The Seven Vial Judgments of God occur during the sounding of the Last Trumpet.
And Then shall the End Come.

The Seventh vial Judgment: For this shall be the plague wherewith the Lord will smite all the people that have fought against Jerusalem:  The plague is understood to be a nuclear holocaust initiated by sinful man. Their flesh shall consume away while they stand upon their feet, and their eyes shall consume away in their holes, and their tongue shall consume away in their mouth. (Consider Zachariah 14 verse 12 thru 15.)

And the Temple was filled with smoke from the Glory of God, and from His Power; and NO MAN was able to enter into the Temple, until the seven plagues of the seven angels were fulfilled.

And I heard a Great Voice out of the temple saying to the seven angels: Go your ways, and pour out the vials of the Wrath of God upon the earth.  Sin, in the end,  has great wrath, and God in His Mercy has stored up the wrath of sin, and now in His Indignation against sin, has released sin's overflowing judgment upon His creation of the world.

The First Vial Judgment
Revelation 16 verse 2

And there fell a noisome and grievous sore upon the men which had the mark of the beast
and upon them that worshiped his image

The Second Vial Judgment
Revelation 16 verse 3

This vial was poured out upon the sea and the sea became like the blood of dead men,
and every living soul in the sea died.

The Third Vial Judgment
Revelation 16 verse 4 thru 7

This vial was poured out upon the rivers and the fountain of waters and they became blood

The Fourth Vial Judgment
Revelation 16 verse 8

This vial was poured out upon the sun and the angel was given power to scorch men with fire.

The Fifth Vial Judgment
Revelation 16 verse 10 thru 11

This vial was poured out upon the seat (throne) of the beast and his kingdom was full of darkness.
The kingdom dwellers gnawed at their tongues in pain and blasphemed Yahweh God for their troubles

The Sixth Vial Judgment
Revelation 16 verse 12
This vial was poured out upon the river Euphrates, and its waters dried up to
make the way for the Kings of the East to pass over on dry land

And I [John) saw  three unclean spirits like frogs come out of the mouth of the dragon and out of the mouth of the beast and out of the mouth of the false prophet. They are the spirits of devils, working [deceiving) miracles, and go forth to he kings of the earth and to the whole world to gather them to the great day of Yahweh God Almighty.

Yahweh God Almighty gives warning; Behold, I come like a thief.  Blessed is he that watches, and keeps his garments, lest he walk naked, and they (the spirits of devils) see his shame.  (Revelation 16 verse 12 thru 16.)

The Seventh Vial Judgment
Revelation 16 verse 15 thru 21
This vial was poured out into the air, and there came a great Voice [Yahweh God] from his Throne in the Temple, saying: It is done. As in

And blood came out of the winepress, even unto the horse bridles, by the space of a thousand and six hundred furlongs.  For there fell upon men a great hail [storm] from heaven, and every stone weighing a talent (100 pounds).

The melting of the many hail stones into water would cause the blood of the final battle to swell up to a horse's bridle.

It is finished.

There are those who like to quote Paul from 1st Thessalonians chapter 5 verse 2 as proof for their dogmatic position of an early rapture of the church.  However, they forget that Paul is reminding the knowing church of the day that the Day of the Lord comes as a thief in the night

For the Lord Himself shall descend from heaven with a shout, with the voice of the archangel, and with the trumpet of God; and the dead in Christ shall rise first: Then we which are alive and remain shall be caught up together with them in the clouds (the Glory of God) to meet  the Lord in the air and so shall we ever be with the Lord.  But of the times and the seasons, brethren, you have no need that I write unto you: For yourselves now full well that the Day of the Lord will come like a thief in the night.  For when they say: Pease and safety; then sudden destruction comes upon them. (1st Thessalonians 4:16-18, directly followed by Chapter 5:1-3.)

But, beloved, be not ignorant of this one thing, that one day is with the Lord [Yahweh God] as a thousand years, and a thousand years as one day. The Lord is not slack concerning His Promise, as some men count slackness; but is longsuffering to us-ward, not willing that any should perish, but that all should come to repentanceBut the day of the Lord will come as a thief in the night; in which the heavens shall pass away with a great noise, and the elements shall melt with fervent heat, the earth also and the works that are therein shall be burned up. (2nd Peter 3:8-10.)
