeness of His Son, Jesus/Yeshua the Messiah.

How great is the Heart and the Love of God, and how far will God go to save man from our sinful and damnable self serving nature? Whether it be Jew or gentile, the inertia for human life, was created within Adam's generational seed, which originally was designed to bring forth life created in the image and likeness of the God of the living.  However, with Adam's rebellion against God, all the generational seed of man-kind were made heirs of sin and death, having forfeited the right to life, and made to serve the master of sin and death.  On our own efforts, we cannot save or pardon ourselves from our sinful corrupted nature that brings death.  Only God can pardon and grant new life, under His terms of His Blood Covenant with man-kind.  If the first blood covenant and its terms failed to be reverenced by the Jew, because of the condition of selfish flesh, then perhaps man will reverence in their heart the Life of God's only Son, Whom God has sacrificially given, as a ransom and pardon for past sins.  God's New Covenant in the Blood of Jesus Christ IS efficacious today in Holy Communion with the Holy Spirit of God.  For God is faithful and just to pardon and to cleanse our souls and the spirit of our minds from the corrupting influence of the flesh.  The first covenant ratified in animal's blood is voided, being supplanted by the final superior Covenant in the Infinitely precious Blood of the Son of God, Jesus Christ, the Lord of Life. Within Holy Communion, the God given Holy Blood of the New Covenant, remains salutary for the individual, and as well as for the church's confessed sin's of the past and present.

If the eyes of our heart are open then we can see that the Love of God has an infinitely higher calling into the heart and soul of fallen mankind than the life of a beast.  We live in this fallen flesh, and if we say we have no sin then we are in terrible deceptions and the Truth is not in us.  But the Spirit of Truth has the absolute solution to our death coming as the result of sinful flesh. (See again Leviticus 17 verse 10 thru 14). The ultimate remedial solution or antidote for sin required the Life/Soul within the Blood of the perfect God centered Man.   The whole Life of Jesus (Yeshua) was centered in the Love of His Holy Father, for He came forth from the Holy Father's bosom, to become the unleavened Son of Man, and that Life of the Christ of God is HOLY, and is forever consecrated in Love. "For God so loved the world that He Gave the LifeBlood of His Only Begotten Son" on the altar of the cross, so that we might become new born sons of God, born of faith in God’s Truth after the image and likeness of the Father's Son, Jesus (Yeshua).  Behold, what manner of love the Father hath bestowed upon us, that we should be called the sons of God: therefore the world knows us not, because it knew Him not.  (1 John 3 verse 1.)

For your further consideration, we have set before you, an abbreviated outline of the tradition of the four cups in the Passover Seder, which are also known as the four cups of redemption.  The 1st Cup of Sanctification and the 3rd Cup of Redemption both required a special prayer of blessing and thanksgiving to the Creator of the Universe.  With each of the four cups, there is the appropriate scripture from Exodus 6 verse 6 that makes reference to God's celebrated acts with Israel.  We have interjected comments, as well as the relative Gospel scriptures, which parallels a particular cup and the logical order of events in the Pesach.

The Four Traditional Redemptive Cups of Passover.

The first and third cups of wine with water, required a thanksgiving blessing by the host.
Each of the 4 cups of wine represented the 4 "I wills" that God promises in Exodus.

(See Exodus 6 verse 6 thru 8.)

1st Cup of Sanctification. In Hebrew, Kos Kiddush.
“I Am the Lord, and I will free you from the burdens"
And the Lord gave thanks: (See Luke 22: verse 14 thru 16.)
"Blessed art Thou, O Lord our God, King of the Universe, Creator of the fruit of the vine."
The first of the matzah bread, dipped in the morar, was now eaten at this time.
Jesus gives the dipped matzah to Judas, the betrayer, who then removes himself from the supper,
leaving the eleven disciples with their Lord Jesus.
Judas, whose heart is not in right covenant with the Lord, does not participate in the Lord's Communion Table.

2nd Cup of Judgment  (or liberation). In Hebrew,  Kos G’ulah.
I will deliver you from bondage”.

During the main portion of the feast, and while the disciples were still eating of the old covenant Pascal lamb,
the Lord Yeshuah takes the hidden affico'men, the unleavened matzo bread, in His hands, and gives Thanks:
"Blessed art Thou, O Lord our God, King of the Universe, Who has sanctified us with His commandments and commands us concerning the eating of the unleavened bread."
And then Jesus, the Son of Man, the Bread of Life says: "This is My Body that is given for you, take and eat".

3rd Cup of Redemption or Blessing.  In Hebrew, Kos B’raha.
I will redeem you with an outstretched arm and great judgments”.
See the
Edersheim Commentary in this link.
And Jesus gives thanks and institutes God's New Covenant in His Blood:

"Blessed art Thou, O Lord our God, King of the Universe, Creator of the Fruit of the Vine.
"Then
Jesus, the True Vine, gives of the wine and says:  Drink of it all of you;
"This is My Blood of the New Covenant, which is shed for many for the remission of sins."
Paul’s words: "The Cup of Blessing, which we bless, is it not the Communion of the Blood of Christ?" (Corinthians 10 verse 16.)

4th Cup of Acceptance, ( or The Cup of the Kingdom.) In Hebrew, Kos Hartza-ah.
I will bring you into the land which I swore to give to Abraham, to Isaac and to Jacob”.  Traditionally this cup  is not partaken of and left on the table:  Perhaps it is even as Jesus had said: I will not drink henceforth of this fruit of the vine, until that day when I drink it new with you in My Father's kingdom.

Now when the Lord Jesus Christ, the I AM that I AM, lifts up the third cup, “The cup of Blessing and Redemption”, He is instituting the New Covenant in His Blood.  Behold, the days come, says the Lord, that I will make a New Covenant with the house of Israel, and with the house of Judah.  Not according to the Covenant that I made with their fathers in the day that I took them by the hand to bring them out of the land of Egypt: which My Covenant they broke.  The Word of God, as the Son of Adam, has totally fulfilled the requirements of the former covenant, and has now at the same Passover Table, inaugurated in His Blood the New Superior Covenant of God's Grace in the Life of His only Begotten Son.

The former blood and drink offerings of the Mosaic Covenant were a portend of that which was to come with the sacrifice of Jesus Christ, and now the 3rd cup of blessing and redemption is through the Spirit of God to be the effectual Life Blood of Jesus Christ, as the Lamb of God slain from before the foundation of the world.  In the old covenant, the sacrificial lamb's blood was first sprinkled on sides of the altar, for sin, trespass and peace offerings, (See Leviticus 7 verse 1 thru 13.) or poured at the sides of the alter for burnt offerings, and then the roasted flesh of the sacrifice may have been eaten, without the life blood of the animal.  In the sacrifice of the animal, no one was to partake of the blood of the lamb, for it was the life of the beast. (See Leviticus 17 verse 10 thru 12.) However, God instituted His grain offering, as a token memorial, with the unleavened Bread that was to be a perpetual memorial before the Holy of Holies and God's Presence. (See Leviticus 6 verse 14 thru 22.) The fulfillment of God's token Grain Offering, of a sweet smelling savor of Promise, is fulfilled in Jesus Christ, the Son of Man, and the Lamb of God, Who takes away the sins of the world.  No man could take His Life, but Jesus laid His Life down sacrificially in Perfect Love and Obedience to His Holy Father God, so that He could take it up again in fulfillment of His Life of Love in God.  The True Unleavened Bread of Heaven Who came down to become the Son of Man says: Amen, Amen, I say to you; except you eat of the Flesh of the Son of Man, and drink His Blood, you have no Life in you. (John 6 verse 53.)  No man comes to the Father except by Me.  And God Almighty says: My Covenant will I not break, Nor alter the thing that is gone out of My lips. (See Psalm 89 verse 34 thru 37.)

The Blood of the Lamb
Slain before the Foundation of the World.

And almost all things are by the Law [Torah] purged with blood;
and without the shedding of blood there is no
remission.
(Hebrews 9 verse 22.)

God's Word was given First to the Jew and Jewish Converts.

Portions of the church/Ecclesia  have developed gross misconceptions concerning the intent of the letter written to the Hebrews.  The Epistle to the Hebrews was not designed by the writer, perhaps Paul, to be parsed over, and erroneously deemed to be God's doctrine speaking to the gentile church.  The main purpose of the letter was to address the Jewish converts to Christ, who were vacillating in their understanding of God's New Covenant in the Blood of Christ Jesus verses the old Mosaic covenant in the blood sacrifice's of animals. Therefore the writer sought to bring to the Jewish convert a greater clarification to the superiority of God's New Covenant in the Life Blood of the righteous Man Yeshua haMashiach, (Jesus, the Christ of God,) crucified to death for the remission of the sins of man-kind.  While it is understood that the Spirit of the Letter to the Hebrews is set in the Truth that is Christ Jesus, nevertheless let us glean properly its contents with the help of God's Spirit of Wisdom.

For unto which of the angels said God at any time: Thou art My Son this day have I begotten Thee.
(See Psalm 2 verse 7 and Hebrews 1 verse 5.)

And to the Son, the Almighty God declares of Christ:

Thy Throne, O God, is for ever and ever: A scepter of righteousness is the scepter of Thy Kingdom.  Thou has loved righteousness and hated iniquity; therefore God, Thy God, has anointed Thee with the oil of gladness above Thy fellows.
(Compare the strength of God's Covenant Words in the old and yet the new Hebrews 1 verse 8 thru 12, and Psalm 45 verse 6 thru 7, and Psalm 102 verse 24 thru 28, and Psalm 110 verse 1.)

The From the beginning of Elohim's Salvation Word of Promise, given in the Garden of Eden, the Infinite God's justice was at work.  The first Man/Adam rebelled against his Maker and brought sin and death to his prodigy, and now by a second Man/Adam, Who was Incarnately conceived in the genetic seed of the first Woman/Ishshah, God would bring about the destruction of evil with the love and obedience of the Last Adam, as the Son of Man.

The prophet Isaiah bore witness to the rebellious Jewish king Ahaz of the power of the Almighty's Word as the Almighty speaks to the house of David: Therefore, the Lord Himself shall give you a sign: Behold, a virgin shall conceive and bear a Son, and His Name shall be Immanuel. (See Isaiah 7 verse 14 thru 16.) Approximately 365 years later, in the sixth month of the Jewish calendar, Gabriel, the angel of the Lord appeared unto a Hebrew woman named Mary and said: Fear not Mary, for thou has found favor with God. And behold, thou shall conceive in thy womb, and bring forth a son, and you shall call His Name Jesus/Yeshua.  Then said Mary to the Angel, "How shall this be seeing I know not man.  And the angel answered her saying: "The Holy Spirit shall come upon thee, and the power of the Highest shall overshadow thee: Therefore that Holy Thing, Which shall be born of thee, shall be called the Son of God". (See Luke 1 verse 26 thru 38.) Jesus/Yeshua, as the Incarnate Son of His Father Yahweh, would be born the Last true genetic Son of Adam, and then as the unblemished Man,  He would totally fulfill God's Garden Promise with His Sacrificial Love and perfect obedience to His Father God: Thus Yeshua haMashiach with His crucifixion death and resurrection into Life, brought the Salvation of Yahweh to the dead in sin.  For God so Loved/Agapeo the world that He gave His Only Begotten Son, so that whosoever believes IN Christ/Messiah's suffering, death, burial and His resurrection into the Life of His Eternal Father, then they that are born of Christ's Spirit also would enter into that very Life of Christ.

For you are dead, and your Life is hid with Christ in God.  When Christ, Who is our Life, shall appear, then shall you also appear with Him in Glory. (See Colossians 3 verse 1 thru 4.)

