I AM the WAY, the TRUTH and the LIGHT of men: No one comes to the Father except he first comes by ME.
No man can come into the Presence of Infinite Perfection of Holy, Holy, Holy Yahweh God Almighty, except they first come through the Perfection of the Son of Man Jesus Christ.
1 That which was from the beginning, which we have heard, which [is the
Messiah of Yahweh God] Who we have seen with our eyes, Whom we have looked upon, and our hands have handled [is] the WORD of LIFE;
From the Beginning of Creation was the WORD of Yahweh Elohim, and the WORD was with Yahweh Elohim and the WORD was Yahweh Elohim. John with the disciples state that they have heard of the Beginning of Creation by the WORD of Yahweh God. For the WORD of Yahweh Elohim was the Lamb of God, slain even before the foundation of the world. The WORD of God is unfailing, for by the WORD of Yahweh God was all things made visible and invisible, for without the WORD was nothing created.
The Word of God was the Incarnate Man we call Jesus, and He states:
"For I have not spoken of My Self; but [of] the Father Who sent Me. He gave Me a Commandment, what I should say, and what I should speak.
And I know that His Commandment is LIFE Everlasting. Whatsoever I speak therefore, even as the Father said unto Me, so I speak". (John 12 verse 49 thru 50.)
In Deuteronomy 18 verse 18 thru 20, the Word of Yahweh God Almighty declared to Moses:
I will raise up a Prophet from among the brethren like you; and I will put MY Words IN His Mouth, and He shall speak unto the brethren all that I Shall Command Him.
And it shall come to pass that whosoever will not hearken unto MY WORDS, Which He shall speak IN MY NAME, I will require MY WORDS of the person who will not
hear the TRUTH. But for the prophet, who shall presume to speak a word in MY NAME, which I have not Commanded him to speak or shall speak in the name of other
gods, even that prophet shall die!
2 (For the Life was manifested, and we have seen it, and bear witness, and show unto you that
Eternal Life, which was with the Father, and was manifested unto us;)
3 Whom we have seen and heard we declare unto you, that you also may have Fellowship, Communion, Koinonia with us: For Truly our Fellowship is with the Father [Yahweh God], and with His Son Jesus/Yeshua Messiah.
For THEY, Yahweh and HIS Only Begotten Son
Yeshua, are ONE Lord God.
4 And these things we write unto you, that your joy may be full.
5 This
then is the message which we have heard of Him [ONE Lord God ], and
declare unto you, that [YAHWEH]
God is LIGHT, and in Him is no darkness at all.
It was at the time of the Passover Feast, and the evening time of the Supper had come. Now the Lord Jesus, the Incarnate WORD of God knowing that the hour was soon to come when He would fulfill the Will of His Father Yahweh God, He got up from the table, and after He had girded Himself with a towel, He filled a basin with water and began to wash the feet of His disciples. When it was time to wash the feet of Peter, Peter posed a negative question to
his Lord for he did not believe that His Master would stoop so low to wash his [Peter's] feet. Jesus said to Peter:
What I do now, you do not understand, but you will know afterwards. Peter protested to the Lord: You shall never wash my feet!
The Lord Yeshua,
Who the Incarnate WORD of Yahweh God, said to Peter:
If I do not wash you, then you have no part IN Me!
Peter, in his fright, then cried out to the LORD:
Not just my feet but also my hands and my head.
Jesus said to Peter:
He that is cleansed has no need to be washed again, except for his feet. For he is clean and you are clean. But not all are clean. (See John 13 verse 1 thru 30.)
In the going in and out of the pasture gate of the LORD, our feet become encumbered with the dirt of earth and are in need of
the Lord's Communion cleaning.
The Scriptures must be fulfilled in every jot and tittle, or else the Scriptures have failed IN Their revelation of the Eternal TRUTH of Yahweh God. Jesus/Yeshua
the Incarnate TRUTH of Yahweh God, as the WORD of GOD, would know
of His
Father Yahweh that He, the Salvation of God, would be betrayed, even by His friends. The constant TRUTH of Scripture is quoted: He that eats My bread with Me, has lifted up his heel against Me. (Psalm 41 verse 9.)
Judas along with the disciples all participated in the eating of the
Matzo bread that was common in the Passover Tradition. We bring
this to your attention because, even though Judas ate of the
unleavened bread common to the Passover Tradition of the first
covenant with Yahweh God, unbelieving Judas did not eat of the Lord's New Covenant
In the Lord's Body and confirmed in His LIFE Blood. After Jesus had dipped the
common unleavened Matzo bread into the sop and
had given it to Judas as a sign, then the Lord Jesus dismissed the traitor Judas Iscariot to do what he intended to do, Therefore Judas the betrayer did not participate in the Lord's Communion Table of His Father's New Covenant In the
LIFE Blood of Yahweh's Incarnate Son Yeshua haMashiach. In English we know
Yeshua to
be the
Son of Yahweh God and we remake name of the Son to be Jesus the Christ.
