Behold I send you forth as sheep in the midst of wolves: Therefore be wise as serpents, and harmless as doves.  But beware of men;  for they will deliver you up to the councils, and they will scourge you in the synagogues.  But when they deliver you up, take no thought how or what you shall speak: For it [words] shall be given to you in that same hour what you shall speak, for it is not you that shall speak, but the SPIRIT of your FATHER, which speaks IN you. ^{(See Matthew 10 verse 16 thru 20.)}  God is Spirit: and they that worship Him must Worship Him IN Spirit and IN TRUTH. ^{(John 4 verse 24.)}  

FATHER GOD'S HOLY SPIRIT and the TRUTH of His WORD are ONE and the SAME.

[Yahweh God's] Spirit makes alive, the flesh does not profit. The Words that I Speak unto you they are of [Yahweh God's] Spirit and they are LIFE. ^{(See John  6 verse 62 thru 64.)}

Be careful of all of the Chapter demarcations in Scripture, for you may miss the intent of the messenger.  Read past the artificial demarcations to maintain clarity.
Also, we are a work in progress, and there may be areas in the Letter to the Romans that are not presently available.

Confusion reigns in the minds of souls, redeemed or not, physically circumcised or uncircumcised, and some of the confusion is because of various misconceptions in Paul's letter to the Romans. All men are liars, and I among them, for I am convicted by the TRUTH of the Word of God, and in repentance I follow the WAY of Christ Jesus, God's Savior of mankind.  From a few of the extant manuscripts written in the 2nd and 3rd centuries, various scribes in the 13th thru the 15th centuries have reconstructed Paul's letter to the Romans in English with various annotations. In this letter to the Romans, Paul convincingly establishes that all of mankind, are guilty of sin before Almighty God; for mankind naturally follows the ways of sin and death. 

The apostle Peter writes to those of like minded faith, to be careful of what they may hear, and to be diligent to be found in the Peace of Christ, not having spot and blameless:

¹⁵ And account that the longsuffering of our Lord is Salvation; even as our beloved brother Paul also according to the wisdom given unto him has written unto you;

¹⁶ As also in all his epistles, speaking in them of these things; in which some things are hard to be understood, which they that are unlearned and unstable wrest (twist), as they do also the other scriptures, unto their own destruction. ^{(2nd Peter 3 verse 15 thru 16.)}