Now that the Word of God was conceived in the genetic flesh from the first Adam, then as Man, Jesus Christ totally fulfilled the righteousness of the Law, and He became our Righteousness, bringing an end to the works of the Law of obedience that could never justify sinful man kind.  Therefore the former works with the animal sacrifices in the Mosaic Covenant were of none affect and an affront to God, for the Almighty gave the Love of His Only Begotten Son, Yeshua, for the sins of the world that are condemned by the Decalogue (Ten Commandments). With the coming advent of the Promised Messiah, the prophet Isaiah had indeed warned the future Jew of God's rebuke to this matter of the token former animal sacrifices for sin: "He that kills an ox, is as if he slew a man. He that sacrifices a lamb, as if he cut off a dog's neck. He that offers an oblation, as if he offered swine's blood. He that burns incense, as if he blessed an idol. Yes, they have chosen their ways, and their souls delight in their abominations. (See Isaiah 66 verse 1 thru 5.) In the Jewish minds, their rituals dedicated to God, allowed them to continue in their sins unabated. The duties of the Levitical priesthood with their daily animal sacrifices, is the 'work of sacrifice' made for the sins of the people of Israel, but as we have seen in Scripture the sacrifices are berated and abolished in God's New Covenant in the Life Blood of His Beloved Son.  The Law in Commandments is spiritual, and spiritually the 10 Commandments works condemnation within human offences: For the carnal man there are no human efficacious works that mediate offences committed against the Law of God's 10 spiritual Commandments. In the Mosaic law or outside of the law, any acts of human self-righteousness before the Infinite God Almighty is as filthy rags. (Consider Romans 2 verse 9 thru 15.) Too avoid confusion in the Law then see "The Law, a Quagmire of Confusion".

Immanuel, Christ Jesus the Word of God with us, having come of necessity to be born in the original genetic flesh of the fallen first Adam, became the total fulfillment of the Heart of the Mosaic Covenant, and as God's High Priest, Christ Jesus the Man is the only Entrance into His Father's Throne Room of Grace.  Yahweh God, the Creator of time, oversaw the keeping of the genetics of the first Man/Adam through the genetics of God's chosen Hebrews.

Seeing then that we have a Great High Priest, that is passed into the heavens, Jesus the Son of God, let us hold fast our profession. For we have not a High Priest which cannot be touched with the feeling of our infirmities: For He was in all points tempted like as we are, yet without sin. Let us therefore come boldly unto the Throne of Grace, that we may obtain mercy, and find grace to help in the time of need. (Hebrews 4 verse 14 thru 16.)

There is a gross lack of understanding in sects of Christianity that have created many errors in the interpretation of Hebrews.  Those gross errors have essentially dismissed God's New Covenant Table of Grace.  The Grace of God's Table is administered through the Almighty's Holy Spirit of Grace in Christ Jesus that provides the only Entrance into Yahweh God's Holiest Sanctuary through the Body and Blood of His only Begotten Son and our High Priest, Jesus/Yeshua haMashiach: For Jesus the Christ of God states an absolute fact: "No one comes to the Father except by Me."  The Apostle Paul asks rhetorical questions in the following passage of Divine Inspiration. I speak as to wise men: Judge all of you of what I say: The cup of blessing which we bless, is it not the Communion of the Blood of Christ?  The Bread which we break, is it not the Communion of the Body of Christ? For we being many are one Bread and One Body; for we are all (to be) partakers of that One Bread. (1st Corinthians 10 verse 15 thru 17.) And the many that are in the One Bread that is the Body of Christ Jesus, needs the Life giving Blood of God's Christ that flows from God's Spirit of Grace that gives Life to the many in the Body of Christ Jesus. This is My Blood of the New Covenant that is shed for many for the remission of sin. Truly, Truly I say unto you, Except you eat of the flesh of the Son of Man and drink His Blood, You have no Life you. There is no life in sin, but only death period. The sinful flesh and blood of man kind does not inherit the kingdom of God, and neither does that nature of death come into the presence of the Almighty God of the Living, Period.

The Letter to the Hebrews was written as an exhortation to the new believing Jews, and was written by a redeemed Jewish author, who knew the workings of the Mosaic Law, with its priesthood and the settings of the earthly Tabernacle made by the hands of earthly man.  The redeemed author was warning the new Jewish converts to not waver in their new found faith in what is the absolute sufficiency of God's New and Eternal Covenant Sacrifice in the Life Blood of the Almighty's only Begotten Son, Yeshua/Jesus.  All things of the Gospel pertain to the Eternal's Unfailing Word of Promise, that Elohim gave in the Garden of Eden, and His Holy Word was conceived in the ovum of the Hebrew Woman named Mary; for indeed God's Word of Promise must be born of the genetic flesh of the first Adam/Man.  We witness in chapters 9 and 10 of the Letter addressed to the Hebrews, that the new Jewish converts, having come to a new faith in God, were being warned not to return to the sanctuary, made by human hands, and fall back on the Jewish animal sacrifices that the Levitical priesthood performed in their 'daily work' for the sins of the people of Israel.  For indeed, the life blood of an animal can never take away the sin within guilty man, for the animal is a far lesser being than what Elohim, in the Garden of Eden, originally created in His own Image and Likeness.

With the Selfless Sacrifice of God's Christ, now and forever, the old animal sacrifices for sin, along with the Levitical priesthood, had been remitted by Holy, Holy, Holy Yahweh the Lord God Almighty. (See Hebrew 10 verse 18.) But now Christ Jesus the Man, has made for us an entrance into the Holiest Place of His Father with His perfect Sacrifice of Love to His Father. The Heavenly Entrance into the Holiest Place, not made with human hands, is gained only through the veil that is the flesh of our High Priest, the faithful Man Jesus/Yeshuah the Messiah, cleansing us with the sprinkling of His Sanctifying Life Blood:  I AM the Way, I AM the Truth, I AM the Life of man. No one comes to the Father except by Me. Sin remains innately in the nature of our flesh, and the flesh does not ever come into the Presence of Holy Yahweh God Almighty.  But the hour cometh, and now is, when the true worshippers shall worship the Father in Spirit and in Truth: for the Father seeks such to worship Him. God is a Spirit: and they that worship Him must worship Him in Spirit and in Truth. (John 4 verse 23 thru 24.) For it is the Spirit that bears Witness, because the Spirit is Truth. (1st John 5 verse 6.)

That One Entrance into the Holiness of His Father God is only though Christ Jesus the Truth of the Spirit of God.  The disciples of the Way and the Truth and the Life are to remember the full strength of God's New Covenant of Love that is forever established in the Holy Blood Sacrifice of Yahweh's only Begotten Son Yeshua/Jesus the Messiah.  Christ's Provisions for abundant Life are established in the Truth of the Eternal Word of His Father, and ministered in and through God's Spirit of Grace. (See 1st Corinthians 10 verse15 thru 17.)

Christ Jesus gave Himself as a Presentation Offering (Chagigah) to His Father God, for the Last Adam and Son of Man presented to Holy, Holy, Holy Lord God Almighty, a Son's Perfect Love and Obedience; and now Holy Yahweh was eternally pleased, for indeed His Holy Word did not return to Him void. (See all of Isaiah 55 verse 3 thru 11.) The first Adam/Man brought death to all of mankind, but God's Word conceived in the original generational flesh of Adam, returned to the Almighty God in absolute victory over man's sin and death, and Christ's victory established God's Covenant Word of Truth given to save man kind.  Therefore, Yahweh God Almighty said to His Holy One: Thou art My Son: (Psalm 2 verse 7.) And then, Thou art a priest for ever after the order of Melchizedek. (Psalm 110 verse 4.) (See text from Hebrews 5 verse 5 thru 10.) We all, believing Jew and Gentile alike, can find corrective relief from our omission or commission of our confessed sin's of our earthly flesh, for they are covered over by the Perfect Love of our High Priest, the Man Christ Jesus: For all confessed sin is propitiated within the Communal Thanksgiving Offering of the Messiah's Body and Life Blood. The Lord of creation, knowing that we are but fallen flesh, inaugurated at His Passover Table of Unleavened Bread, His Communion within Him, so we would come to the full knowledge of the sanctifying TRUTH that is Christ. We eat in the Spirit of Faith of the One Bread of Heaven and are cleansed in the Life Blood of Christ's Spirit of Holiness, so that we may boldly enter into the Presence of Holy, Holy, Holy Yahweh Lord God Almighty and present our supplications to His Throne of Grace. (See Hebrews 10 verse 19 thru 25.)

Beholding the Truth, now let us understand Hebrews 10 verse 26: For if we sin willfully after that we have received the knowledge of the Truth (that is Christ Jesus); then there remains no more sacrifices for sin.  First of all, the verse is addressing the converted Jew that is confused between the Mosaic sacrifices of animals for sin, and that of the all sufficiency of Christ's Sacrifice for sin. The animal sacrifices for sins in the old Mosaic covenant are now 'dead works' of confusion, for these works have been done away in Christ Jesus the Man/Adam with His Life giving Blood of God's New Covenant of Grace.  Today, much of the church/ecclesia like the converted Jew, is in dogmatic confusion on this essential point, for they do not understanding the fullness of God's New Blood Covenant in His Only Begotten Son, Jesus Christ.

To the Jew, the Author of Hebrews says: This is the time that you ought to be teachers, but you have need that one teach you again the first principles of the Word of God.  (See Hebrews 5 verse 9 thru 14.) In these verses the writer of Hebrews is admonishing the Jews, as if they were babes in need of the pabulum of the Word of God, rather than skilled individuals who would know the way of righteousness.  And so we rehearse again the first oracle of God into the ears of the confused.

God Almighty instituted the original Covenant in the blood of the animals of sacrifice, whereby the many ordered covenant sacrifices were to be maintained by the Levitical priesthood of Israel as a rite that God established for His forgiveness of the acknowledged sins of the repentant children of Israel. The people of Israel were not to be ignorant of sin, for the Decalogue of Commandments was given to Moses on Mount Sinai to expose the corrosive nature of sin within the contrite spirit of the minds of the children of Israel.  Afterwards, the Wisdom of God established His Council of conduct within the whole of the Torah/Instructions that He gave to Moses.  All of the Instructions were designed to protect the True genetic lineage of Adam through the faithful children of Israel, until God's promised Messiah of the Garden of Eden, would come in the genetic flesh of God's creation of the first Adam, and defeat sin and death in His flesh as the Son of Adam/Man. (See Creation of Man.)

Please understand; Elohim's original Covenant Word was given in the Garden of Eden, and could only be made true within the pure genetic race from His beginning creation of the first Man/Adam.  God would protect His Covenant Word of Truth, and for this reason alone, the Hebrew race from Israel became known as God's chosen people.  It was at the time of Israel's deliverance from Egypt that Israel's children voiced their acceptance of God's Covenant agreement at Mount Sinai.  The Covenant agreement would continue until the Hebraic Messianic Man of God's Heart should come forth from from the seed of Woman/Ishshah, just as Elohim had promised in the Garden of Eden.  It was absolutely imperative that God's Salvation Word (Yeshuah) would not fail in any point of God's Promised deliverance, but from the beginning, the TRUTH would be in the true genetic image of the first Adam by way of the Hebrew genetics, that would be found in the ovum seed of the Virgin Woman Mary.  The Hebrew virgin Mary, being in the lineage of King David would have been of the true genetics of Adam, and with God's intervention in His creation of time, He would have protected the genetic lineage of His Word of creation in Adam.  God's Eternal Word is undefiled in His creation of all time: and so Jesus the Christ of God, as a Genetic Son of Adam, and in His absolute obedience to His Holy Father God, would totally fulfill God's Promised Word of Salvation for sinful man kind. (See Acts 2 verse 29 thru 31.)The physical genetics of God's Christ of the last Adam, could not be of a hybridization of man from wicked angelic being, but had to be of God's very good creation of the first Adam. (See The Last Adam.)

The first earthly Adam was created in the image and likeness of God, but the likeness of God, being God's Holy Spirit of Life, departed from Adam because of Adam's idolatrous treason against his Maker.  In absolute contrast, Christ Jesus was not 'created' by God like the the first Adam, but was conceived by the Word of the Spirit of God His Father, and the Spirit of God's Word gave Life to the solitary ovum within the Hebrew virgin womb of Mary:  And the Word of God became flesh and dwelt among His creation of man, and we beheld His Glorious Grace and Truth, as the only begotten of His Father. The Glorious Spirit of God is full of Grace and Truth, and Jesus/Yeshua was not limited in God's Spirit, but bore the fullness of the very Image and Likeness of the Spirit of His Father Yahweh God, the Almighty.