6 If we say that we have fellowship with Him [ONE Lord God], and walk in darkness, then we are liars, and [we] do not do the TRUTH:
7 But if we walk in the LIGHT, as He [ONE Lord God] is in the LIGHT, [then] we have fellowship [koinonia, communion] one with another, and the Blood of Jesus Christ His [Yahweh God's] Son cleanses us from all sin.
8 If we say that we have no sin, [then] we deceive ourselves, and the TRUTH [of Yahweh God] is not in us.
Sin is innate to the flesh of
all of mankind, and has no natural cure except death. Our self deception is obviously fatal, and our lies to ourselves will inevitably find us out. The unfailing TRUTH of Jesus
the Christ is mankind's only Salvation. If we say that we have not sinned then Yahweh Father God's WORD of TRUTH IN Christ Jesus is not IN us. If we have broken just one of the good, just and holy warning laws of Yahweh God then we are guilty of failing all of the Ten Torah warning Commandments, and ensnared in sin's death.
I AM the Lord thy God; thou shall not have
any gods before Me!
9 If we confess our sins, [then] He [the TRUTH of Yahweh God] is faithful and just to forgive us our sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness.
[Through the LIFE BLOOD of His Only Begotten Son, Yeshua haMashiach.]
And HE [Jesus/Yeshua] took the unleavened bread, and gave thanks to His Father Yahweh God, then He broke the Bread and gave it to His disciples saying: This is MY BODY given for you. Do this IN Remembrance of Me. (Luke 22 verse 19.)
The innate corruption of sin has already killed all of mankind, for all of mankind has its own wretched body that is waiting on inevitable death. From the Beginning, the Wisdom of the Eternal Yahweh God provides the WAY for
all of the existing dead to come by Living Faith into the sinless Body of the Living Jesus Christ. Being dead because of sin, the believers IN the Body of Christ are also dead to sin and with Yahweh God's Provision IN Yeshua haMashiach, the
true believers will no longer continue to allow sin's condemnation
of death to rule in their wretched body of flesh.
10 If we say that we have not sinned, we make Him [Yahweh of Christ Jesus] a liar, and His WORD of TRUTH is not in us.
The Good News of Yahweh God's New Covenant IN the Blood of Jesus Christ, is that if we acknowledge our sinfulness then He is faithful to remit our sins and to cleanse us from our own unrighteousness.
Then the faithful
believer
will know that they have Peace with the Eternal God of the LIVING.
But in our self deceptions, if we continually deny our complicity
with sin and its reward of death then it is impossible for Yahweh
God's Living WORD of the WAY, and the TRUTH, and the Promised LIFE
of mankind to be in us. The corruption of death is finalized in all
of mankind that are born and live in the will of their corrupted
flesh, of death
2nd Chapter
of 1st John:
1 My little children, these things write I unto you, that you sin not. And if any man sin, we have an Advocate with the Father, Jesus Christ the Righteous [One
of sinless flesh]:
2 And He [Yeshua/Jesus] is the propitiation for our sins: and not for ours only, but also for the sins of the whole world.
[All that the Father gives me shall come to Me; and those that
come to Me I will in no wise cast out. See John 6 verse 35 thru 40. ]
The sins of the world have been paid for by the shed LIFE giving Blood of Jesus Christ, but not all of the world will accept Yahweh God's Mercy IN the LIFE of Christ Jesus. Yahweh God knows those of the world who will follow IN the footstep
WAY of His Son, for He draws them to His Son, even those that believe on His Name. Those that believe on the
Name of Jesus are many, for in Him was LIFE, and the LIFE was the LIGHT
of men, and the LIGHT shined in darkness, but the darkness did not comprehend.
Be careful of your comprehension of the TRUTH. For those who
would believe IN the unblemished TRUTH of the Messiah of Yahweh God,
then Jesus/Yeshua with the Spirit of His Father Yahweh God, He would feed them
with His unifying One Bread of Promise, that was followed with His
LIFE giving Blood.
3 And hereby we do know that we know Him [Jesus/Yeshua],
IF we
keep His Commandments. {Take and Eat! Take and Drink and
follow ME!}
The Commandments of the LORD Yeshua are not grievous to obey, for IN His Father's Spirit of TRUTH, if the Instructive Covenant WORD of Yeshua/Jesus are followed they are to relieve the believing soul of sin's condemnation, and give the new born soul, freedom to serve Yahweh God IN Spirit and TRUTH.
4 He that says, I know Him [Jesus/Yeshua], and keeps not His Commandments, is a liar, and the TRUTH is not in him.
The foolishness of the wise of this world, are in their own conceited hearts, blind instructors of the blind and they both will fall into the ditch.
5 But whoso keeps His WORD, in him verily is the love of [Yahweh] God perfected: Hereby know that we are in Him [Jesus the WORD of
Yahweh God].
6 He that says he abides in Him ought himself also to walk, even as He [Yeshua/Jesus] walked.
