Chapter 2 of Genesis begins by saying that the heavens and the earth were finished, and (with) all the host of them. In the 7th day, after completing His very good creation, God rested from His creation work and set the 7th day apart from all other days. These are the generations of the heavens and the earth, when they were created in the time that the Lord created the heavens and the earth. The following Scriptures in chapter 2 were and remain a synopsis of events which took place during the Eternal God's 6 days of Creation. We will attempt to interplay our own rational thoughts into the context of God's 6 days of His universal creation.
Ecclesiastes 8:17
Then I beheld all the work of God, that a man cannot find out the work that is done under the sun: Though a man labor to seek it out, yet he shall not find it. Looking farther on, though a wise man think to know it, yet shall he not be able to find it.
In the third day of the Lords' creation. the Lord God planted a garden eastward in Eden, and in the latter end of the Sixth day there He put Adam, whom Elohim formed and gave Life to. On the Third day: Out of the ground, the Lord made to grow every tree that is pleasant in the sight of Man, and also that which is good for food. He planted the Tree of Life in the midst of the garden: and also the Tree of Knowledge of Good and Evil. It would logically appear that Lucifer had already rebelled against God and brought a third of the angels into his rebellion against the Creator. Satan the deceiver sought to destroy the credibility of Elohim by what ever means he thought possible. The exact time of Lucifer's creation and then rebellion is not known, but with the God of Eternity, knowing all things in time, planted the Tree of Knowledge for the deceiver to attach himself among the branches of good and evil.
In the Sixth day of God's creation He created Man. Elohim instructed Adam, male and female, of what they were to eat from His garden that He created on the Third day: Behold I have given to you every herb that bears seed upon the earth and every tree that bears fruit that yields seed; and they shall be food for you. There are misunderstanding in the sequential events in Elohim's creation. For one example Man's wife in Hebrew was originally called Ishshah, and she also heard God's Instruction before she became deceived by the evil serpent. What is the Will of Almighty God?
Please note at this time that the Lord prescribed for the sinless Adam, male and female, a vegetarian diet, and more specifically a vegan diet from the seed bearing herbal plants and the fruit of the trees, which contained life giving seed that would flourish to produce like kinds. There were two other trees that God planted in the garden. One being the solitary Tree of Life which contained God's Seed IN the Fruit that when wholly consumed would continually produce LIFE: While the other tree, the Tree of Knowledge of Good and Evil, was attractive in its form, yet it's fruit did not contain seed that would produce life with an exact replication and with no variations in the substance. The mixture of good and evil thoughts in a being only brings about confusion and an existence with perplexities that don't promote sustainable life. The autonomous Satan disguised himself as a wise serpent, and intertwined himself in the Tree of Knowledge of Good and Evil in the sight of God's creation of innocent Man.
Eating of the corrupted fruit of the Tree of Knowledge of Good and Evil only produces death, and death by its very nature of lifelessness cannot produce its own seed within its fruit of death. The angelic being of Lucifer was created by God as being good, but in Lucifer's free will, he conceived rebellious thoughts and then they developed into actions against God his Maker, and he became spiritually dead to Yahweh for God's Spirit of Life and Truth was no longer abiding with Satan. With God's Spirit of Life leaving the rebellious angel, Satan, the accuser of God and Man has absolutely no substance of Life within himself, to reproduce exact replicas of himself, for his thoughts of good and evil have become death breading destruction.
So then, God created Man in His own Image and Likeness, in the Image of God, He created him, (Adam) male and female, He created them. Then God blessed them, and God said to them: Be fruitful and multiply, and replenish the earth, and subdue it, and have dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the fowl of the air, and over every living that moves upon the face of the earth. (Genesis 2 verse 27 thru 28.)
The wickedness of sin needed a source for a living seed to produce its own kind.
Therefore Satan, with all of his resources, now focused on God's creation of Man, made in the image and likeness of his Creator. Satan's subtle wisdom was able to infect the mind of the first of human kind for when Man ate of the fruit from the Tree of Knowledge, the poisonous fruit infected the spirit, soul and body of Man with sin and death. Man, the male and female of Adam, became the source for the spread of evil contained in the seedless fruit from the Tree of good and evil. Good and Evil, become as one in the flesh of Adam, and the reproducing genetic seed of Man, as in the male of Adam, brings forth the replicating genetic seed of evil propagated in all of mankind, male and female. Adam don't eat of the fruit of the Tree of Knowledge of Good and Evil, for in the day you eat of it, you shall surely die. Adam lived 930 years and died of sin's rebellion within the day of the Eternal Creator, even as Elohim said they would.
The Tree of Life, has Seed in its Fruit that produces Life, for its Seed is the Living Word of God, and mankind's Faith in the Living Word of God produces the unseen Substance of LIFE IN Jesus Christ. Sin is a lethal poison in the flesh of all of mankind, and sin and death is reproduced in man through the genetic seed of man that brings forth a life that dies. All of mankind died in the poisoned genetic flesh of Adam, but Yahweh God is the Personification of LIFE, and IN Him, death can not exist. For the Seed bearing Fruit from Holy Yahweh's Spirit of LIFE IN His Son, produces Love, Joy, Peace, Patience, Gentleness, Goodness, Faith, Meekness, Temperance to those of Faith IN the Son of God. Now the dying life of believers is resurrected IN their Faith IN the Son of God, for their souls are conceived by Yahweh God's Seed IN Christ Jesus that gives the Promise of LIFE IN Christ. The Seed of Life is IN Messiah Yeshua, the Only Begotten Son of Father God, and the Seed of the LIFE of Father God gives birth to those IN His Son, for they will bear LIFE'S Own Image and Likeness, as God's own children born of His Seed of LIFE. I AM the WAY, I AM the TRUTH, I AM the LIFE of men: No one comes to the Father except by ME! (John 14 verse 6.) The implications of the Eternal Word of the Lord Christ Jesus are multifaceted IN the LIFE giving Spirit of the One God of Eternity.