Yeshua (as Immanuel) would be revealed to Israel as the Incarnate Son of God from Adam's original genetics that God maintained in Ishshah/Women, for in the beginning, Elohim was well pleased with His first creation of Man/Adam, male and female.  Jesus Christ, Yeshua haMashiach was Elohim's Eternal Word that God promised in the Garden of Eden, and Immanuel would be born as the very last Man of Adam's original race of God's Mankind.  This, is as it must be, for God's Word does not fail in one jot or tittle of His Word of Holiness.  For the first Adam failed in his love of God, his Maker, and brought death to all of mankind, but Jesus Christ, the last Man/Adam, Being of the pure genetic seed of the first Adam of the earth, Loved His Father in perfect obedience, and in His resurrection from the dead, Christ has become a quickening Spirit of Life that destroys the power of Satan and his seed of sin with sin's corruption of death. (See Hebrews 9 verse 11 thru 14.)

The One and only Sacrifice that was and is acceptable to Holy, Holy, Holy Lord God Almighty was and is that of His only begotten Son, conceived by God's Holy Spirit of Grace and born of the flesh of Adam/Man.  Jesus/Yeshuah alone, as Man, has totally annihilated and supplanted the old covenant sacrifices of animals for the sins of the people.

Default Theology born of Ignorance of the Holiness of the Almighty

However, much of the leadership of the protestant churches have established their own false doctrine that continually misconstrues the intentions of the Letter to the Hebrews that was written too clarify to the Jewish believers of the fullness of God's New Covenant in the Sacrificial Blood of Jesus Christ.  The protesting teachers on this Holy Matter, dismisses God's Covenant of continuing Sanctifying Grace within His Holy Provisions in our Communion within the Body and Life Blood of the Almighty's Only Begotten Son, Jesus Christ.  Now the Truth of Holy Communion is erroneously seen as a superfluous doctrine of superstitious men.  The ignorant teachings of finite man has supplanted the fullness of the Infinite Holy God's New Covenant Doctrine eternally established in the Life Giving Sacrifice of Jesus Christ, Yeshua haMashiach.

Sin begets sin and the nature of man is mired in self that elevates it self before others and commends ourselves to Holy God.  Within the idolatry of man there are many of those that are wise in their own separatist dogma, and have declared themselves to have a clear understanding of scripture and are no longer accountable to sin. This is not wise according to 2nd Corinthians 10 verse 11 thru 13. For contrary wise, the Word of God says: If we say that we have no sin, we deceive ourselves, and the Truth is not in us.  If we say that we have no sin, we make God a liar, and His Word is not in us. (See 1st John 1 verse 8 thru 10.) The enemy of our souls is well pleased, as we allow sin to continually annul the imperative of repentance and the sanctification in the Communion Blood of Jesus Christ.

Without the Life Blood of our High Priest Jesus Christ, there is no entrance into the Presence of Holy, Holy, Holy Yahweh, the Lord God Almighty of the Living. Without humility there is no repentance, without repentance there is no remission of sin, without the remission of sin there is the absence of the cleansing Grace within the conscience of man through God's Holy Spirit of Grace.  However, in our obedience to the Will of God, sin is not to have dominion over us, for in our repentance from sin, God's Spirit of Grace leads us in the Way, and the Truth and the Life of His Son, the Lord our Righteousness. (See Romans 6 verse 10 thru 18.)

Holy, Holy, Holy Lord God Almighty maintains through His Spirit of Grace, His cleansing Grace in the Life Blood of His Son, given for the sins of the flesh of believing man kind.  Indeed, Salvation and Justification by faith in the death, burial and resurrection of Christ Jesus, our Righteousness, has come to the believing soul, but nevertheless, the nature of idolatrous sin remains in the corrupting idolatrous flesh of our fallen humanity. Sanctification of the flesh is by God's Spirit of Grace within God's New Covenant established in the Life Blood of Jesus Christ. (See Revelation 21 verse 5 thru 7.) The believer can not serve God in the strength of his flesh, but we serve God by His Spirit of Grace, becoming ambassadors of God through the Grace of the Holy Spirit of the living.  Witness for yourselves that God's Holy Spirit is the Fountain of Life: For My people have committed two evils; they have forsaken Me the Fountain of Living Waters, and hewed them out cisterns, broken cisterns, that can hold no water. (Jeremiah 2 verse 13.)

The absolute perfection of Holy, Holy, Holy Lord God Almighty requires absolute perfection for anyone to come within His Holy Sanctuary that is made without the hands of man, and into His Holy Presence.  This required perfection could never be achieved by sinful mankind, nor could the blood sacrifices of animals that were continually performed by the sin laden priest of the old covenant make for an easy entrance into the tabernacle made by the hand of man.  Only once a year, on the Day of Atonement (Rosh Hashanah) occurring on the 1st of Tishrei, the 7th month of the Jewish Calendar, was the high priest of Israel allowed to enter with fear and trepidation into the Holy of Holies to present the sprinkling of the blood of animals upon the mercy seat of the Tabernacle.

Hear again, the amplified Wisdom of the Word of God and consider the scripture in context with the Sacrifice of Christ Jesus: The Life of the flesh is in the Blood, and I have given it [the Life Blood] to you upon the sacrificial altar, to make an atonement for your souls.  It will be Christ's Life Blood alone that makes an atonement for the soul of the believer.  (See Leviticus 17 verse 11.)

The blood, signifying its relativity to life, was the ensign of God's first Covenant that was to be settled in the heart of Israel. The temporary propitiation of an animal's blood was excised before the altar, twice daily for the sins of the people.  Then once a year on the 10th day of the 7th month, was the Day of Atonement (Yom Kippur) that occurred just before the seven day Feast of Tabernacles.  On this one day,  the people of Israel would fast and afflict their soul in repentance to sin, and then the priest would offer up to God the blood of a sacrificed bull and that of a goat. This one time of the year, the sacrificial blood of the sacrificed bull, for the sins of the high priest, was carried by the high priest, beyond the temple veil, into the holiest of the earthly tabernacle to be sprinkled with a finger seven times on both the east and then the west side of the Mercy Seat of the Arc of the Covenant. Then for the sins of the people the blood of the goat was presented before the Mercy Seat in exactly the same manner as that of the bullock.  After coming out of the temple the second time, the high priest would anoint the four horns on the altar with a mixture of the blood of the sacrificed bull and goat, and then sanctify the altar seven times in the manner that he had done with the blood upon the Arc of the Covenant.  When this was accomplished, then the priest laid his hands upon the second he-goat to transfer the sins of the people of Israel to the scapegoat that was to be released in the wilderness.  It would appear that our Lord Jesus Christ is God's scapegoat for the sins of the world. (See Isaiah 53.)(On this matter, please read thru Edersheim's scape goat.)

God's Highest standards of holiness have not changed, for He desires the willing heart of His people to come to Him through God's Provisions within the Spirit of Immanuel our Living Mediator, Jesus Christ, and not in the old perfunctory blood offerings of God's own animal creations.  God's Covenant was with His Word, given in the Garden of Eden, establishing that the genetic seed of His creation of Adam would be perpetuated through Adam's wife, whom Adam first named Ishshah meaning Woman.  The children of Israel, in their carnality, would fail many times to keep the heart of God's divine purpose that He declared from the beginning to bring forth His Salvation WORD in the seed of Ishshah, as the genetic Son of the first Man.  Israel's unfaithfulness would break the heart of their Covenant with the Word of God, and no amount of animal sacrifices could ever suffice their failures, then and now.  God, in His Eternal Understanding, would bring judgments upon the children of Israel, to segregate the True Seed of  His Promised Salvation.  God, faithful to His Word, would oversee time's circumstances, and in His foreknowledge, bring forth His Word of Salvation conceived in the ovum of Mary, a generational daughter of Adam, and she would give birth to the Incarnate Son of Adam.  Now that Messiah has come, God's Eternal Sacrifice for sin and death is accomplished once and for all time, for His Sacrifice of Jesus/Yeshua, has risen from the dead as the Son of Man/Adam.

With God's purposeful intervention with His chastisement of the diminishing remnant seed of Israel, He would bring forth His Word of Salvation and the Promised Messiah would be conceived by the Spirit of the Word of God, within God's original genetic creation of Adam/Man. The first Adam was of the earth, and the rebellious self centered will of his flesh lusting for power, made him void of the Spirit of God.  The Second Adam was the True Bread from Heaven conceived in the flesh of Man.  In that the Heart of this Man, Christ Jesus was perfect toward God, even with His passion unto His Crucifixion death, God was forever pleased to raise Him from the dead, revealing that this Man's one Perfect Offering of Love is excepted of God, and God has put all things under His Feet, until death is ultimately destroyed. (See 1st Corinthians 15 verse 20 thru 28.)

The daily offering of the sacrificial animal for sin, only precipitated the eventual death of the performing Levitical priest, who was bound in his own sin and death. Likewise the sacrifice of the animal also precipitated the death of the people who were of the priest's like corrupted nature. (See Hebrews 10 verse 11 thru 12.) The sacrificial offering of the life blood of an animal of its kind, could never give life to the souls of man that are of its kind, and are all of man-kind are dead in their own nature of sinful corruption.  But now the Word of God at the Will of His Father, has come down from heaven as the True Bread of Heaven and was born of the flesh of Adam/Man; So then it is this Man after He had offered His one sacrifice for sin, forever sat down on the right hand of His Holy Father. The Jew was to understand that there are no more continuing sacrifices of animals to set aside the sin of mankind.  For while the first covenant stood only in dead works offered in meats, and drinks, and various washings, and in carnal ordinances imposed on them until the time of reformation (a return to God's first order). For God's Faith is Living fully in the Way, the Truth and the Life of men that is in Christ Jesus Alone.  Christ Jesus/Yeshua, having died once for sin, and raised by the Spirit of God from the dead, reveals God's eternal satisfaction with the Man Jesus Christ's and His perfect Presentation Offering of Himself, and has ended all animal sacrifices forever, as well as the carnal sacrifices of all of sinful mankind. Now with the remission (obliteration) of these is (meaning animal sacrifices), there is no more (animal) sacrifices for sin. (Hebrews 10 verse 18.)  The sin of the first Adam brought death to all of mankind, but the Sacrificial death of the Last Adam with His sinless Life as a Man, has conquered death for all time that is revealed in His Resurrection from the dead: And now His Life giving Spirit would bring Life to the souls of all of sinful man kind that believe in God's Saving Gift of Life in Yeshua haMashiach, Jesus the Christ of God.

Therefore, remember the "Therefore" in the next passages that ties Holy God's Covenant as One Spirit in the Body and Blood of God's Offering of His only Begotten Son.  Having "therefore" brethren, boldness to enter into the holiest place by the Blood of Jesus/Yeshua, by a new and living Way, which He has consecrated for us, through the veil, that is to say His Flesh (The Bread of Life); and having a High Priest over the house of God, let us draw near with a true heart, in full assurance of faith (in God's Word), having our hearts sprinkled from an evil conscience (by His Blood) and our bodies (of sin) washed with pure water (by God's Spirit of Holiness). (See Hebrews 10 verse 19 thru 23.) Note that our fleshly bodies of sin were initially washed in the Fountain Water that flows from the Spirit of Grace in Christ Jesus.

Let us understand God's Truth is the Person of Christ Jesus, for the True Bread of Heaven inaugurated the only entrance into the very Holy of Holies made without hands, through our Fellowship/Communion/Koinonia with God's Word of Truth.  Now by the Faith of Christ, we have the True Entrance into heavens Holiest Place into the Presence of His Holy, Holy, Holy Father, Yahweh, the Lord God Almighty, by entering through the Veil of the Unleavened Bread of Christ's Body, having cleansed the spirit of our contrite minds with Christ's purifying Blood.

This is My Blood of the New Covenant that is shed for many for the remission of sin.

Only absolute holiness will satisfy God's Holy Requirements to come into His Presence. I AM the Way, and I AM the Truth, and I AM the (Perfection of the) Life of men: No one comes to the Father except by Me: says our High Priest, the Lord and the Man, Jesus Christ.

In order to totally fulfill God's unfailing Word in the Garden of Eden concerning the Promised Messiah, then the True Hebrew Lord Jesus Christ, the True Bread of Heaven, Who became the Son of Man, (and yet Emmanuel) must preside at His Table during the Feast of Unleavened Bread.  You will take notice in the Books of Matthew and Mark that while the disciples were yet eating of the flesh of the old covenant that Jesus/Yeshua brought to a close the old Covenant in the sacrificial blood of animals, when He inaugurated the Everlasting Covenant in the fullness of His Body and Blood. For the Word said: Sacrifices and offerings Thou would not accept, but a body Thou prepared for Me. In burnt offerings and sacrifices for sin Thou had no pleasure therein.  Then said I: Lo, I come to do Thy will O God. (See Hebrews 10 verse 4 thru 10 . and compare it with the Septuagint's correct Psalm 40 verse 6.) The author no doubt used the Greek Septuagint Scriptures for reference, but the word 'body' is missing in the English transliterations of Psalm 40 verse 5. The Word, as the Christ of God, fulfills the heart of the  Scriptures; for He takes away the first (covenant) that He may establish the second (Covenant). Take and eat: This IS My Body. Now with the Third Cup of Blessing, Jesus/Yeshua inaugurated God's New Covenant in His Life Blood, given for the remission of the current sins of admission for all baptized believers.  In God's New Covenant for fallen mankind, Yahweh established His finale Eternal Covenant in the perfect sacrifice of the selfless Life of the Incarnate Son of Man/Adam. (See Hebrews 9 verse 23 thru 28.) So Christ was once offered to bear the sins of many: and unto them that look for Him shall He appear the second time without sin unto Salvation. Whereby, we are set apart through the offering of the (Whole) Body of Jesus Christ once, for all

In God's New Covenant, the Torah is being fulfilled with the birth of Emmanuel and then with the crucifixion death and resurrection of Jesus/Yeshua the Christ of God, all is fulfilled and there are no more animal sacrifices too satisfy the sin of man kind. (See Isaiah 66 verse 1 thru 4.) The only sacrifice that is pleasing to Holy God Almighty is the one selfless Sacrifice (Chagagah) of His only begotten Son Jesus Christ,  Who was conceived by God's Spirit of Grace in the genetic flesh of Mary, a genetic daughter from the lineage of "Women" (Ishshah), the wife that God took from the side of  the first Adam/"Man".

God's New Covenant of Grace calls the baptized believers to His Table of Grace, to participate in remembrance of God's Holy Sanctifying Provisions in the Body and the Life Blood of Christ Jesus.  The incarnate Son of Man, as the Holy One of God Almighty, and being One with His Eternal Father, instituted at His Passover Table, with the Sanctifying Spirit of His Father's Word the New Covenant of Grace in His Life Blood.  Drink of this, all of you: For this is My Blood of the New Covenant, which is shed for many for the remission of sin. For God so Loved the World that He gave His only begotten Son, so that whosoever believes in Him should not perish, but have everlasting Life. And to this man will I look, even to him that is poor and of a contrite spirit, and trembles at My Word.

Jesus Christ alone, as the Son of Man, has met God's Highest of Standards that is at the core of His Mind's heart, so that His children born of the faith in God's Salvation Gift have gained an entrance into the Holiest of Yahweh's Heavenly Tabernacle through God's faithful High Priest, Jesus Christ, made forever after the order of MelchizedekBut [This Incarnate Son of Adam] by His own Blood (Chagigah offering) He entered in once [for all time] into the Holy of Holies, having obtained eternal redemption for us. (Hebrews 9 verse 12.) (Please see again Hebrews 10 verse 19 thru 23.)

God's New Covenant in the Blood of Jesus Christ, was established on the evening of the Passover Feast of Unleavened Bread, and occurred hours before Jesus the Christ was crucified to death on that 15th day of Nisan.  Christ Jesus is the manifest Power and the Wisdom of God, and as the Eternal WORD of His Father Yahweh, Jesus took the unleavened Bread and said to His disciples Take and eat: For this is My Body given for you:  And the wine after supper He gave thanks to God and said: Drink of this, all of you: For this is My Blood of the New Covenant, which is shed for many for the  remission of sin. (See 1st Corinthians 1 verse 23 thru 25, Matthew 26 verse 27 thru 28,).

After His resurrection, Jesus said unto His Disciple: Thus it is written, and so it behooved Christ to suffer, and to rise from the dead the third day:

And repentance and remission of sins should be preached in His Name

among all nations, beginning at Jerusalem. You are witnesses of these things.
(See Luke 24 verse 45 thru 48.)

The Truth of God has spoken and His Holiness will not repent.  God has called man kind to repentance from our own destruction, knowing full well that the flesh of man has an arrogant tendency to subjugate the Word of God to accommodate its own self belief system of twisted theology.  Unbelief, in the Truth of the Word of God, perpetuates the self centered sins of the perishing flesh of our fallen humanity, and these same unrepentant sins, continues to bring death to relationships, as well as to our selves.  But the Holy Spirit of the Eternal Light of God, is absolutely One with the Life and Soul that is in the sacrificial Blood of His Son, Jesus Christ.  The Spirit of God's Word of Grace is a never-ending Wellspring of the Water of Salvation Life in Christ Jesus, and Yahweh God Almighty has given His Eternal Word "To Be" the renewal of New Covenant Life, to those, who have a new essence of heart and soul that lives by faith in the Sacrificial Life Blood of the Lord Jesus Christ.  The Life is in the Blood, and I have given it to you upon the altar to make an atonement for your souls(Leviticus 17 verse 11.) The offering of the life of a sacrificial beast of the field for the sins of the people, by a Levitical priest, had no permanency and perishes with its use from year to year: But the Word of God made the flesh of the last Adam, Who was then crucified and raised from the dead, is Eternal through the Holy Spirit of the Eternal God of Life, for He raised the Man Christ Jesus from the dead. (See Hebrews 10 verse 11 thru 14, and Hebrews 5 verse 8 thru 10.)

If you will look at the above linked scriptures than you should perceive that sanctification is a continuing process after our initial cleansing in water baptism into the Body of Christ.  Now the sons of God, who are being set apart from sin are led with an obedience to the Spirit of Life .  Whereof the Holy Ghost also is a Witness to us: for after that He had said before [hand]: This is the Covenant that I will make with them after those days, says the Lord, I will put My laws into their hearts, and in their minds will I write them; And their sins and iniquities will I remember no more.  Now where remission of these is [their sins and iniquities of the flesh], there is no more offering for sin. (Hebrews 10 verse 15 thru 18.)  Understand this: God's New Covenant is indeed, a one and done in the completion of the Son of Man, Christ Jesus, with His one  selfless  sacrificial death for sin, being confirmed with His resurrection over sin's power of death.  But in God's Wisdom, the Sanctification in the New Blood Covenant by God's Spirit of Grace is not a one and done: For those who have entered into God's New Covenant of Love in Jesus Christ, the Spirit of His Law's govern the heart of the matter.  The Covenant Laws of His Kingdom, remain set in His two Great Commandments of Love/Agape, whereby His Covenant provision for the remission of the transgressions of the flesh, affecting the heart and soul, are indelibly set in the Body and Blood of our High Priest Jesus the Christ of Holy, Holy, Holy Lord God Almighty. The Lord said unto my Lord, Sit thou at My right hand, until I make Thy enemies Thy footstool. The Lord has sworn, and will not repent, Thou art a priest for ever after the order of Melchizedek. (See verses in concert Psalm 2, and Psalm 110.)

He that eats My Flesh and Drinks My Blood dwells in Me and I in Him.  The Words I speak unto you, They are Spirit and They are Life.  The Salvation Word of the Eternal Yahweh God is inextricably bound in the shed Blood of His Only Begotten Son, Jesus/Yeshua.  The Perfection of the Life of the Father, and the same Perfection of Life in His obedient Son was given as a Perfect Sacrifice for sin, in the shed Blood of the Word of God that is Christ Jesus the Last Adam. In Christ the Man, and with His resurrection from the dead, Yahweh God indeed magnified His Word over His Name, for the Perfection of Life in His Word Christ Jesus, overcame humanity's corruption of sin and death. Then spoke Jesus again unto them, saying, I AM the Light of the world: he that follows Me shall not walk in darkness, but shall have the Light of Life. (See John 6 verse 12, John 14 verse 6 thru 7.)

This then is the message we have heard of Him and declare to you: That God is Light and in Him is no darkness at all.  If there is no darkness whatsoever in the God of all Light, then where does that put us with our sins of decaying flesh?  If we say that we have "Communion" with Jesus, and walk in darkness, we lie, and do not do the Truth. For if we walk in the Light, as He is in the Light, we have "Communion" one with another, and the Blood of Jesus Christ, God's Son, cleanses us from all sin(See 1st John 1 verse 5 thru 10.) The Spirit of the Grace God, delivers to us the Sacrificial Life Blood of Jesus Christ, so that we may have Communion/Koinonia/Fellowship with Holy, Holy, Holy God Almighty, and with each other, for God is faithful and just to cleanse our confessed sins of the flesh.  That which is yet hidden, remains in our flesh of self idolatry.

There is no Love/Agapao in the darkness of sin, for the Almighty Yahweh God, does not have fellowship with our darkness.  Holy, Holy, Holy God Almighty cannot not deny His Nature nor change His Nature to accommodate the dark nature of fallen man kind.  But, in His Holy Nature there is yet mercy for those of repentance who seek God's mercy in His Salvation Word that is born of Faith within the souls of man kind.  Jesus Christ is the constancy of the Word of the Truth of God, Who created the universe, and holds all things together in subjection to His Word of Infinite Power: And Jesus is the same constancy of Truth, Who sets the prisoner free from their chains of sin that shackles the fallen self centered nature of human flesh.  If we say we have no sin, then we deceive ourselves and the Truth is not in us.  If the Truth, Jesus Christ, is not in us, then we do not walk in fellowship with the Light of the world, and will be like the five foolish virgins with no oil in their lamps.  The only entrance into the Wedding Feast will be closed to those who have no Light from the Spirit of God. (Matthew 25 verse 1 thru 13.)

If we say we have not sinned, We make God a liar and His Word is not in us.  In any moment of time, all of God's covenant people will be forgetful hearers of the Word and Truth of God, setting our idolatrous selves as first, especially in our judgment of others with our own interpretation of scripture.  The idolatrous deception of the flesh, within the neuronal mind of all of man kind, remains in a tangle of self idolatrous confusion.  What we think in our own self justifying minds of flesh to be true and good for us, may be perceived as false and evil to others.  Can you not hear the old mantras?  "Do as I say and not as I do".  Then again, "Actions speak louder than words", and yet what is rightly heard should provoke right actions.  Now consider Hannah's prayer: There is none holy as the Lord: for there is none beside Thee: neither is there any rock like our God.  Talk no more so exceeding proudly; let not arrogances come out of your mouth: for the Lord is a God of knowledge, and by Him actions are weighed. (See 1st Samuel 2 verse1 thru 10.)

In our day to day lives, we are prone to forget that we were bought with a price, and that price was the Sacrificial Sanctifying Life Blood of God's Perfect Incarnate Son of Man, for Jesus Loved His Father and us, perfectly.  Having heard, in the gospel, of God's mercy, we now think we are OK in our own minds, and have safely arrived, so that we can do no wrong. We are all right in our own eyes, because the opinion of our selves is transfixed in the me, myself and I, as being seen as first in our supreme understanding of all matters of choosing life or death.

The ruling flesh of the spirit of our minds has not all of a sudden changed into perfection, but in Truth, requires an ongoing metamorphic change by the cutting edges of the Sword of the Spirit that is one with the Life Saving Blood of Jesus Christ.  When we come to Christ Jesus, our unseen souls may be saved, having our past sins of the former man dissolved in the Holy Spirit's serum waters of our baptism into Christ Jesus, but the question remains: What do we do with the demands of the innate sin of selfish flesh that is ingrained within our fallen humanity?  Who can understand this continuing battle that we have with the flesh of our minds?  The sin within our unredeemed flesh, blinds us, so that we may no longer see ourselves as sinners of omission or commission.   The error lies with the teachers that only teach that Christ's Sacrifice is done once and for all, but fail to understand and convey that Christ's Sacrifice transcends space and time, and His Covenant Word remains effectual for covenant members of His Body that are nevertheless, sinners of the flesh.  Yes, I absolutely agree that Christ Jesus died once for the forgiveness of the sins of the whole world, but because we yet live in this flesh we still need to appropriate God's forgiveness, beginning with a humility that repents before Holy God, and acknowledges our need of God's New Covenant repair in His Spirit within the Life Blood of His Son, Jesus Christ.  Without partaking of God's remedy in faith, you can be sure that our self loving sin will find us out.

Again, Jesus Christ/Yeshua haMashiach 'is' the expressed WORD of God, and then having come in the flesh of Adam as God with us, He speaks with the total sufficiency of the Will of His Father, and in that Supreme authority, He continually holds all things together in the universe, including His Body of faithful believers.  Having come to God in their repentance from sin, the faithful souls of believers would have been baptized into the death of Jesus Christ, and as members of His Body, our souls are raised within Him in the power of His resurrection Life.  Jesus, being the very essence of God, came to the earth by the will of His Father, and became the perfect genetic seed and Son of Man; and because of the power of His sacrificial Love, Jesus Christ, the Man, through His suffering and death became the perfect Lamb of God, whereby His Life Blood takes away the sins of the world.  Thus, God, Who is timeless, has seen the faithful, as being dead in Christ with sins ungodly self seeking judgments, being laid to rest within the dead corpse of His Son Jesus Christ.  But now, with Jesus having been raised again with His Father's Commandment for Life, the Father sees the faithful believer as the recipient of the Lord's resurrection into holiness, born of God's Love.  God is Love, and in the Almighty's Covenant of Love, He provides through His Holy Spirit of Grace, the sanctifying Life Blood of Jesus Christ's overcoming Love, given for each and every repentant member of His Body.  For he that drinks the Blood of the New Covenant in faith, shall little by little be cut off from the old sinful nature of the flesh.  For we are to endeavor to be renewed in the spirit of our mind:  And that we would put on the new man, which after God is created in righteousness and true holiness. (Ephesians 4 verse 23 thru 24.)

In the revealing visionary dream, we called "Seeing the Sword of the Spirit", God's Holy Spirit of Grace confirmed to me the absolute significance of the Covenant Blood of our Lord Yeshuah!  God's New Blood Covenant with man, may be continually ratified within each of the believers, through God's Spirit of refreshing Grace, with our active participation in the Communion Body and the shed Blood of God's very own WORD and Son Jesus Christ.  For the WORD of GOD says: This is My Blood of the New Covenant shed for many for the remission of sin.  So then, every time we come together to worship God as the Body of Christ, it should be to participate in our Savior's Body, whose members we are, and drink of the Spirit of His Sanctifying Life Blood that covers the multitude of confessed and unknown sins.  In the collective Body of Jesus, we come to worship God, in Spirit and Truth within the exaltation of the spirit of our heart and soul, and not with the encumbrances of self centered flesh.  The New Covenant Life, in the Power of God, is made possible by Way of the Blood of the Lamb of God, slain from before the foundation of the world: To which end, we would glorify God in our faith in Him, where all things are possible.

I AM the true vine, and My Father is the Husbandman.  Every branch in Me that bears not fruit He takes away: and every branch that bears fruit, He purges it, that it may bring forth more fruit.  If a man abides not in Me, he is cast forth as a branch, and is withered; and men gather them, and cast them into the fire, and they are burned.  (John 15 verse 1 thru 2, and verse 6.)

"You must be born again of God's Spirit", is the absolute axiom for man to enter into eternal life within God.  It is essential that Christian leadership establish this faithful understanding in all the churches, and that the hearts of God's people know it is fulfilled, only in a faith that is following Jesus Christ and none other.  But even if God's Salvation into new birth is understood in the Christian heart, then why is sin still mysteriously present within our being?  Oh, you can be in a state of denial, and say that it is impossible for sin, to exist in one that is born again.  But the conundrum is that the flesh of our being, is not born again of the Spirit of God, but has its own will that is at enmity with God and the Spirit of His good Will.  Now, if sin finds you out, as it will, then what do you do with your sin, when you begin to see your-'self' wallowing in its gratifying pollution?  When found out, sin will always seek to cover its naked self, with self justifying responses that divert responsibility from our offending flesh.  With sin being in control of our self justifying flesh, we are tossed about and lost in the confusion.  Oh, the good that I would do, but for the evil that is present!

This old body of the natural man we live with, is a dichotomy of the good and the evil of self determining gratification.  Self determination is rooted as one with the Tree of Knowledge of good and evil that is founded in the Garden of Eden, and warned of its deadly consequences in the book of Genesis.  Apart from the leading of God's Spirit, individually or collectively, we are not capable of overcoming the evil root within our minds of self-idolatry that brings forth death and destruction.  Even the good we attribute to ourselves, is centered in self judgment that is twisted with deceptions from the very same root that forms evil.  Very simply, that root is one and the same perverted root, whether for good or for evil, and the core of it is confusion.  That one root comes from the same old Tree of Knowledge of self determination of what is good or evil, judged from ones own Idolatrous self centered perspective.  Even in the flesh of Christianity, your good is not necessarily my good, and your understanding of evil is not necessarily my understanding of evil.  Hence the inevitable human judgmental consequences: If you do not believe in what I believe is correct, then you are anathematized.

Through out the centuries, the leaders of the churches have a history, of being in complicity with the 'good' and 'evil' derived from the Tree of Knowledge.  In hind site, we have witnessed the good that the historical churches would judge to do, for the sake of church doctrine, Bible interpretation, or even for the Gospel's sake, for it was inevitably clarified with violence, even in the Name of God.  Is this not the human rational, "Let us do evil that good would come of it"?  Holy blunder, the end does not justify the means!

With sin in the universe, evil perpetuates its self by justifying its self.  It makes no difference whether it is Catholic or Protestant judgment.  All segments of Christianity are exceedingly guilty.  Historical Catholic Europe is guilty, but right in its own eyes with its religious witch hunts, conquests for land, Inquisitions with suppression of ethnic groups including genocide, infanticide, murder, broken treaties with blood shed, and the merchandising of Christianity.  From its beginning origin in Europe and coming to America, Protestantism is guilty, but right in its own eyes with its conquests for land, genocide, religious witch hunts, the Civil War with suppression of ethnic groups, infanticide, murder, broken treaties with blood shed and the merchandising of Christianity.  We are all right and justified within our own religious myopic eyes, but not in the Eyes of the One Holy Infinite GOD Almighty.  I counsel thee to buy of Me, gold tried in the fire that thou may be rich; and buy of Me, white raiment that thou may be clothed, so that the shame of thy nakedness does not appear; and anoint thy eyes with eye salve that thou may see. (Revelation 3 verse 18.)

This root judgment of the flesh, born from the Tree of Knowledge, blinds all of us, bringing confusion, and obviously is still rampant within all churches, beginning with the clerics, and ending with the people of the pews.  Because of our individual sins, and the generational sin's of the churches, we all have great need for repentance.  And with true godly repentance, we need to seek the application of the mitigating grace of the New Covenant Blood of Jesus Christ, so that through His Spirit of Holiness, we might receive needed humbling correction, and then afterwards be clothed in the unity of His Love.  For, As many as I love, I rebuke and chasten: be zealous therefore, and repent.  (Revelation 3 verse 19.)

Make no mistake on this matter: It is written in Paul's epistle, and I have heard it myself as a rebuke, coming from the Spirit of the Lord saying; "No flesh shall glory in My Presence". (1st Corinthians 1 verse 29). The True Worship of God the Father, only begins at the Altar Table, with His Word sanctified provisions of the Flesh, and the sanctifying Blood of God's Son Jesus Christ.  The nakedness of our wanton flesh can only be clothed in God's love through His Holy Spirit that is One with the Blood, enabling His people to enter into the presence of God's Holiness in Spirit and Truth.  If we are led by God's Spirit, and when we faithfully drink in of the Lord Jesus' Blood, that is to say His Holy Life of sacrificial love for mankind, then we are renewing in our mind the Covenant agreement, which we have with God.  For Yahweh was pleased to have all His fullness dwell in Yeshuah, and through Him to reconcile to Himself all things, whether things on earth or things in heaven, by making peace through His Blood, shed on the cross. (Colossians 1 verse 19 thru 20). Our concurring agreement with God's Blood Covenant, is that we are participating in mutual fellowship, with the Lord's sacrifice and death for our nature of sin, identified in the flesh, and we now live in faith and hope within His Perfect Love, by the power of the Holy Spirit, revealing a new Life of sacrifice, bearing fruit in Jesus Christ.  Indeed, it is the Love of our God that constrains us; for it is the righteous Life Blood of Jesus Christ that is the mortal antagonist, to the destructive will of sin in the flesh of His believers.  If faith is alive, and not dead in unbelief, then sin will not flourish within the Perfect Love that God gives in the atoning Blood of His Son, Jesus Christ.

Paul makes it clear that because of the law of sin and death, (See Romans 7 verse 18), that it is impossible for our sin infected fleshly minds of self preservation, and justification to ever be perfected within our own merits, and to be justified before holy God:  For the Lord says, without Me you can do nothing! (See John 15 verse 5).  Now with God's mercy and goodness, there is saving and loving grace for the heart that seeks after the heart and mind of Jesus Christ!  For, Yeshuah is the perfect gift of Yahweh's Love, and that Love is the power of God, given to us, so that we may not boast of our own efforts, and yet bring worthy fruit unto God.  Now, if we are in fellowship within the Spirit of Jesus Christ, and when we come together with the one purpose of Worship of God, then we will find ourselves in humility, gathered around a spiritual table of grace and reconciliation, which is set by the Light of the Word of the Lord, with His sanctifying provisions of His Perfect Love.  It is here by faith, where we decide Whom we will believe.  It is here by faith, where our hearts and minds are embraced with the Infinite's law of love and forgiveness, superseding the confines of ourselves, and our supposed understanding of the natural law and the order of all things.

The Dichotomy of the Blood of Jesus Christ.
I kill and I make alive.

I AM the True Vine, and My Father is the Husbandman, every branch in Me that bears not fruit HE takes away: and every branch that bears fruit, He purges it, that it may bring forth more fruit.

"Behold the Living Sacrifice", I heard the priest of God cry out.  The experience of the powerful visionary dream, left an indelible imprinting upon my mind and soul.  The whole experience left a profound affect on my spiritual understanding of the Sword of the Spirit of God, and the Power of the Blood of Jesus Christ.

That Sword of the Spirit is the very Word of God, which is One with the Blood of the Lamb slain from before the foundation of the world.  The piercing seemingly separated my soul from the spirit of my being, leaving me to ponder my own execution by the Sword of God, and yet remaining alive at the same time.  Death and Life are in the hands of God, Who wields His Sword with precision, cutting down through the joints and bones to the very marrow of who we think we are, in our religious flesh.  All the thoughts and actions of our being are open to the Eyes of the Almighty God.  The King of the universe will judge in righteousness all things of His moral creation.

In the Song of Moses, we see that the Sword of the Spirit, which is the Holy Word of God Almighty, King of the universe, is continually manifested in the sight of men yesterday, today, and tomorrow.  Listen:  "See now that I, even I AM He, and there is no god with Me:  I kill, and I make alive: I wound, and I heal:  neither is there any that can deliver out of My hand". (Deuteronomy 32 verse 39).  Notice the order: I kill, and I make alive; I wound and I heal."  For the Word of God is a living two-edged Sword, cutting to the very marrow of who we are, even separating the soul from the spirit.  The Holy Spirit speaking through Hosea says: In their distress they will beg My favor, saying: "Come, let us return to the LORD; for it is He Who has torn, and He will heal us; He has struck down, and He will bind us up.  After two days He will revive us: On the third day He will raise us up that we may live before Him".  (Hosea 5 verse 15 and chapter 6 verse 1 thru 3).  God knows exactly who we are in our sinful flesh, far better than we know ourselves.  When we sinners submit ourselves to the LORD of the universe, He will remove the sting of sin and raise us up from the grave yard of our death.  God's Way is the Only Way of the Truth and the Life men.  When the changed of heart receive the Spirit of the Blood of Jesus Christ, the Sword of the Spirit will operate with precision against the unseen enemy of our minds and souls.  Yes, the Blood of Christ Jesus still cries out from the earth for our sake: Father forgive them, for they know not what they do.  God's Love for His beloved Son, mediates mercy in Christ's Love and obedience to His Father God, giving to the people of God renewed Life that flows from the Spirit of Life in Christ Jesus.

And speak unto Joshua, the son of Jos'-e-dech the high priest, saying, Thus speaks the LORD of hosts, saying, Behold the man whose name is The BRANCH; and He shall grow up out of His place, and He shall build the temple of the LORD: Even He shall build the temple of the LORD; and He shall bear the Glory, and shall sit and rule upon His throne; and He shall be a priest upon His throne: and the counsel of peace shall be between them both. (Zechariah 6 verse 12 thru 13.)

Jesus Christ, the Son of Man, is both our High Priest and the King of Glory, Who from His throne mediates His Grace for the souls of men who are faithful to His call.  With our Spiritual unity and fellowship within the Body of our High Priest and the King of kings, Communion is a true renewing celebration of Christ's victory over our sin so that when we eat of the unleavened Bread of Heaven and drink of the Blood of the New Covenant, “We do show our Lord’s death (for our sins,) till He comes in His Glory and Power”.  The death of the Incarnate Son of Man/Adam that we commemorate in the Communion Life Blood of Jesus Christ through God's Holy Spirit of Grace, is also a commemoration of our death to sin, through the death of Jesus the Christ of God.  But we members of the unleavened bread of heaven, by faith in the God of the living, also rejoice in the eternal fact that sin could not hold the Christ of God in the grave, for He is resurrected in the Life of His Father. Our commemoration of true faith proclaims: Christ has died, Christ has risen, Christ will come again to receive of His own.

In the fullness of God's New Covenant in the Life Blood of Jesus Christ, sin shall not have dominion over the faithful in Christ Jesus; for the victory of Jesus Christ over our sins, liberates our conscience from the condemnation of confessed sin within our flesh.  The Blood of Jesus Christ is God's healing LOVE and forgiveness, in exchange for our iniquities that warrant death.  If our heart reveals our lack of love, because of the weaknesses in the flesh, then it is time for the confession of our sins of guilt to be mediated through our High Priest and King, the Lord Jesus Christ.  In humility, we individually show our total dependency on the Lord, and His spiritual Covenant provisions of His Life.  Those Provisions from God's Spirit of Grace enable us to confirm within our own minds, the death of our willful nature, with its present failures and accompanying condemnations. Through our faith in the faithful Word of our High Priest, we rest in the knowledge of His grace at His Altar Table of Grace, in full assurance that He is willing and able to accomplish His Living Word with in each of us.  We agree with God's Covenant in the LifeBlood of Jesus Christ, and are seeing ourselves as having died to the rule of sinful flesh, thus abandoning the whole of ourselves to the rule of God's will, care and reproof, so that the Life of His Son abounds in us, to fruitfulness through His Spirit of Life.

But unto the Son He said: Thy throne, O God is forever and ever, a scepter of  righteousness is the scepter of Thy kingdom.  Thou hast loved righteousness, and hated iniquity: therefore God, even thy God, hath anointed Thee with the oil of gladness above Thy fellows. (Hebrews 1 verse 8 thru 9.) (See Psalm 45 verse 6 thru 8.)

Therefore, in God's new Covenant, through the power of the Blood of our Lord and High Priest, Jesus Christ, sin is to have no continuing dominion over those that are in the process of dying to carnal self, and remaining alive in the True Vine.  Hear now, O Joshua the high priest, thou, and thy fellows that sit before thee: For they are men of wonder: for behold, I will bring forth My servant the BRANCH. (Zechariah 3 verse 7 thru 9.)  How remarkable is this dichotomy of opposite branching reactions brought about through the Covenant BloodLife of Jesus Christ.

On the one hand Jesus is our Sin offering, for all of the born again believers, who have covenanted with God through the Blood of Jesus Christ, the one branch of the Lord's righteous judgment brings death to our body of sin.  For, If we confess our sins, He is faithful and just to forgive us our sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness. In God's cleansing through the Blood, there is a death process to “The old wretched man or woman of death".  For, Truly, truly, I say unto you, except a kernel of wheat fall into earth and die, it remains as wheat: but if it die, it brings forth much fruit.  He that loves his life shall loose it; while the man who hates his life in this world shall preserve it in life eternal.  If any man serve Me, let him follow Me; and where I AM, there shall also My servant be: If any man serve Me, Him will My Father honor. (John 12 verse 24 thru 26).

On the other hand, the Lord Jesus Christ is our Peace Offering, with this faithful branch bringing renewed Life and nurturing Love for the new creation of man, empowered by God's Spirit of Holiness through the same Communion Covenant Blood(See 1st Colossians 1 verse 19-21, and Hebrews 10 verse 19-22.) Sin and death can not coexist within righteousness, merited through the love of God. Either make the tree good, and his fruit good; or else make the tree corrupt, and his fruit corrupt: for the tree is known by his fruit. (Matthew 12 verse 33).  In God's pruning process for His trees of righteousness, the old dead wood of sin, is cut off to make way for the new branches cultivated in God's love, to bear the fruit of righteousness, worthy of the holiness of Father God.  Now you are clean through the Word, which I have spoken unto you.  Live on in Me, and I will live in you.  As the branch cannot bear fruit of itself, unless it lives in the vine, neither can you bear fruit, unless you live in Me.  If a man abide not in Me, he is cast forth as a branch and is withered, and men gather them and cast them into the fire and they are burned.  If you live in Me, and My Word lives in you, then you shall ask what you will, and it shall be done unto you.  Here in is My Father glorified, that you bear much fruit; so shall you be My followers. (John 15 verse 3 thru 8.)

The death of self centeredness through the Covenant Blood of Jesus Christ.
Live on in Me, and I will live in you.

For every time you eat this bread, and drink this cup, you proclaim the Lord's death till He comes.  (1st Corinthian 11 verse 26).  Now you are clean through the Word, which I have spoken unto you.  Live on in Me, and I will live in you.  (John 15 verse 2 thru 3.)

And they, the brethren, overcame Satan and sin by the Blood of the Lamb, and by the word of their testimony; and they loved not their life unto the death. (Revelation 12 verse 11.)

I have been crucified with Christ; and it is no longer I that live, but Christ living in me: and that life of Jesus Christ, which I now live in the flesh, I live in faith, the faith, which is in the Son of God, Who loved me, and gave Himself up for me. (Galatians 2 verse 20 .)

In ourselves, we have done nothing to merit such an infinitely wonderful gift of God's Spirit of Life, that as the called children of God, we may participate in the fullness of the Lord's Covenant Life of Love, even while we exist in flawed earthen vessels.  God's eternal provisions of mercy and love, are extended to those who from the heart, participate in the New Covenant LifeBlood of Jesus Christ, and are not shaken from the Tree of Life, at the Lord's rebuke and sword of correction.  For whom the Father loves He corrects; "For when we confess our sins, God is faithful and just to forgive our sins and to cleanse (and purge) us of all unrighteousness", through the Covenant Blood of Jesus Christ. (In full context 1 John 1 verse 7 thru 9).  For we, which have been baptized into repentance, and live accordingly in the New Covenant, "are always delivered unto death" for our own sins of self idolatry by the hand of God, for Jesus' sake.  What is the chaff (the stubble) to the wheat? says the LORD.   Is not My Word like as a fire? says the LORD; and like a hammer that breaks the rock into pieces? (Jeremiah 23 verse 28 thru 29.) John the Baptist says: I indeed baptize you with water unto repentance.  But He that cometh after me is mightier than I, whose shoes I am not worthy to bear: He shall baptize you with the Holy Ghost, and with fire: Whose fan is in His hand, and He will thoroughly purge His floor, and gather His wheat into the garner; but He will burn up the chaff with unquenchable fire. (Matthew 3 verse 11 thru 13.)

The Branching Blood of Jesus Messiah.

While living by Faith in Christ Jesus, Paul and the other writers of the Gospel, have abdicated the will their minds into the hand of God, to be honed by God, as instruments worthy of use to show forth the salvation of man, and God's Glory.  Paul writes to the Corinthians of his manifest trials, and is not shaken in faith in the One Who leads and the One he follows.  It is God with Whom we have to do, that makes all things to work together for our good, according to His designed will and purpose of bringing sons and daughters into the kingdom of His Son. The Lord disciplines those whom He loves, and although the chastening appears severe in the moment of our time, the outcome in glory far out weighs the present grief.  No discipline is enjoyable while it is happening, it is painful!  But afterward there will be a quiet harvest of right living for those who are trained in this way.    So take a new grip with your tired hands and stand firm on your shaky legs. Mark out a straight path for your feet. Then those who follow you, though they are weak and lame, will not stumble and fall, but will become strong. (Hebrews 12 verse 11 thru 13). May God, in His chastening, forbid that we, in our ignorance, would become stumbling blocks for others in the way of righteousness in Jesus Christ.

Paul preaches the true Gospel through the power of the two-edged Sword of the Spirit.  His letters of exhortation to the Church, are to strengthen their faith in the hearing of the Word of God, and encourage them in the straight and narrow way they are called to walk, even as he was called to walk after Jesus.  God has led him in to and through fiery trials that in the exercising of his faith, Paul's mind becomes conformed to the Will of God, proving what is good, and what is acceptable in the sight of God.  Through Jesus Christ and His cross, Paul sees the working of death within his idolatrous self in that which is good, so that the intercessory Life of Jesus Christ alone is made manifest for the life of others.  Nothing is hid in our darkness, and all of our thoughts are naked before the Holy Spirit of God.   God's One Holy Spirit reveals in the light of His Word, of our dependency on Him to submit to His discipline in His New Blood Covenant in Christ Jesus, for He is faithful and just to cleanse us of all confessed unrighteousness by the power of His Blood,  and fountain of Water that poured from the wounds of Christ, for they are One with the Spirit of God.

Having entered into Covenant with God, the writer of Hebrews reminds his readers of a previous exhortation, given in their assembly.  "My son, despise not the chastening of the Lord, nor faint when you are rebuked by Him, for whom the Lord loves, He chastens, and scourges every son whom He receives". (Hebrews 12 verse 5 thru 7.) In the following table we have a list of 10 branching reactions of the blood of Jesus Christ that we see as being attributed to the two-edged sword of the Spirit of God.  The one branch brings death, and the other branch gives life with peace in God.

Dichotomy Branch A.:  Death

Dichotomy Branch B.: Life with Peace

Branch A.: For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son,

Branch B.: That whosoever believeth in Him should not perish but have everlasting Life. (John 3 verse 16.)

Branch A.: Truly, Truly, I say unto you; except a kernel of wheat fall into the ground and die, it abides alone; but if it dies,

Branch B.: It brings forth much fruit.  (John 12 verse 24.)

Branch A.: For He (God) hath made Him to be sin ---- for us, Who knew no sin;

Branch B.: that we might be made the righteousness of God in Him (Christ). (2nd Corinthians 5 verse 21.) )

Branch A.: Always bearing about in the body the dying of the Lord Jesus,

Branch B.: that the life also of Jesus might be made manifest in our body.  (2nd Corinthians 4 verse 10.)

Branch A.: For we which live are always delivered unto death for Jesus' sake,

Branch B.: that the life also of Jesus might be made manifest in our mortal flesh. (2nd Corinthians 4 verse 11.)
So that our dependency is in the Tree of Life within Christ Jesus and becomes rooted within the heart of our being.

Branch A.: So then death works in us [all],

Branch B.: but life also in you. We having the same spirit of faith, according as it is written, I believed, and therefore have I spoken; we also believe, and therefore speak.  (2nd Corinthians  4 verse 6 thru 13.) (When the death by the  cross of Jesus Christ has taken place within a soul, then the life of Jesus Christ can be made manifest).

Branch A.: As it is written: For thy sake we are killed all the day long; we are accounted as sheep for the slaughter.

Branch B.: Nay, in all these things we are more than conquerors through Him that loved us. (Romans 8 verse 35 thru 37.)

Branch A.: Jesus said unto her, I AM the resurrection, and the Life: he that believeth in Me, though he were dead,

Branch B.: yet shall he live (John 11 verse 25.)

Branch A.: I am crucified with Christ:

Branch B.:  nevertheless I live; yet not I, but Christ lives in me: and the life (of Jesus Christ) which I now live in the flesh, I live by the faith of the Son of God, who loved me, and gave himself for me. (Galatians 2 verse 20.)

I have given---the blood to you on the altar.

The following scriptures and spiritual analysis are presented to you for your thoughtful and prayerful consideration, for they concern the efficacious reasons why we drink of the Holy Spirit's presentation of the real blood, of Jesus Christ (Yeshua Messiah).   Paul's rendering in 1 Corinthians 11 verse 26 is amplified thus:  "For every time you eat this bread and drink this Cup, you are representing (with in yourself and to the world) and signifying (with in yourself and to the world) and proclaiming to the world the fact of the Lord's death (for our sins) until He comes again.  "With in yourself and to the world" is added to clarify the ongoing thoughts.  Hopefully, all that is written in these pages will be understood, and provoke the reader to a deeper walk and Communion/Koinonia/Fellowship with our Just and Holy God of Love and Mercy, and with each other in the Body of Jesus Christ.

For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son.  That whosoever believes in His Son should not perish, but have eternal Life.  (John 3 verse 16 .)

I have given: God has given the Life Blood of His only begotten Son, as a sacrifice for the sins of the world.  In so doing, God poured out the full cup of His righteous judgment upon His perfect sacrificial Lamb, as a substitute for the blood guiltiness of all of mankind.  The Son of Man, Jesus Christ, having seen within the cup, the abominations of mankind and the coming judgment of God, which was to be poured out in God's fury upon Sin, then prayed three times that He would not have to drink from that cup of His Father's indignation. O My Father, if it be possible, let this cup pass from Me: Nevertheless, not as I will, but according to Thy will.  Yet it pleased YAHWEH to bruise Him, He has put Yeshua to grief; when thou shall make His soul and offering for sin.  YAHWEH shall see the travail of His Soul and shall be satisfied, because My righteous Servant has poured out His Soul unto death, baring the sin of many, and made intersession for the transgressors.  (Matthew 26 verse 39 and Isaiah 53 verse 10 thru 11)  Christ Jesus, the Son of Man/Adam, presented His Soul to God Almighty as an unblemished Offering for sin, and in His Offering of Himself, He would make peace with God, for all those who have faith in mankind's representative before Holy God.  At the three major feast of the Lord, all of the males of age were absolutely required of God to present themselves before the Almighty and to bring a presentation offering that would be sacrificed for sin and as a peace offering.  The required offering was called the Chagigah or Hagigah.  In His death on the cross, Jesus the Christ of God, presented His sinless self as the Chagigah of mankind to be satisfy God's Justice for all time.  There are no more sacrifices of any kind, whatsoever, for God presented to Him Self, His own Chagigah in His resurrected Word and Son, as the Son of Man.

Scripture says: For He (Yahweh) has made Him (Yeshua) to be sin ---- for us, Who knew no sin; that we might be made the righteousness of God in Him. (2nd Corinthians 5 verse 21 .) We, being the corrupted offspring of Adam, were that violence and filth of sin that has contaminated the whole of the earth with violence.  If Jesus Christ, was made to be sin for us, then what does that in reality make each one of us?  Are we not in the whole of our being of flesh, soul and spirit of mind, sin?  It is our unloving nature of sin that defiled Jesus Christ, the  Unleavened Bread of heaven, and the unblemished sacrificial lamb of God?  If this thought offends, then consider that in our death, as a result of innate iniquities within us that our bodies are corrupted and are reduced to dust.  Christ's Body did not see corruption, but was raised in the Life of the Spirit of God.  We are responsible for the violence that brought forth the pouring out upon the earth the cleansing LifeBlood from the Body of Yeshua (Jesus) that in God's mercy we may become the righteousness of God, which is within His beloved Son, Jesus.  For all we like sheep have gone astray; we have turned every one to his own way; and the LORD has laid on Him the iniquity of us all. (Isaiah 53 verse 6 .) The Love of God overcomes this World of sin and constrains us.  And Jesus took a cup, and when He had given thanks, (to His Father God) He gave it to them, saying, "Drink of it, all of you; for this is My Blood of the New Covenant, which is poured out for many for the remission of sins. (Matthew 26 verse  27 thru 28 .)  Do this in remembrance of Who I AM.

I am poured out like water:  Thou dost lay Me in the dust.

I Am poured out like water, and all My bones are out of joint: My heart is like wax, it is melted within My breast: My strength is dried up like a potsherd, and My tongue cleaves to My jaws: Thou dost lay Me in the dust(Psalm 22 verse 14 thru 15.)

The Lord of Life took upon Himself the fullness of guilt for all of mankind's violence to mankind, and ultimately to God the Creator of life.  From Adam's defection in the Garden of Eden to this present destructive generation, this violence of sin has made the whole earth polluted in the blood of man.  Scripture confirms, for the Lord says to Moses: So you shall not pollute the land where in you are: for blood, it defiles the land: And the land cannot be cleansed of the blood that is shed there in, but by the blood of him that shed it.   (Numbers 35 verse 33.)

God, in His mercy to mankind, laid on the innocent Man, Jesus Christ, the full responsibility and guilt for all the blood shed by the hand of all of mankind.  Even as this is remarkably true of the Branch, a very powerful mitigating factor is now also present in the earth to give Life to the souls of men who died in Faith of the God of the Living.

Thy dead men shall live, together with my dead body shall they arise. Awake and sing, you that dwell in the dust: for thy dew is as the dew of herbs, and the earth shall cast out the dead.  (Isaiah 26 verse 19.) Thou hast ascended on high, thou hast led captivity captive: thou hast received gifts for men; yea, for the rebellious also, that the Lord God might dwell among them. (See Psalm 68 verse 18, and Ephesians 4 verse 8.) Beloved, now are we the sons of God, and it does not yet appear what we shall be: but we know that, when He shall appear, we shall be like Him; for we shall see Him as He is. (1st John 3 verse 2.)

I will cut him off from among his people.

The scripture reads in Leviticus 17 verse 10: If anyone, whether of the house of Israel or of the aliens residing among them, partakes of any blood, I will set Myself against that one who partakes of blood, and will cut him off from among his people.

In the garden of Gethsemane, the Lord Jesus Christ saw the horror of the full cup of the abominations of mankind, containing adultery, fornication, impurity, sensuality, idolatry, sorcery, hatred, strife, jealousy, wrath, disputes, sedition, heresies, envying, murder, drunkenness and orgies and the list of violence goes on. The Lord Jesus, as the Son of Man, voluntarily drank the fullness of the cup of wrath filled with the blood guiltiness of all mankind, and became fully the sin of all the generations of humanity.  The Lord, while on the cross, consumed the climax of this cup of blood guiltiness, ending when the soldier offered to Him a sponge dipped in sour wine attached to the branch of the hyssop.  After the Lord partook of the sour wine, He cried out; "My God, My God, why have You forsaken Me", and then He said; "It is finished", and then gave up His Spirit. (See John 19 verse 28 thru 30.) He was cut off out of the land of the living for the transgression of My people was He stricken. (Isaiah 53 verse 8). With the whole of His person being made the filthiness of the sin of all humanity, our Lord Jesus Christ, suffers death for mankind along with God's absolute indignation and total rejection of sin and its damnable nature.

Truly, Truly, I say unto you; except a kernel of wheat fall into the ground and die, it abides alone: but if it dies, it brings forth much fruit. (John 12 verse 24). And the one Seed becomes a plurality, and yet the same as from the beginning.

Every time the redeemed Church comes together to participate in Holy Communion, then each faithful covenant member of the Lord's Body is to be reminded that the Life Blood of Jesus Christ, became the Infinite God's absolute purchase price, for our redemption from sin and death.  Upon drinking the Covenant Communion Life Blood of our Lord Jesus Christ, we are submitting ourselves to the will of God, and through repentance from sin, the old trappings of our carnal man are being cut off, or circumcised by God's Sword of the Spirit.  This is so, that the new spiritual man in Jesus may prevail in the life of God's Son.  On our part, we willingly remain in covenant agreement with our baptism into the Lord’s death to sin.  On God's part, unless we resist, we are surgically being cut off from the life of sin, that we may continually arise into a new life of faithful service, with the greater agape, or sacrificial kind of love.   In the God-ward process, we are becoming the new created genus of man in Jesus Christ, but in God's pruning, we are also becoming aliens from the nature of worldly man.  See, How great a love the Father has bestowed on us, that we would be called children of God; and such we are. For this reason the world does not know us, because it did not know Him.  Beloved, now we are children of God, and it has not appeared as yet what we will be. But we know that, when He shall appear, we shall be like Him; for we shall see Him as He is. (1st John 3 verse 1 thru 2.)

The natural man does not understand the things of God, and so he will not understand the zeal of God's new man in Christ Jesus.  If the world hates you, keep in mind that it hated Me first.  If you belonged to the world, it would love you as its own.  As it is, you do not belong to the world, but I have chosen you out of the world.  That is why the world hates you.  Remember the words I spoke to you! 'No servant is greater than his master.' If they persecuted Me, they will persecute you also.  If they obeyed My teaching, they will obey yours also.  They will treat you this way because of My Name, for they do not know the One Who sent Me. (John 15 verse 18 thru 21 NIV).  For all, who walk in the way of the Lord, there will come separations and the cutting off of the old associated nature of man, through circumcision by the Sword of the Spirit, for the Word of God is one with the Covenant Blood of Jesus Christ.  For the Lord, while praying to His Father, says of His Disciples: “They are not of this world, even as I AM not of the world. Sanctify them through thy Truth: Thy Word is Truth".  If we liken ourselves as dead to sin through faith in the One Who has died for our sin, then we are being cut off from this world of sin, and separated from our confessed iniquities. For God is faithful to His Word and His Covenant in the Blood of His Son Jesus Christ, and will sanctify us with the Sword of the Spirit, because of His Love for us. Beloved, think it not strange concerning the fiery trial, which is to try you, as though some strange thing happened unto you: But rejoice, inasmuch as you are partakers of Christ's sufferings; that, when His glory shall be revealed, you may be glad also with exceeding joy.  If you be reproached for the Name of Christ, happy are you; for the Spirit of Glory and of God rests upon you: on their part He is evil spoken of, but on your part He is glorified.  (1st Peter 4 verse 12 thru 14.)

For the LORD your God will circumcise your heart, and the heart of your seed, to love the LORD your God with all your heart, and with all your soul, that you may live. (Deuteronomy 30 verse 6.)  If the Love of God through Jesus Christ is to be preeminent in one's life, then in the trying of our faith, there are the possibilities of being devastated emotionally within our beings, from the unloving judgments of our fellow man, even from those of our family members.  The results can be especially catastrophic, when we find ourselves cut off from family members who do not know the Spirit of the living God. "Do not think that I have come to bring peace on earth; I have not come to bring peace, but a SWORD.  For I have come to set a man against his father, and a daughter against her mother, and a daughter-in-law against her mother-in-law;  and a man's foes will be those of his own household.  He who loves father or mother more than Me, is not worthy of Me; and he who loves son or daughter more than Me, is not worthy of Me;  and he who does not take his cross and follow Me, is not worthy of Me.  He who finds his life will lose it, and he who loses his life for My sake will find it.  He who receives you receives Me, and he who receives Me, receives Him Who sent Me.  He who receives a prophet because he is a prophet shall receive a prophet's reward, and he who receives a righteous man because he is a righteous man shall receive a righteous man's reward.  And whoever gives to one of these little ones, even a cup of cold water because he is a disciple, truly I say to you, he shall not lose his reward. (Matthew 10 verse 34 thru 42.)  For the Lord God says: "Whosoever drinks the BloodI will cut him off from among his people".  God, in allowing the trials of our lives, gives no ground for the earthly man, who is born of God's Spirit, to fall back upon the familiar things of the earth.  Jesus says; "No man having put his hand to the plough, and looking back (to the things he left behind) is fit for the kingdom of God". (In context St Luke 9 verse 59 thru 62). That which is of the earth, is earthly, and shall perish, but that which is born from above is of God, and that person looks to the eternal things of God's kingdom and glory. I call heaven and earth to record this day against you, that I have set before you life and death, blessing and cursing: therefore choose life, that both you and your seed may live: That you may love the LORD your God, and that you may obey His voice, and that you may cleave unto Him, for He is your life:  (See full context Deuteronomy 30 verse 19 thru 20.)

Now, perhaps, the spiritually circumcised person, who has a new heart seeking after God in His New Covenant, may come to a better understanding of their difficulties with family, and friends and with in themselves. Yea, and all who will live godly, in Christ Jesus, shall suffer persecution. (2nd Timothy 3 verse 12).  But, blessed are you, when men shall revile you, and persecute you, and shall say all manner of evil against you falsely, for My sake. (Matthew 5 verse 11.)  Let the time that is past suffice for doing what the Gentiles like to do, living in licentiousness, passions, drunkenness, revels, carousing, and lawless idolatry.  They are surprised that you do not now join them in the same wild profligacy, and they abuse you. (1st Peter 4 verse 3 thru 4 .)

The Altar and the Cross

Jesus said unto His disciples, If any man will come after Me, let him deny himself, and take up his cross, and follow Me. For whosoever will save his life, shall lose it: and whosoever will lose his life for My sake, shall find it. For what is a man profited, if he shall gain the whole world, and lose his own soul? Or what shall a man give in exchange for his soul? (Matthew 16 verse 24 thru 26.)

The first commandment of understanding is: I AM the Lord thy God, there are no gods before Me.  Neither shall you setup or build any image of worship that is in heaven or earth.  From the time of the fall of Adam and Eve, the whole of mankind's life has been centered in self love, and not in the life and love of their Creator God. However, in His grace, Jesus Christ the Word of the Father, has called all who shall hear, to be His followers into His Life, centered in the Eternal's Love, for He says, I AM the Way and the Truth and the Life, no man can come to the Father except by Me.  All of the Words of Jesus Christ are for the tearing down of the old, and the enabling of the new man birthed in Him. The Lord has called His people into His holy Life by the taking up the cross, which is the spiritual signature of our ongoing fleshly death, where through the denial of our self centered desires, we begin to put to death the idolatrous nature of myself first, as we set out to follow the Lord Jesus on a daily basis.  The ultimate paradox is that for a man to save his life he shall lose it for the sake of Jesus Christ.

But let's face it. On a day-to-day basis, we are not very good at the denial of self and the bearing of the cross of affliction and death to the old nature.  Our questionable absolute love of God, will eventually give way to our flesh, which expects a reward even for our devotion to God. From our very beginnings, we are all partakers of the Tree of Knowledge of Good and Evil, and the root of self determination and judgment remains ingrained within our flesh.  Mankind changed in the garden, and the roots of evil and the good came from that Tree of Knowledge, and is rooted in the substance of our minds of selfish interest. Paul's understanding is the same as this, as he says; "I find then a law, that when I would do good, evil is present with me".  (Romans 7 verse 21).  In the course of untimely and catastrophic events, we inevitably find ourselves lost in ourselves, with the perplexities of seemingly inward failing grace. Then depending on the circumstances, we don't understand how this could have happened to us, or how we could have made such a mess of things. Darkness surrounds us, and we sink into the mire of self, loosing sight of God. Perhaps at this time of failure, we might again remember Paul's lament; "O wretched man that I am!  Who shall deliver me from the body of this death?(In context Romans 7 verse 24 thru 25.)

Thankfully our God, through Jesus Christ, Who is faithful and just to the hearer and doer of His Word, declares through John's first epistle; "If we acknowledge our sin, then He will cleanse us from any unrighteousness, through the Blood of His Son Jesus Christ".  And so in the Provisions of the Word of God, when we thankfully come to the Covenant Communion table to worship in Truth and Spirit, and to drink of the Communion Blood of Jesus, we do mortify through the Spirit the unrighteous self interest deeds of the body.  Therefore, we are enabled to be, in complete agreement with the Lord's Covenant in His Blood, and the old man of selfish idolatry is put to death, for the Lord God says: Whosoever drinks of that Blood shall be put to death. The old man of sin is being put to death so that the new man in Christ Jesus would live.

The Blood of Jesus Christ remains for all time the absolute answer to sin and its spiritual infection, leading to eternal death in mankind.  For the collective faithful, who only follow after the Word of God, we know that our carnal man of sin, which is an alien enemy of God, has been put to death and buried in the death, and burial of the Son of Man Jesus Christ.  Nevertheless, while we remain in these earthly vessels, we each will have our own personal struggles with the flesh of the old man, which strives against the holiness of the Spirit within our new Life in Christ Jesus.  For the Scriptures says: "If you live after the flesh, you shall die, but if you through the Spirit do mortify (put to death) the deeds of the body, you shall live". (Romans 8 verse 13.) Mortify therefore your members which are upon the earth; fornication, uncleanness, inordinate affection, evil concupiscence and covetousness, which is idolatry: For which things' sake the wrath of God comes on the children of disobedience: (See Colossians 3 verse 1 thru 8.)  and again the scriptures reminds us through its rebuke; "If you say you have not sinned, then you are in self deception, and the truth is not in you".

The Lord’s Memorial cup to our death.

Holy God, in His LOVE, has given to us on the altar of sacrifice, the supreme gift of the Holy Life of His only begotten Son, Jesus Christ.  In Holy Communion, it is absolutely essential for God’s people to remember and identify with the Holy Life that is in the Blood of Jesus Christ. With His Body hanging on a cross His Blood came pouring out on to the dust of the earth for sin; and mankind from the beginning is made of the dust of the earth.  Jesus holy Life was given as a sacrifice for our earthly nature of sinfulness: The death of the just One, freely given for the life of the unjust.  Now the rectified sinner through active faith in God's Covenant, would be justified in the Lord's righteousness, and His holiness would be imputed to us, through that same faith in His redemptive sacrifice and resurrection power.  Holy Communion is a blessed spiritual gift of the power of God's love, and the renewal of Life in the mind of sinful man. Through the power of His Word, He enables each faithful member of His Body to become an over comer to sin's desires, and its former possession of the soul.

Until the Lord Jesus comes again in His glory, the Church, through Holy Communion, continues to testify and identify with the Lord’s sacrificial LifeBlood given on the cross for mankind's sin; and seeing His resurrection, we are able to rejoice with praise in our Champion's final and total victory, over our sin, and our death. For (as far as this world is concerned) you have died, and your new life is hid with Christ in God. When Jesus Christ, Who is our Life appears, then you also will appear with Him in the splendor of His Glory. (Colossians 3 verse 3 thru 4 Amplified Bible). In the great Memorial of Remembrance, which Yeshua has inaugurated for us at His Passover Supper, we as members of the Body of Jesus Christ, victoriously participate in Jesus Christ's sacrificial death for our sin and His resurrection for our justification over sin and death. Clearly, the baptized Saints, when eating of the sanctified unleavened Bread of God, should totally identify with the Savior Jesus Christ, the sinless Bread of Life that came down from heaven, to die unselfishly for the sin of all of mankind.  The New Covenant of God, given to men, is written in the earth, with the now unseen Blood of Jesus Christ.  For a surety, it is this same sanctified Blood, which we drink to maintain within our hearts, a more perfect love of God.

As individual members in the church that is centered in Jesus Christ, and His Father's Doctrine, we are to remember that in Jesus Christ's death, we have died to the sin of our flesh, and the idolatrous nature of Adam, through the Blood of our Redeemer Yeshua; for the second Adam, Jesus' is a quickening Spirit. (See 1st Corinthians 15 verse 44 thru 46)So kill, (deaden, deprive of power) the evil desire lurking in your members, those animal impulses and all that is earthly in you, which is employed in sin: sexual vice, impurity, sensual appetites, unholy desires, and all greed and covetousness, for that is idolatry (the deifying of self and other created things instead of God).  It is on account of these (very sins) that the Holy anger of God is ever coming upon (those who are obstinately opposed to the divine will) the sons of disobedience, among whom you also once walked, when you lived in addiction to such practices. (Colossians 3 verse 5 thru 6 Amplified). For the Word through Paul says: “If you live after the flesh, you shall die: But if you through the Spirit do mortify the deeds of the body, you shall live". (Romans 8 verse 13).  The Universal Church needs to be in agreement with the Spirit of God in this Holy Matter of Communion, for it is a matter of death, so as to give life. For each one of us sinners, who are in covenant with God, it is renewed life brought back from the dead as the result of our deeds of sin.  The testimony of Jesus Christ, Who is the Word of God, has not changed, for the Spirit continues to speak of the constancy of the Blood of the Covenant, poured out liberally upon the earth for the sin's of mankind. And again the Holy Spirit testifies of His oneness with the Blood and the Word. So Jesus said to them: "Truly, truly, I say to you, unless you eat the Flesh of the Son of Man and drink His Blood, you have no life in you.  It is the Spirit that gives life, the flesh is of no avail; the Words that I have spoken to you are Spirit and Life(In order John 6 verse 53, and verse 63).

Such a wonderful, perfect gift of the Spirit of God, that in participating in His remembrance, we can receive His righteousness, for our unrighteousness, His holiness, for our unholy thoughts and actions, His forgiveness for our self-righteous judgments, His love, which provokes us to give of ourselves, beyond what we thought, was possible.  Communion is the new Holy Covenant Life of the Body of Jesus Christ on earth, represented by His Church, and distinguished by His living members, who individually occupy earthen flesh, but have died to sin, because in faith:

Whosoever drinks of that blood shall be put to death.

  • Whosoever in faith drinks from this cup is to remember that they have been redeemed by the purchase price of this New Covenant Blood of Jesus Christ, the King of kings and Lord of lords.

  • Whosoever in faith drinks from this cup in repentance is cleansed from sin’s guilt.   For God is faithful through the Covenant Blood of Jesus Christ to cleanse the believer of all unrighteousness, and we will walk in the Light of God, one with another.

  • Whosoever in faith drinks from this cup knows that God Loves them because He gave the Life Blood of His only begotten Son and Word on the altar of sacrifice, a ransom from their eternal death.

  • Whosoever in faith drinks from this cup agrees with God's perfect offering of the Lamb of God and His BloodLife for their sin.

  • Whosoever in faith drinks from this cup agrees with the death of their own carnal nature at the hand of God and values the Life of the Lord Jesus Christ more precious, (and they loved not their life unto death).

  • Whosoever in faith drinks from this cup agrees that the sin that so easily besets us (or we become) is put to death because of the Blood of the Lamb of God.

  • Whosoever in faith drinks from the cup of Yeshua’s Blood in Communion, agrees with God’s verdict that the carnal man is put to death, because they have identified with the death of Jesus Christ, and have partaken of the Blood of God's Lamb. Whosoever drinks of that blood shall be put to death.

  • Whosoever in faith drinks from this cup needs to know of God’s continuing peace that the BloodLife of Jesus supplies to the believer, for He is the Prince of Peace.

  • Whosoever in faith drinks from this cup needs to know that the Life of this Blood is Holy and provides spiritual immunity from sin's demands.

  • Whosoever in faith drinks from this cup needs to know that I have been crucified with Christ and it is no longer 'I' that lives, but Christ Jesus “Messiah Yeshua” Who lives within me.  "Know you not that you are the temple of the Holy Ghost".

  • Whosoever in faith drinks from this cup knowingly dies to self, so as to serve as a living sacrifice through the life of Jesus Christ, holy and acceptable to the Living God.

  • Whosoever drinks from this cup needs to know that God is not mocked. This is not a vain symbolic ceremony or gesture to placate Holy God Almighty, but is in fact the precious Blood of His Son Jesus Christ, the Blood of the New Covenant, and is sanctified by the Spirit of Truth.  However, what ever a man sows to his corrupted flesh, that corruption he shall surely reap.

Oh such holy irony.  We drink the gift of the precious Blood of Jesus Christ, so that with God's Covenant help, we die to carnal self, so that again, we may live through that same resurrected Life by the Eternal Spirit --- in Him.  Having entered into God's Covenant, the old man of selfish desires is being put to death with the active Sword of the Spirit of God, so that the new man of God may flourish in the Love of God, and that for his fellow man.  Without the Lord's holiness within our hearts, no man shall see God. (See Hebrews 12 verse 14.)

How can the lord of the flies contend with the Wisdom of God, when the hearts of His redeemed people are open and truly begin to understand our Lord's Communion Covenant in the Blood of His Son Jesus Christ?

This is the believer's testimony.

And they, the brethren overcame Satan and sin by the Blood of the Lamb, and by the word of their testimony; and they loved not their life unto the death: (Revelation 12 verse 11.) Because, by faith, our testimony becomes; "It is no longer I that lives, but Christ Jesus Who lives within me."

Now the God of peace, that brought again from the dead our Lord Jesus, that great Shepherd of the sheep, through the Blood of the Everlasting Covenant, make you perfect in every good work to do His will, working in you that, which is well pleasing in His sight, through Jesus Christ, to Whom be glory for ever and ever. (Hebrews 13 verse 20 thru 21).

For as many as are led by the Spirit of God, they are the sons of God.
